Match 1:
Tag Team Match:
Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor vs. El Generico and Colt Cabana
Gargano/Taylor are making their official debut as a tag team tonight and put on a blast of a match against Generico/Cabana. Generico starts to get control under Taylor but is taken out and thrown to the outside by Gargano. Cabana is able to slap a tag in as Generico is being scooped to the outside and goes in to start in for a hot attack and hits both of them with back to back elbows to the head and getting the crowd hyped as he goes back and forth several times to both men's heads until they're both dizzy. Cabana hears the crowd getting loud from behind and goes to the corner smiling, playing into the crowd wanting Generico to tag. But Cabana is unfortunately wrong in assuming that's what the crowd is getting rowdy over as he turns around and is taken aback as he says Kevin Steen standing there in the corner with an El Generico mask just breathing heavily and death staring right into Cabana's soul. He nods in his head to the side with no emotion shown in his eyes or on his faces (think Michael Myers from "Halloween") as Cabana is stunned as to what to make of the uncanny situation. Gargano and Taylor use this moment to their advantage and hit a double team move before both pinning Cabana to win.
Winners: Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor via pinfall at 10 minutes

---

Segment 1:

Kevin Steen drops down from the apron of the ring and heads to the back to the crowd booing him as he keeps his head low. Standing at the head of the entrance way. He rips the mask off his head, and without looking at the crowd, he raises his arms with the mask in hand and rips it half, throwing it on the ground behind him like trash and making his way to the back.

---

Match 2:

The insanely fast and impressive Ricochet is clearly the crowd favorite between these two as Bennett makes it clear he's here to win and to get paid. Winner and advancing to the finals of the Top Prospect Cup: Mike Bennett via pinfall at 7 minutes

---

Segment 3:

Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor are backstage and are interviewed about their win over El Generico and Colt Cabana in their tag team debut. Gargano says call it what you will, all that matters is that they are walking out with their heads high tonight and victorious against two of the competitors in the world. Chuck Taylor brings up Gargano's even bigger win against Chris Hero at "Epic Encounter III" while wrapping his arm around the neck of Gargano. Chuck Taylor continues to show him absolute gush over his new friend Johnny by cutting a promo on the ROH World Tag Team Champions Kings of Wrestling and calls them out for a tag team title match. Gargano smiles and tells Taylor not to get too far ahead of himself. This is their first night together as a team and as he said earlier, SOME may find it as a fluke. He hints that he doesn't think Taylor is ready for a challenge against the likes of the Kings of Wrestling but Chuck Taylor doubles down.

---

Match 5:
Bobby Fish and Eddie Edwards are both handcuffed at ringside to the guard rails
Singles Match:
Erick Stevens (w/ Bobby Fish) vs. Davey Richards (w/ Eddie Edwards)
Davey Richards absolutely destroys and dominates Stevens with ease and beats and batters him all around the ring. He gets Stevens down to his knees begging for mercy and pleading with him. He's trying to tell Davey that he had nothing to do with any of the sadistic stuff such as attempting to break Davey's arms or slicing Edwards' head open, it was all Fish's idea. Davey looks at Edwards who is fuming with anger still over the encounter they had backstage. Fish is shocked and upset to see at how much of a coward Stevens is. Davey looks at the crowd asking if he should Stevens mercy. The violence thirsty crowd obviously says no as Richards smirks, howls like a wolf and kicks Stevens as stiff as possible in the temple of head, knocking him clear out and getting the win.

Segment 7:

Edwards and Richards leave together and playing into the crowds cheers as Fish gets in the ring as the medical staff is checking up on Stevens, Fish pushes the medical staff and referees out of the way and drags Steven out of the ring by his arm and forces a clearly concussed Stevens to leave the ring ignoring the medical professionals.

---

Finlay plays dirty into the fact that Strong's chest is still bruised up and marked up from his match with Bob Holly at "Legends of Honor" and focuses on the chest of Strong through out the match and chops him over and over and throws all his punches and kicks to the chest of Strong. Finlay gets too cocky and throws up another kick before Strong reverses it, grabs the leg of Finlay and yanks him around getting him into the ground and locking in the StrongHold!!
Winner: ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong via submission at 14 minutes

---

Segment 8:

We get a backstage promo from Brian Cage who speaks on his upcoming match at Death Before Dishonor VIII against Michael Elgin. He says that he's annoyed by all the buzz around this singles match he's seen online as people try to make it seem like a bigger deal than it actually is because he keeps seeing the argument that neither men has been pinned in ROH since making their debuts. Cage downplays Elgin's momentum. He says that Elgin had 2 good wins in his debut for the ROH Phoenix iPPVs and since then, has done absolutely nothing but continuously not only cost Brian Cage wins, but Elgin is so stupid that he's even cost himself wins because he just seems so obsessed with trying to "Big Dick" Brian Cage - who has actually been the one to have a hot streak since debuting in ROH. He says that enough is enough and come Death Before Dishonor, Elgin is going to lay down on the mat like a boy and lose to a real man, like Brian Cage.

---

Segment 9:

We get a video package promoting Kevin Steen challenging for the World Championship at Death Before Dishonor VIII

It features ROH World Heavyweight Champion Tyler Black cutting a promo about how this match is truly the biggest match of his career, this will be the moment that cements him as the future of the business in stopping the evil that is Kevin Steen. Tyler Black addresses that due to a commitment he has for a two week tour in NJPW that he can't be there live in St Louis to come face to face with Steen before their big match. Tyler Black hypes up the next PPV after Death Before Dishonor, "The Great Escape" - Black announces the tickets will be going on sale for the New York City event soon and he's excited for ROH to show the world what they have in store for the big show.

It then cuts to a promo from Kevin Steen who is watching Tyler Black's promo on him. Steen says that he doesn't care about this match. This isn't the "biggest match" of his career. It's irrelevant. He says that the ROH World Heavyweight Championship is nothing to him but a key that will lead to opening up the gates to killing Ring of Honor for good.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, we see a video package of just how rough 2010 El Generico has had. We see a video of all the losses he's had and all the abuse he's taken from Kevin Steen and Steve Corino. We see a great highlight of how good of a friend Colt Cabana has been for Generico though.

---

Match 2:
ROH North American Championship:
Singles Match:
Roderick Strong (c) vs. El Generico
The match opens with Strong and Generico not only shaking hands but Roderick even pulls Generico in for a sincere hug which brings the crowd to a sincere "aw" moment - It is clear by Generico's body language that this put him in a much better mood as the two shake hands once more before heading off to the races in action! We see Colt Cabana preparing and stretching for his match with Kenny Omega tonight. Steve Corino burst into his locker room. Cabana looks prepared to instantly fight but Corino tells him to calm down and that he's not here to fight. At least not for right now. Corino questions why Cabana is even feeling the need to be so involved with this feud between Steen and Generico. He tells Cabana that it's not only none of his business but it's pointless. Cabana immediately roasts into Corino and tells him he's not going to fall for his mind games. He knows exactly what he's trying to do and it's not going to work. Cabana is doing the right thing by sticking up for his good friend El Generico because he considers him like a brother and after what Corino and Steen have done, he's all that Generico really has. He asks Corino how does he even have the audacity to burst into HIS locker room and question his loyalty. Corino backs down and tells Cabana that don't say that they didn't warn him. He chose the wrong side of this war.

We cut to see El Generico in the back with Colt Cabana comforting him the back as they both watch in fear of what's to come next in our main event.

Tyler Black comes out being accompanied by a surprise guest... Jerry Lynn!! This is the first time Jerry Lynn has been seen since being attacked by Austin Aries and the ANX at "The March Madness" - Black comes out wearing tribute gear to Jerry Lynn as he's wearing similar tights that Jerry Lynn wore in his ECW days.

The two men stare down each other with a death glare as the referee holds the ROH World Heavyweight Championship above his head, signaling what it's all about.

Masked Man #3 is... JIMMY JACOBS?! -- Former ROH World Tag Team Champion and Age of the Fall member with none other than ... newly former ROH World Heavyweight Champion Tyler Black.

The 5 men all hug it out before finally celebrating all holding their arms in victory as streamers rain down from the roof with Steen in the middle of it, holding the ROH World Heavyweight Championship high above his head.

The iPPV comes to an end with Steen and Cabana assisting in helping Black and Lynn to the back, all 4 men being absolutely heartbroken over the circumstances... and the end to ROH?

"END OF HONOR"

Segment 1:

Our show opens with a new theme song "Dirty Angel" - As the group of Newly crowned ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen, Steve Corino, Jimmy Jacobs, Sami Callihan and Jon Moxley make their way out through the curtain to the crowd boos and the commentators Dave Prazak and Kevin Kelly in absolute disgust over the men.

They step into the ring and Kevin Steen holding the world championship over his shoulder just shuts his eyes and soaks the moment is at the crowd boos him.

He is handed a microphone by Steve Corino. Kevin cuts a promo mocking the ROH crowd for booing them when they should be booing themselves. They doubted him, they held him back and now he's the ROH World Heavyweight Champion. But none of that matters, because this title represents what's wrong with this world. He mocks the term "Honor" and says it's an absolute joke of a word and says that society is not worth showing honor. He laughs hysterically as he pauses and then says "We're here to ****ing end everything. We are the Apocalypse of Honor."

Kevin turns and looks at the trio of Jacobs, Callihan and Moxley, the group who had been taunting Tyler Black for some time now who assisted him in helping him capture the world championship.

Kevin thanks them for their assistance and thanks them for joining he and Corino's cause.

Jimmy Jacobs is given the microphone by Kevin Steen. He hypes himself up and laughs as the crowd boos. He says that he's had a long, hard year to really think everything through since he was last in ROH. He says that watching Tyler Black, his former best friend and tag team partner eventually capture the World Championship off of Austin Aries was a sight to see. He was happy, he was proud of Tyler. But there were never any phone calls... There were never any shout outs... there were never any thank yous. Jimmy Jacobs gets bitter and yells on the microphone and says there was ZERO acknowledgement the last 6 months of the existence of Jimmy Jacobs, the man who single handedly is the sole reason that Tyler Black is even in Ring of Honor. He says that he knows that they had their differences and he was kicked out ROH by Tyler but he thought that Tyler was trying to change for the better. Jimmy says running from your past and pretending it didn't exist is no way to do that.

He grabs the shoulder of Kevin in a brotherly manner and acknowledges what a moment this is... Jimmy Jacobs and Kevin Steen working.. as a unit.

He brings up the fact that The Briscoes fought Kevin Steen and El Generico back in 2007 when Age of the Fall (The group that Black and Jacobs created) debuted. Kevin Steen and El Generico were the men that Black and Jacobs defeated to win their second reign at the ROH Tag Team Championship... Yet, there was absolutely zero mention of this history from Tyler Black. Who wants to apparently "Rise from the Fall" - Jacobs says it's too late for that. He's shown his true colors and Tyler Black is one of the major pieces that will lead to the fall of ROH.

Jacobs turns his attention to Sami Callihan and Jon Moxley. He hypes them up as "monsters" - He says that he wanted the toughest, darkest and craziest men he could find to bring them on his quest back into Ring of Honor. He puts them over strong as future stars of ROH.

He thanks Corino and Steen for giving them the chance to come to ROH and be a part of this revolution.

Corino hugs Jacobs and places Jacobs' head on his chest.

Corino takes the microphone back and says that they are SCUM. They are the new sheriff's in town and it's time to take the gun from their holster and put ROH on it's knees and take it out of it's misery.

Their theme song hits again and they head to the back.

Match 1:
Singles Match:
Mike Bennett vs. Johnny Gargano
Mike Bennett, fresh off his huge win of the 2010 Top Prospect Cup is on fire here and at full force and gives Gargano a hard fought match. Gargano has Bennett tied up in the Garga-NO Escape but Bennett is able to pull his way to the ropes and makes his way back to his feet before ultimately hitting Gargano with a piledriver for the win
Winner: Mike Bennett via pinfall at 14 minutes

---

Segment 2:

After the match, Mike Bennett celebrates and grabs a microphone and shit talks the ROH crowd and tells them that not to worry about those freaks at the beginning of the show's pathetic little words. There is no end of ROH. It only goes up from here because "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett is THE future of ROH. He issues a challenge to ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong. He says that he wants to use his championship shot at the next ROH iPPV "The Great Escape" in New York City.

Roderick Strong comes out and accepts the challenge and goes to shake the hand of Mike Bennett but Bennett just smirks and rolls out of the ring as the crowd boos and flips him off on his way back up the ramp.

---

Segment 3:

We get a backstage segment from Tyler Black, Jerry Lynn, Colt Cabana, El Generico, and The Briscoe Brothers

They are clearly upset and affected by what's going on here in ROH with SCUM making their presence very felt.

Tyler opens up and cuts the promo being backed up and hyped by Jerry Lynn on losing the ROH Championship. He says that he's not going to let him stop him from achieving greatness and being the best version of himself. He's already got word from ROH GM Bret Hart that he gets his rematch in New York City at "The Great Escape" - and as for Jimmy Jacobs, he scoffs and laughs at Jacobs caring so much about their past and says that Jacobs isn't even a priority to him at this point. They refuse to let the past eat at them. They say that they could sit and pout about losing to The All Night Xpress but they only want to focus on the NOW and the big match they have coming up in New York at "The Great Escape" against Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas.

The Briscoes speak next and say that letting the history affect you that much is some real "***** shit" - They say that they will forever choose to live in the moment. They grab Tyler and say that they forgive him for the corrupt shit he was on years ago and they would have thought Jacobs would have learned his lesson by now but clearly not.

Colt Cabana speaks on the situation and says that he's aware that this isn't easy for any of them but in 2 weeks at "King vs. Killer" - there's the first glimpse of hope that this nightmare will come to a quick end with Chris Hero stepping up to the plate and hopefully dethroning Kevin Steen for a quick and easy reign. And if not, there's always the Six Way Fray that same night featuring he and Generico for a future world championship match and he knows for a fact one of them can get the job done.

Generico just looks his head down at the ground in sadness and denial. Cabana cheers him up with words of encouragement for his friend. He says that a group like this for ROH is exactly what they need right now and Generico is being given more proof than ever before that people have his back and care for him deeply. He assures Generico that they're going to do everything they can to make sure that Kevin Steen and his goons are gone from ROH but they need Generico to be at 100% for that and don't let their mind games affect him. Generico slightly smiles and hugs Cabana as the segment comes to a close as all 6 men stand there confidently as Cabana then heads to the entrance way.

---

Match 2:
Singles Match:
Colt Cabana vs. Chuck Taylor
Cabana and Taylor put on just as fun of a match as you would imagine the two would when you hear they're going head to head. Cabana gets the win on Taylor after a Chicago Skyline
Winner: Colt Cabana via pinfall at 9 minutes

---

Segment 4:

We get a promo from Ricochet who says he finds it funny that Roderick Strong would accept a challenge for the ROH North American Championship match at "The Great Escape" when he hasn't even beaten him at "King vs. Killer" when he gets a shot at the newly formed title. He says that he intends to show exactly why you shouldn't doubt someone like him now that he's arrived in ROH.

---

Match 3:
Singles Match:
Kenny Omega vs. Delirious
This was a special challenge match that was announced on the spot not being advertised previously to take place on the show. Kenny Omega says that he intends to truly start the path to making his path in ROH and he seems to be serious in backing that up as he makes easy work of Delirious, getting the pin after a Croyt's Wrath to win
Winner: Kenny Omega via pinfall at 8 minutes

---

Match 4:
ROH World Tag Team Championships:
ROH World Tag Team Champions The Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) (c) (w/ Roddy Piper) vs. The Super Smash Brothers (Player Uno and Stu Grayson)
The Smash Brothers put on another impressive performance in DC tonight but it's unfortunately not enough to keep up with the best damn tag team in the world as The Kings hit a Royal Bomb on Grayson to get the win
Winners and STILL ROH World Tag Team Champions: The Kings of Wrestling via pinfall at 14 minutes

---

Match 5:
Singles Match:
El Generico vs. Ricochet
El Generico and Ricochet put on possibly the match of the night against each other as they fly across the entire ring and outside of the ring with ease. Ricochet giving Generico a run for his money and outspeeding Generico several times through out the match. Ricochet is on the top rope clearly setting up for a high impact move but Generico rushes up to the top roep and hits a BRAINBUSTAHHHH!! onto Ricochet onto the top turnbuckle to win
Winner: El Generico via pinfall at 19 minutes

---

Segment 5:

We see the Kings of Wrestling cutting a promo backstage with Roddy Piper hyping up their victory tonight. Piper hypes up Chris Hero and tells him that tonight was just a TASTE of what they'll be accomplishing next week when Chris Hero single handedly takes down Kevin Steen to win the ROH World Championship and bring it home "back to the castle" with the Kings of Wrestling. Chris Hero is arrogant as hell and says it'll be his pleasure to be the savior ROH needs before he and Claudio both side hug Piper goodbye and wish him farewell for the night.

The camera follows Piper to the parking garage of the building where we see ROH GM Bret Hart waiting at Piper's car for him.

Piper laughs and tries to hug Bret but Bret pushes his hand in the way and says now is not the time. Piper is confused by the aggressiveness. Bret says that Piper is like family to him so he doesn't understand why Piper would align himself with those ungrateful pricks like the Kings of Wrestling. Piper is confused and questions Hart's intent with this conversation. Bret says that he stands by what he's been saying since basically coming to ROH. That the Kings of Wrestling are too aware of how great they are for their own good. Bret Hart acknowledges he sees a lot of a younger Bret Hart in Chris Hero and at the next show Hero has the chance to be crowned something that is more important than anything in this business, a world champion. He says that he doesn't want to see Chris Hero take that arrogance and make the same mistakes as he did. He says that history is there to learn from it and Hero and Claudio's cockiness and "Can do no wrongs" attitude isn't doing them any favors.

Roddy Piper is confused as to what he's supposed to say next. Piper questions Hart again on this. He gets heated and talks Bret Hart down and says that he's behaving like a little bitch right now. He says that the ROH company, locker room and family is under attack right now by these SCUM fellas and Bret Hart is mad because some young guys are a bit full of themselves? Roddy Piper gets really pushy with Hart and says "How dare you?!"

Bret Hart smirks a bit and says Piper doesn't need to get his nose in other people's business. Bret says that he's the GM of ROH for a reason while Piper is what?? tagging along for some free exposure?? to try and get a whiff of a world championship he never had?

Piper isn't having and shoves Hart out of the way, telling Hart to go **** himself as he hops in his car and drives off as Bret Hart looks disappointed in how escalated that conversation got.

---

Match 6:
Tag Team Match:
Tyler Black and Jerry Lynn vs. The All Night Xpress (Rhett Titus and Kenny King)
Black and Lynn put on a great performance with one other as they take down the Xpress who look to continue their rise up the ranks. Kenny King pulls the unthinkable and actually hits a super kick onto Black, Titus hits the All Nighter off the top rope, King then does a spring board leg drop to get a shocking upset over Tyler Black much to the crowd's shock.
Winners: The All Night Xpress via pinfall at 17 minutes

---

Segment 6:

Black looks shocked and upset with himself as Lynn tries to comfort him and console him and tell him it's alright. everyone has bad days.

King and Titus with absolute disrespect cut a promo to the crowd's boos and pretends that Black and Lynn aren't even in the ring as they issue a challenge to the Kings of Wrestling for New York City - They say they weren't bull shitting when they said that 2010 is THEIR year. They want the tag titles. and they're taking them in New York at "The Great Escape"

---

Segment 7:

We get a backstage promo by The Monster Mafia who talk shit about The Young Bucks beating them in their home country of Canada at "Death Before Dishonor VIII" - they bring up excuses, claiming they just weren't prepared and they will get their win back when the time is right.

---

Segment 8:

We get a promo from Christopher Daniels who says that he feels like all he's done is lose since coming back to ROH and he will redeem himself. He just needs to work on himself. He appreciates all the support and patience his fans and family have shown him.

---

MAIN EVENT:
Match 7:
Singles Match:
IWGP Heavyweight Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Jeff Hardy
These two put on a crazy good match. This is definitely Hardy's best match since joining ROH back in January. Hardy hits a Twist of Fate onto Nakamura and gets a near fall but Nakamura kicks out at the last millisecond. Nakamura sets up Hardy for the Bomaye and hits it successfully to get the win against Hardy.
Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura via pinfall at 22 minutes

---

Segment 9:

Nakamura cuts a promo thanking the crowd for coming out after shaking hands with Hardy

He says that he has loved working in North America for these last two ROH matches he's done. He says that although he won't be able to make the next show due to NJPW schedule, he will be appearing in New York at "The Great Escape" and he's having such a blast wrestling some of America's best, he issuing an open challenge for anyone who thinks they are truly good enough to challenge him. He even sweetens the deal by saying that his IWGP Heavyweight Championship will be up for grabs.

---

Segment 10:

The show seems to be going off air but we see a backstage segment of El Generico hugging Colt Cabana bye as Cabana gets into his car and leaves for the night.

El Generico walks towards his car but is attacked from behind by Steve Corino, Sami Callihan and Jon Moxley.

They throw him into the concrete wall and assault him badly and roughen him up.

Corino says that Generico is RUINING everything by still showing up. Corino says they've spent all year trying to break him and he just keeps showing up and competing in ROH. They say that he is the one link to Steen's old life still around and they need him gone. Corino grabs a steel pipe and beats down Generico, making his way up to Generico's head, Corino looks at the pipe and then looks at the head of Generico and raises the pipe above his head, about to swing down with full force to smash the head of Generico but he and Callihan and Moxley are attacked and stopped by The Briscoes and security. The Briscoes make the save for Generico and comfort him as much as possible while screaming someone call 911 as Corino, Callihan and Moxley are escorted away as we see Generico nearly dead in the parking garage.

Segment 1:

We open our show with Steve Corino and Jimmy Jacobs standing in the ring accompanying Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan in preparation for their tag team match in this opening contest. Corino and Jacobs both cut a promo back and forth about tonight's events and how they will unfold, Moxley and Callihan will defeat their opponents with ease and rise their stock up in the tag team championship scene, then, Kevin Steen will go on to beat Chris Hero in the main event to retain the ROH World Championship and leave him in a state that he's completely unrecognizable.

Corino smirks and brags about the beating that they gave on Generico at the end of "End of Honor" before the show ended and how it's just "too sad" that Generico can't be here tonight.

Just then, El Generico is shown in a medical room of sorts resting up in a bed. The crowd is cheering as Generico is shown on the screen.

Generico just breathes heavily and stares into the camera, shaking with anger but clearly still holding his body in aching pains.

"NEW YORK CITY................ STEVE CORINO................ CAGE MATCH."

Generico then holds up a contract for a match signed by ROH GM Bret Hart as the crowd applauses even more as Corino looks extremely upset with that announcement for the iPPV.

---

Match 1:
Tag Team Match:
Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan (w/ Jimmy Jacobs and Steve Corino) vs. AR Fox and Rich Swann
Moxley and Callihan do exactly as Corino and Jacobs said as they conquer Fox and Swann. Anytime Fox or Swann were able to get slight control, Corino and Jacobs would distract the referee. The match ends after Moxley hits Paradigm Shift onto Fox.
Winners: Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan via pinfall at 9 minutes

---

Segment 2:

We get a backstage interview with The American Wolves Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards who talk trash about The Sandpaper Bastards and say that they're not going to do tonight what the Sandpapers did in Canada which is blindside them and use looked down upon tactics. They put over the Young Bucks as a tremendous team and say that they trust them to take care of the match completely on their own. Their promo is interrupted by Eddie Kingston who shows his support for the Sandpaper Bastards and say that they have every right to do what they've done to the Wolves the last several months. Kingston says he knows what it's like to have to do.. whatcha gotta do, in this company. He says that he's still not over his loss against Jeff Hardy in Canada and says that The Wolves are fools to keep this clean cut attitude shtick going with the company going to a waste with not only guys like Jeff Hardy, but now this SCUM business. He says that The Wolves are ignorant for their ways. Davey and Eddie get slightly hostile before cooling off and just saying that they are on Hardy's side and that if he's got such a big hard on for the Sandpaper Bastards then maybe they need to settle it in the ring in New York City!

---

Match 2:
ROH North American Championship:
ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong (c) vs. Ricochet
Ricochet and Strong put on a shockingly competitive match as Ricochet showcases that he is the fastest man in all of ROH and gives Strong by far one of his more bigger challenges this year. Strong has yet to be pinned all year and this match goes no different as Strong is able to stop Ricochet in his tracks and get him to tap to the StrongHold
Winner and STILL ROH North American Champion: Roderick Strong via submission at 15 minutes

---

Segment 3:

After the match, Mike Bennett comes out and cuts a promo on Roderick Strong, further adding fire to their match to take place in NYC at "The Great Escape" he mocks Strong and says that Bennett isn't even entirely focused on Strong anymore and that he's ascended past worrying about his North American Championship match as tonight he's in the six way fray to win a World Championship match in the future. He says that he's going to accomplish in just a few appearances what Strong hasn't been able to do his entire ROH career and that's win the big one.

---

Segment 4:

We're backstage and immediately shown Piper being extremely loud and yelling with Hero and Claudio while holding a letter and yelling "HORSE SHIT!" - It turns out that after Piper's behavior to ROH GM Bret Hart at "End of Honor" - Bret Hart has suspended Roddy Piper from ROH until further notice. Hero and Claudio are heated and say it's ridiculous that they can't have Piper at ringside. They JUST got him as their manager. Piper calms down and says they don't need to worry about him. They need to focus on their matches tonight and ESPECIALLY Chris Hero. Piper says that once Hero walks out tonight with the world championship, he'll be doing double duty in New York against the likes of their tag title match against the ANX and in the MAIN EVENT of the iPPV against challenger Tyler Black. Piper reluctantly leaves as Hero and Claudio are both clearly angered.

---

Match 3:
Tag Team Match:
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs. The SandPaper Bastards (Erick Stevens and Bobby Fish)
The Bucks and The Bastards put on a phenomenally fun match with one another as Fish uses his MMA background to his advantage and locking down the Bucks to try and slow them down. Christopher Daniels cuts his promo off and talks to Omega and compliments him. Daniels says that Omega is a crazy talented wrestler and the sky is the limit for this kid. However, that's the future and this is NOW. Daniels is all about now. Daniels says he came short at The Big Bang and was unable to beat Omega but Daniels issues an open challenge for Omega in New York and says he wants to right that wrong. Omega smiles and shakes Daniels' hand, agreeing to the rematch.

---

Match 4:
Singles Match:
Claudio Castagnoli vs. Adam Cole
Adam Cole, the runner up of the Top Prospect Tournament puts on an impressive performance tonight but it's unfortunately not enough as Claudio hits a super upper cut onto Cole to get the win
Winner: Claudio Castagnoli via pinfall at 13 minutes

---

Segment 7:

We get a promo from the All Night Xpress who hype up their upcoming tag team championship match against the Kings of Wrestling at "The Great Escape" in New York City. Kenny King also takes a chance to hype up their huge victory at "The End of Honor" as King brags about getting a pin over THE Tyler Black. Kenny King says that is a for sure sign that he and Rhett are deserving a future world championship match. He says ESPECIALLY if a chump like Chris Hero is getting a shot at the title.

Their promo is interrupted by The Briscoes who say that they are obnoxious and need to shut the hell up. They say that ever since the ANX got lucky and got a victory over the Briscoes, they think that they own the place and that they're untouchable. They say that this feud between them isn't over and won't ever be. The Briscoes say they will never forget the disrespect they were shown by them and that after The Great Escape when they beat the World's Greatest Tag Team, The Briscoes aren't worried about the tag titles for now, because after the KoW beat the ANX at The Great Escape, it's right back to ass whoopin' time for the ANX from The Briscoes.

Michael Elgin sets up Mike Bennett for a buckle bomb and tosses the Top Prospect Cup winner onto the top turnbuckle, Bennett goes shattering down, Cage then comes in to try and stop Elgin from going for a pin but Elgin reverses it and picks up Cage for a buckle bomb but instead COMPLETELY THROWS HIM TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE RING and landing on Davey and Eddie. the crowd is going crazy. Segment 1:

We open our iPPV with Steve Corino making his entrance for the opening match with a briefcase while Jimmy Jacobs, Sami Callihan and Jon Moxley follow him.

He cuts a promo and scolds ROH GM Bret Hart for putting him in a cage match against El Generico. He says that its unreasonable. He then turns it around and says it’s bad because… of how badly he’s about to hurt El Generico. He says that he should have “killed” El Generico at “End of Honor” but those disgusting Briscoe Brothers got in the way.

He says that this little “alliance” being formed in ROH is cute and all but they will not get in the way of the inevitable. He refuses to stand by and allow the ROH locker room to get in the way of SCUM’s plans.

He raises the briefcase up and says inside the briefcase is a hefty pay for whoever can get rid of The Briscoe Brothers. The bounty is officially out for The Briscoe Brothers’ heads.

El Generico makes his entrance and runs into the ring, pacing back and forth, showing more battle in his eyes than we’ve seen all year. He confidently stands there alone as the 4 SCUM members stand across the ring.

The Briscoes are duking it out with Moxley and Callihan!

Segment 6:

We see ROH General Manager Bret Hart in his office on the phone with someone.

He is heard saying “Seriously? … Okay…. I mean, if you’re serious about this and really want to commit to this… (Bret Hart multitasking types and sends out an email) Then yeah, I’ve got no problem putting you in the main event. I’d be honored (he chuckles to himself realizing the play on words) Yes, I’m excited to see it! You’ve got your main event and Im excited to see how this affects the growth of the ROH Brand”

He hangs up the phone as IWGP Heavyweight Champion Shinsuke Nakamura walks in.

Bret Hart says thank you for coming in quick after the email. Bret Hart thanks Nakamura for being here tonight and congratulates Shinsuke Nakamura on he can now confirm his match will be in the main event tonight in New York City. He just got off the phone with his opponent for tonight and he says it’s most definitely main event worthy.

Nakamura asks if he’s sure and he doesn’t want to step on The Briscoe Brother’s toes at all by being in the main event instead of them in “their” promotion and especially in a dream match against Benjamin and Haas.

Bret Hart says that the main event is even bigger than that match. Trust him.

Bret says also the Briscoes don’t need to be worried about missing out on a PPV main event payday because in just over a month we’re back on iPPV from Cincinatti, Ohio at Glory By Honor IX, Bret confirms the main event of the iPPV to be:

all 5 members of SCUM taking on Tyler Black, El Generico, Colt Cabana and The Briscoe Brothers in a 10 Man No DQ Tag

We get a video package highlighting The Briscoes cutting a promo about this dream match. The Briscoes draw attention to the fact that The World's Greatest Tag Team is the most false name to ever be advertised. The Briscoes point out the fact that Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas have done 0 marketing for this match. The Briscoes say that it's clear from the lack of noise from Haas and Benjamin that there's only 2 options here, they're either scared shitless, which they damn well should be. Or even worse, they don't respect The Briscoe Brothers. Jay gets really angered and starts to call them "Vinnie Mac Boys" and says "Ain't No Vinnie Mac Boys gon' come to OUR ring of honor and disrespect US!" - Mark says that after tonight, Haas and Benjamin are going to want to stay in New York City and beg Vinnie Mac for their jobs back. They tell Haas and Benjamin that they're in THEIR world now.

It cuts to a video of Haas and Benjamin backstage with their pre recorded promo spliced in and they talk nothing but respect for The Briscoe Brothers. They say that they may just damn well be the best team in the world. But that's ONLY and it's a big ONLY... because this is Haas and Benjamin's first time teaming together in some time now... They say that this dream match is everything it needs to be. This is the match they need to light the fire back up for them and get after it. They say they're not only comin' for The Briscoes, but comin' for the ROH World Tag Team Championships.

The match eventually has Haas and Mark just beating the hell out of each other as Haas shows he's not afraid to get down and dirty just like The Briscoes. The match eventually leads to several different points where a different team is in control and doing double team moves. "The Makings of a Varsity Athlete"
Newark, NJ

Segment 1:

Our show opens with a promo by Bryan Danielson who comes out and cuts a promo on his epic return to Ring of Honor and thanks the fans for nothing but their support from the moment he left ROH, to the moment he went "elsewhere" and to the moment he's come back to ROH. He says that he's watched on and kept a close eye on ROH as Kevin Steen and his goons have caused nothing but hell for the ROH locker room. Danielson confirms that he's signed a full time contract for a return to ROH. It's time for ROH to reach national level with the debut of the television program coming in January 2011. Danielson says that he HAS to be the ROH World Heavyweight Champion again for that. Danielson will be the face of ROH as they head to the next generation.

Danielson comments on all of the acts of SCUM and calls them cowards and nothing but psychopaths attempting to "kill" the company that he helped build and he won't stand for it. Danielson says the acts in which these men are doing to get ahead of the competition is crazy and needs to come to a stop. He calls Jimmy Jacobs a "loser" who is still hung up about Tyler Black's clear distain for his former lifestyle and now Jacobs has attempted to.. murder his former tag team partner by stabbing the back of his head with a piece of metal?

Kevin Steen, Steve Corino and Jimmy Jacobs come out from the back and mock Danielson standing at the ramp. Steen says to Danielson he needs to keep all of their names out of their mouths. Kevin Steen says that Danielson isn't going to do a damned thing. Steen mocks Danielson for not being able to make it in "the big leagues" and having to come back to ROH with his tail tucked between his legs and couldn't even get the job done against an outside like Shinsuke at "The Great Escape" and now the ROH fans are supposed to believe Danielson is their savior? Steen says give him a break.

Danielson begins to argue with Steen on the microphone and cuts him off as they go back and forth with insults before Bryan Danielson says "Enough!" - they have other matters to attend to as both he and Steen are in competition tonight. But in the mean time, Danielson is confirming himself as the man to take Tyler Black's spot at Glory by Honor IX in the 10-Man War.

March to War:

Segment 1:

We open our show with El Generico, Colt Cabana and Bryan Danielson standing in the ring with Ring of Honor GM Bret Hart

The 3 of them discuss with Bret the danger that the entire ROH locker room is in right now with the brutal attacks by SCUM. They express their concerns over The Briscoe Brothers who were so badly cut and concussed by attacks from SCUM's bounty hunters Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch and now they're down two men for the 5v5 war at Glory by Honor.

Bret Hart does his best to calm them down and says that he has just the replacements for them.

ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong makes his way down to the ring and steps into the ring, he thanks Bret Hart for allowing him to be one of the replacements for The Briscoes.

Bret Hart then brings up after discussing everything with the medical staff, they can now officially declare that Tyler Black is actually good to go for the match up.

Tyler Black's music hits and the crowd stands up and cheers and welcomes back Black as he comes down to the ring with a bandage around his head due to the attack by Jimmy Jacobs with a metal spike backstage at "The Great Escape"

Tyler Black attempts to try and take a moment and thank the crowd for the concern and the support but before he can hype the team up, SCUM makes their way down to the ring.

Kevin Steen is holding the ROH World Heavyweight Championship in one hand and a microphone in the other. He goes through one by one each member of the team and says that this is just a gigantic waste of everyone's time.

He doubles down on his comments for Danielson from the last show, he says that Danielson could barely hang with a rookie schmuck like Kyle O'Reilly and now we're expected to believe he's the "Savior" that ROH needs.

He says that Tyler Black doesn't even know where he's at right now and he calls Bret Hart a goof for allowing Black to participate in the match when The Briscoes weren't even in nearly as bad shape as Black was and now Black gets to participate in the main event at Glory by Honor??

Kevin Steen begins to try and run down Roderick Strong but then halfway through stops, he calls Strong a joke of a competitor and says that he could never get the job done and capture the REAL championship in ROH so he's settled for his little second place "participation trophy" title in the North American Championship.

He mocks Colt Cabana, he puts him down and says that he's going to do what he should have done at the first ROH show this year when he faces him again tonight and that's break his f*cking neck. Steen says that there's no chance that he would ever consider allowing Cabana to hold the ROH Championship. Steen brings up ROH's debut on national television coming up in January 2011 on TNT and says that people will be tuning in to ROH to get away from goobers like Cabana. He says that the ROH alternative lives and dies with guys like Kevin Steen and guys like the entirety of SCUM.

Kevin Steen just stares down El Generico as Generico is leaning over the ropes staring into Steen's soul.

Kevin says that he thinks El Generico is special. He's clearly the one that is the most emotionally involved in this entire fiasco that shouldn't even exist. Steen says that realistically that he and Corino would have been fine with just being a hot little act in ROH and chasing the world title but Generico just keeps getting back up. El Generico keeps coming back for more. El Generico will not die. Kevin says that after the state all 4 other men will be in at Glory by Honor, Generico will realize this is all of his fault. Kevin says that all the Suffering, all the Chaos, all the Ugliness, all the Mayhem... is because of him. El Generico is the reason ROH will continue to fall victim to the reign of SCUM. To the reign, of Mr. Wrestling, to the reign, of The Antichrist of Professional Wrestling, Kevin Steen.

Steen offers the team of 5 a condition for tonight's main event. As long as the other member's of Cabana's team don't get involved in tonight's main event, Steen swears on his life that SCUM won't get involved either. Steen says he is more than confident in his capability to beat Colt Cabana.

---

Match 1:
Tag Team Match:
Christopher Daniels/Kenny Omega vs. Mike Bennett/Matt Taven
The duo of Bennett and Taven looks to be an impressive one as the two work together as a team. Truly showcasing why they won the "Destined Duo" tag match at the last show. Omega and Daniels are clearly the better wrestlers though and seem to have an upper hand in the latter half of the match. Omega has Taven set up for the V Trigger but as Omega goes for the leap up, Bennett tackles Taven down and Omega clearly misses both men and instead hits Daniels in the face as Daniels is stood on the ring apron. Daniels goes stumbling to the outside. Bennett swoops Omega around and hits Omega with a piledriver and gets the pin.
Winners: Mike Bennett/Matt Taven via pinfall at 14 minutes

---

Segment 2:

Bennett and Taven leave in celebration as Daniels rolls into the ring and argues with Omega. He goes to shake the hand of Daniels but Daniels just shakes his head and leaves, leaving Omega standing there on his own.

Hardy makes quite easy work of Titus and gets the win after a Swanton Bomb

---

Segment 3:

ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen is in the back preparing with Steve Corino for tonight's main event. ROH North American Roderick Strong knocks on the door and steps in. Steen and Corino stand up ready to fight. Strong tells them to take it easy. He's not here to fight. He just wants to question Steen and his actions. Strong says that he's stood by long enough all year and seen the actions of Steen and says is this really him? Is this really what he feels he needs to do be the world champion? Strong says he did the right thing and ignored the words of Steen earlier and says that he knows that Steen didn't mean it when he called Roddy a second rate champion. Strong says that he wants to just put this all aside. Strong says that he genuinely respects Steen but he also adores Generico. He views Generico as ROH's weird little brother and wants to protect him at all costs and he intends on not holding back whatsoever at Glory by Honor.

Steen and Corino just laugh and immediately start ripping into Strong. Steen says he meant everything that he said earlier tonight. He says that Strong couldn't lace his boots. Steen mocks Strong for trying to act all high and mighty and like he cares for Generico. Steen questions if that's the case then why has Strong taken literally all year to get involved in this drama? Why is strong so scared?

Strong starts to get more heated and argue with Steen.

Steen cuts off Roderick and says that he's wasting his time. He says that if at any point that Strong wants to be more involved, he's going to extend an offer. Steen says any time, anywhere, Strong can come and challenge for the ROH World Heavyweight Championship. He says that he doesn't care if it's after tonight's main event, he doesn't care if it's in the opener of Glory by Honor, he doesn't care if it's at an airport, he doesn't care if it's his Steen's own house, whenever Roderick Strong decides to man up and come for the world championship, he can just go right ahead. Until then, he tells Strong to stay out of their way.

Steen and Corino leave the locker room and Steen passive aggressively shoulder bumps into Strong as he exits with Strong standing there clearly angered and frustrated by the encounter.

Segment 4:

We cut backstage to Eddie Kingston, Bobby Fish and Erick Stevens backstage.

Kingston cuts a promo on Jeff Hardy and trash talks him.

The Sandpaper Bastards Erick Stevens and Bobby Fish cut a promo on The American Wolves and trash talk them.

All 3 men are completely over their rivalries and plan to end it all at Glory by Honor as the following matches are made official for the iPPV:

Eddie Kingston vs. Jeff Hardy

The Sandpaper Bastards vs. The American Wolves

---

Match 3:
Singles Match:
Bryan Danielson (w/ Kyle O'Reilly) vs. Adam Cole
Kyle O'Reilly actually makes a surprising appearance with Danielson and accompanies him during his entrance. O'Reilly would be responsible for helping clear the ring of the streamers that are thrown into the ring during Danielson's entrance and is responsible for helping Danielson with his robe and holds it for him at ringside. Danielson clearly has more of a fire underneath than him wrestling Adam Cole than during his match against O'Reilly at the last show. Cole gets much less offense in than O'Reilly did and Danielson gets a pinfall over Cole after a diving headbutt.
Winner: Bryan Danielson via pinfall at 8 minutes

---

Segment 5:

After the match, Cole makes his way to his feet and drops to his knees as he shakes Danielson's hand and makes it clear he has nothing but respect for Danielson as Danielson smiles and raises the hand of Adam Cole and allows the crowd to cheer for Cole. This clearly can be seen making O'Reilly a bit annoyed and jealous by the attention Danielson and the crowd is showing Cole and he leaves ringside before handing Danielson his robe back as Danielson and Cole look confused.

---

Match 4:
Tag Team Match:
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs. The Monster Mafia (Ethan Page and Josh Alexander)
These two teams make a small war out of one another as this small rivalry comes to a close after The More Bang for Your Buck onto Page to get the 3 count.
Winner: The Young Bucks via pinfall at 19 minutes

---

Segment 6:

Backstage, we get a promo from Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli who hype up their rematch for the ROH World Tag Team Championships at Glory by Honor

---

Match 5:
Singles Match:
ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong vs. Jimmy Jacobs (w/ Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan)
Strong for the most part makes mostly easy work out of Jacobs and has Jacobs in the StrongHold but Moxley jumps onto the ring apron and begins to distract the referee, and as he does that, Callihan runs into the ring on the other side and hits Strong square in the face with a closed fist which has Strong stumbling around the ring, Jacobs rolls up Strong as Moxley leaps down from the apron, the referee turns around and counts the roll up for a 3 as Jacobs puts his feet up on the ropes.
Winner: Jimmy Jacobs via pinfall at 17 minutes

---

Segment 7:

Jacobs celebrates and heads to the outside of the ring as he, Moxley and Callihan walk away smirking as Strong looks pissed standing in the ring as this is actually the first time Strong has been pinned all year.

---

Segment 8:

We get a backstage confrontation between Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole. The two argue about what the hell happened out there earlier with O'Reilly's attitude. O'Reilly says that Cole is such a kiss ass and is clearly trying to get his "spot" with Danielson. Cole says he has no clue what O'Reilly is talking about and O'Reilly needs to chill out. O'Reilly says that after they had their debut match against one another and Cole win, that's all they talked about was exactly that, the winner, Adam Cole. The runner up of the Top Prospect Cup, Adam Cole. O'Reilly says that he wants to learn from the best to ever step into ROH and that's Bryan Danielson and he doesn't need Adam Cole trying to steal that spot from him too. Cole says that all he was doing was showing respect to Danielson for that exact reason, he's the ROH GOAT. Danielson steps in and overhears the two and tells them to chill out. There's no reason to argue over such a dumb thing. He thanks them for their kind words and assures them that he's nobody special but if they truly want to train with him then so be it. He says that first lesson, no trying to settle arguments with words when you can settle it in the ring. He says that at Glory By Honor it'll be a rematch between O'Reilly and Cole.

---

Segment 9:

Backstage we get a promo from former ROH World Tag Team Champions Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli who hype up their rematch for the tag team championships at Glory by Honor. They talk trash about ROH GM Bret Hart and say that after they win back their titles they would assume that their unbelievable suspension of Roddy Piper will be lifted and he can continue to accompany them to the ring again.

---

MAIN EVENT:
ROH WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen (c) vs. Colt Cabana
a shockingly 50/50 match between the two. Cabana looking to prove that he's not just the silly act that Steen is making him out to be and pulls out tons of moves that we've never seen from Cabana before. Ultimately, it's not enough as Steen hits Cabana with the package piledriver off the top rope to get the win.
Winner and STILL ROH World Heavyweight Champion: Kevin Steen

---

Segment 10:

After the match we get all 10 men involved in the Glory by Honor main event in the ring and having a giant brawl with a huge emphasis on Black getting his revenge against Jacobs and Generico and Steen absolutely ripping into one another.

The ROH security tries to run down and break it all up but are attacked from behind by SCUM's Bounty Hunters Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch!

Cade and Murdoch man handle the security team and starts hitting them over the heads with chairs as the entire place an absolute warzone!

The crowd is panickily moving around as the chaos enters the audience and everyone is attacking everyone. The feed cuts off abruptly with no real clear ending to the show as it's just the crowd panicking and screaming and exiting the arena as the war unfolds.

Match 1:
Tag Team Match:
World’s Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson)

Haas and Benjamin put on another super impressive showing here in their second match in ROH and give the Bucks a run for their money. The match comes to an end when Shelton catches Nick Jackson off the top rope and turns it into a clean T-Bone Suplex
Winners: World’s Greatest Tag Team via pinfall at 17 Minutes

—-

Segment 1:

We get a backstage promo from the ROH World Tag Team Champions All Night Xpress. King and Titus talk smack about their challengers the Kings of Wrestling. King and Titus gloat about the fact that they cost The Briscoe Brothers their tag titles earlier this year because they were pinned by The Kings at the 8th Anniversary Show in the defy or deny match all the way back in February. They said that single loss was the biggest domino effect in their 2010 being so hot. They got their win back when they captured gold from the Kings at “The Great Escape” and mention that tonight the score is officially settled when they once again overcome the Kings

—-

Match 2:

Singles Match:

Adam Cole vs. Kyle O’Reilly

Cole and O’Reilly put on another classic in front of this sold out crowd in Cincinatti. Putting on an even more impressive match than their match at “Legends of Honor” earlier this year. O’Reilly clearly has a fire in him to get his first win in ROH and continues to kick out of Cole’s most devastating moves. Unfortunately for O’Reilly though, Cole is able to hit a second Florida Keys to get the pin on Kyle.
Winner: Adam Cole via pinfall at 15 Minutes

—-

Segment 2:

After the match, Cole helps O’Reilly up to his feet to offer a handshake. O’Reilly clearly looks bitter. Once again not being able to get a win in ROH and for the second time, losing to Adam Cole. He looks extremely hesitant to shake the hand of Cole. Bryan Danielson makes his way to the ring and the face and demeanor of O’Reilly clearly changes to a more positive one and he shakes Cole’s hand as Danielson claps in approval before raising both of their arms to the ROH crowd. Danielson brings them both in for a side hug and tells them good work and walks to the back with the two of them.

—-

Segment 3:

we get a video package for the upcoming match between the Sandpaper Bastards and The American Wolves that highlights the feud between the two teams over the last few months which includes the highlights of Bobby Fish nearly breaking Davey Richards' arm in their first encounter, Bobby Fish and Erick Stevens using literal sandpaper to grind into Eddie Edwards' face and cut him open, Davey Richards beating Bobby Fish senselessly while Erick Stevens is handcuffed ringside, etc.

—-

Match 3:

Tag Team Match:

The Sandpaper Bastards (Bobby Fish and Erick Stevens) vs. The American Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards)
This literal blood fueled and bone cracking feud comes to a blow as these two dont' hold their feelings back from one another, constantly having more than one legal man in the ring at a time and giving the referee a hard time. The match comes to an end after Richards hits the DR driver onto Stevens and Eddie Edwards holds Fish back from breaking the pin.
Winners: The American Wolves via pinfall at 18 Minutes

---

Segment 4:

After the match, The Wolves celebrate their victory, heading to the back, walking backwards and both men throw up middle fingers towards the ring as Fish looks disappointed and helps Erick Stevens up.

---

Segment 5:

We get a backstage promo from Jeff Hardy who hypes ups his match with Eddie Kingston tonight and says that Kingston has done a lot of running his mouth the last several months but anytime they've stepped into the ring, Kingston struggles to keep up with the speed of Hardy. Hardy says the only time Kingston has been able to get the upperhand against Hardy is using cheap tactics. Hardy says enough is enough and it's time to end this petty rivalry so Hardy can move onto bigger things. He says Kingston is a joke.

---

Match 4:
Singles Match:
Kenny Omega vs. Christopher Daniels
Daniels and Kenny put on another clinic with this one being the most personal yet with the two of them blaming one another for their back to back tag match losses lately in their matches where they've been lumped together as a team. Daniels goes for the BME but Omega rolls out of the way and uses the ropes to get up fast, hits Daniels with the V Trigger! Daniels goes leaning back into the ropes, Omega throws Daniels into the One Winged Angel! 1..2..3!!!
Winner: Kenny Omega via pinfall at 13 minutes

---

Segment 6:

Kenny goes to shake Daniels hand but Daniels just gets pissed and heads to the back, pissed at another big loss this year in ROH.

---

Segment 7:

We get a video package highlighting the year that ANX has had so far this year and the downfall that the Kings have been on the last few months, showing emphasis on the distain that the Kings have for ROH GM Bret Hart. We see an interview of Bret Hart continuing to double down on he views his relationship with the Kings as nothing but "tough love" for who he truly believes is the best tag team on the planet and that's why he's refused to allow them to use any big crutches since he took over in management in ROH. He wants them at their absolute best.

---

Match 5:
ROH WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS:
Tag Team Match:
ROH World Tag Team Champions The All Night Xpress (Rhett Titus and Kenny King) (c) vs. The Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli)
The Kings do everything in their power to dominate and have control over the course of the most of the match but to both the crowd's shock and the Kings shock, ANX have brought their A-Game and have "leveled up" it seems and kicks out of all their big moves and continue to keep coming back. Hero goes for a rolling elbow but King ducks, lifts Hero up and hits the Royal Flush! Titus runs into Claudio onto the ring apron and punches him off and onto the ground, Titus climbs up to the top rope and hits a frog splash! both King and Titus pin Hero
Winners and STILL ROH World Tag Team Champions: The All Night Xpress at 26 minutes

---

Segment 8:

The All Night Xpress stand in the ring and celebrate their victory while holding their titles high above their head as the crowd boos.

They exit and head to the back as Hero and Claudio look pissed and Hero asks for a microphone.

Chris Hero begins to cut a ravishing promo on the ROH GM Bret Hart and says that this is what he wanted. He wanted to get in the heads of the Kings of Wrestling. He says that 2010 was supposed to be year of royalty. It was supposed to be the year of the Kings of Wrestling and Bret Hart had to come in and f*ck it all up.

ROH GM Bret Hart's music hits as the crowd cheers as the legend comes down to the ring and steps into the ring with a microphone.

Bret Hart looks to speak but before he can even let one word out of his mouth, Chris Hero open hand slaps the taste right out of Bret Hart's mouth to the shock of even Claudio as Bret looks humiliated and stunned as Hero guides Claudio and the two head to the back as the crowd boos Hero and Claudio as the exit, with Bret just standing there still shocked and clearly upset with what just happened, grabbing his cheek.

---

Segment 9:

We get a video package hyping up the Eddie Kingston and Jeff Hardy match. We see highlights from all the promos that Eddie Kingston has cut on Hardy over the several months. We see a glimpse of the death defying stunt that Hardy pulled at "The Makings of a Varsity Athlete" where he Swanton Bombed onto Kingsston, Fish and Stevens

---

Match 6:
Singles Match:
Eddie Kingston vs. Jeff Hardy
Kingston looks to use his brute force and brawling abilities to his advantage as he constantly is grabbing Hardy's hair and slinging him around the match, much to the referee's disapproval. Kingston goes for a BLKOUT Lariat but Hardy rolls out of the way and accidentally bumps into the referee a bit who goes stumbling into the corner, Kingston looks thrown off and distracted by the Referee and Hardy uses it to his advantage and actually scrapes Kingston in the eyes to the crowd's joy and laughter. Hardy sets up Kingston with the Twist of Fate! Hardy runs to the top rope and hits a Swanton Bomb!!
Winner: Jeff Hardy via pinfall at 19 minutes

---

Segment 10:

Mike Bennett and Matt Taven make their way to the ring much to the crowd's disapproval. Bennett and Taven look to cut a promo on the fact they weren't booked on tonight's show. They say it's a disgrace. Bennett hypes himself up as The Top Prospect of ROH. He says that he's done everything to prove that he's a worthy competitor in ROH but because he's good looking and doesn't wrestle like a "Geek" - the ROH fans hate him. Matt Taven takes the microphone and says that he's seen the discussion on the ROH forums and says he's aware that people seem to think that he's riding the tail of Bennett and using him as an "in" to ROH and says that it's a ridiculous statement. Bennett rubs the shoulders of Taven as Taven continues to get upset. Taven says that he'll place an open challenge to anyone in the back who wants to face him singles action tonight and give them an ass kicking that's surely to shoot him up in the singles ranks as well.

Brian Cage's theme song hits as the crowd cheers

---

Match 7:

El Generico, Colt Cabana, Bryan Danielson, Tyler Black and ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong

AND WE'RE OFF!
These teams go at it and cause the absolute chaos that was promised from Steen.
Jacobs and Black spend a strong majority of the match focused on one another. Black at one point hits Jacobs with God's Last Gift on the outside of the ring but is then attacked by Corino from behind with a chair, onto the already injured head of Black, leaving Black in a bad state and out of the rest of the match as the medical crew come and beg Black to stand out of the rest of the match in fear of getting concussed
Strong eventually makes his focus onto Jacobs who got a roll up victory against him at our last show.
Strong is attacked from behind by Moxley and Callihan but the attack is stopped by Generico and Cabana.
Steen and Danielson brawl it out in the ring and Danielson gets a shocking amount of offense onto the world champion.

COLE AND O'REILLY!
Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly make their way from the back curtain and begin attacking Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch and getting them off of Danielson.
O'Reilly is using his MMA background and attacking Murdoch swiftly
Lance Cade looks to try and attack O'Reilly after he hits Cole with a Lariat
HERE COMES EL GENERICO WITH A HELLUVA KICK ONTO CADE, landing onto the guard rail as the crowd screams and chants "ROH! ROH! ROH!"
Jimmy Jacobs comes up and stabs Generico in the back of the head with the same metal spike that he used to take out Tyler Black backstage at "The Great Escape"
Steen has made his way back into the ring, trying to catch his breath
Roderick Strong is waiting for him and dives onto Steen and starts hitting Steen with lefts and rights.
Moxley and Callihan look to step into the ring to stop the assault but Cabana comes up from behind and bashes the heads of Callihan and Moxley together.
Jacobs now goes and slightly jabs Cabana in the back of the head as well now causing Cabana to drop to his knees.
Black comes back into the match and hits Jacobs with another God's Last Gift but is clearly exhausted and lays on the ground next to a now passed out Jacobs, gritting his teeth in anger and despair.
Strong is in the ring and now has Steen in the StrongHold! Steen is reaching for the ropes, not that it matters as there is no rope breaks in this match, it can be seen that Steen is clearly debating on tapping...
Steve Corino comes in and uses a tazer to zap Strong in the back!
Strong screams out in agony and lets go of the StrongHold
Steen crawls back to his feet, kicks Roderick, Package Piledriver!!!
1...
2.....

October 8:
Tag Wars 2010 Night 1
City: Lexington, KY

85qUmv1.jpg

---

Segment 1:

We open our show with a fierce Eddie Kingston storming to the ring.

Eddie Kingston cuts a promo on Jeff Hardy and makes excuses for his loss at Glory By Honor IX and says that it's ridiculous now that ROH is immediately focusing on some "horse sh*t tag team tournament" when true alpha male, lone wolfs such as himself have to sit aside and wait these shows to finish up. He calls tag team wrestling a joke and an excuse for guys to coast on by with someone elses success and says that he only relies on himself and he's all he needs.

Former ROH World Heavyweight Champions Homicide makes his way down to the ring to the crowd's cheers.

Homicide begins to cut a promo on Eddie and say that he's making a joke of himself out there slandering tag team wrestling. Homicide puts over tag team wrestling and says that the biggest moments of his entire career have come from tag team wrestling. Kingston gets in Homicide's face and says that he's a fool for attempting to come out here and interrupt him when he's in the mood he's in right now. Kingston continues to get into Homicide's face and say that the only reason he's had such big success "down at Universal Studios" is because he isn't a reliable enough guy to put towards the top of the card. Homicide slings his head up and head butts Kingston in the chin and the two start to duke it out and brawl.

Homicide gets the upper hand but Kingston slings himself back and rolls out of the ring, holding onto his chin in anger and leaves as the crowd cheers on Homicide

---

---

Segment 6:

We get a backstage promo from Tyler Black who talks about the last several months and how they've affected him both physically and emotionally. He says that he's happy that tonight is a celebration for tag team wrestling in the best damn pro wrestling promotion on the planet. He says that ultimately though, blindly aligning himself with someone is what lead to the downfall of his career. He says that he won't lie, after feeling untouchable as ROH World Heavyweight Champion and then seeing it all come crumble down right in front of him because of SCUM has made him sick to his stomach because it all comes from the domino effect of he aligning himself with a piece of sh*t like Jimmy Jacobs. He says that Jacobs is the exact same man as he was when they debuted in ROH several years and he's doing everything in his power to hold Tyler back and bring him back to the same headspace. Tyler has accepted the fact that he won't be entering the TNT era of ROH as the world champion but he knows for a fact that Jacobs hasn't accepted that he is the lesser than man from their duo as Age of the Falls and he knows that eats at Jacobs more than anything. Tyler issues a challenge for Jacobs at Final Battle. The biggest PPV of the ROH year and Black wants Jacobs to finally grow a pair and if he truly hates him as much as he claims to for everything that he is now, he needs to prove it one on one action. Tyler says no more of this silly gang warfare. It's Tyler Black vs. Jimmy Jacobs at Final Battle.

---

Match 7:
Round 1 of Tag Wars 2010:
Tag Team Match:
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs. SCUM (Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan) (w/ Jimmy Jacobs)
By far the match of the night so far as these two teams seem to bring everything out of one another and the two different styles meshing well as The Bucks' high flying speed is a fun mixture with the brutality of Mox/Callihan. The Bucks are able to land a More Bang For Your Buck on Callihan while actually hitting the piledriver part of the move onto the crotch of Jon Moxley, pinning Callihan for the win.
Winners: The Young Bucks via pinfall at 22 Minutes

Winner and STILL ROH World Heavyweight Champion: Kevin Steen via pinfall at 8 minutes

---

MAIN EVENT:
Round 1 of Tag Wars 2010:
Tag Team Match:
The Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) vs. The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas)
BIG. MATCH. FEEL. The crowd is on their feet before the bell even rings and chanting "This is awesome!" as these two iconic teams stand across from one another in a hot sold out crowd. Benjamin and Haas prove that they're here for the long haul in Ring of Honor as they take the Kings to their limits. Hero and Claudio are looking to set up Shelton for the Royal Bomb but Haas pushes them in an attempt to get them to let go of Shelton and they all go stumbling into the referee knocking him out.

??? HARRY SMITH AND TYSON KIDD ???

The young members of the Hart family rush the ring and begin a sneak attack on the Kings. The commentary team make it clear that this is obvious revenge on the Kings for Hero smacking the taste out of ROH GM Bret Hart's mouth at Glory By Honor. They hit Hero with the Hart Attack and call Chris Hero a "dumb mother f*cker" before leaving the ring as the crowd boos as Smith and Kidd smirk arrogantly. Haas and Benjamin look at one another in shock but Benjamin shrugs his shoulders and pins Hero as the crowd boos.

Winners: The World's Greatest Tag Team via pinfall at 31 Minutes

Segment 7:

The show comes to an end as the Harts stand at the entrance ramp with big smiles on their faces as WGTT celebrate in the ring, advancing themselves to the next round of the tournament.

He plans to bring everything he's got to get that rough side once again out of Black so the world can see him for the mad man he really is and the ROH crowd will turn their back on Tyler, the same way that everyone did him.

Singles Match:
ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen (c) (w/ Steve Corino) vs. Jeff Hardy
Hardy and Steen have a hard fought battle between each other and at several points Hardy comes extremely close to capturing the ROH Championship but Steen just continues to kick out of every move at the very last second to everyone's shock and even Steve Corino who is shocked at Steen's determination to stay champion. Hardy goes for a Whisper in the wind but Steen catches him and throws his head into the turnbuckle and then positions him for a package piledriver!
Winner and STILL ROH World Heavyweight Champion: Kevin Steen via pinfall at 24 minutes

---

Segment 6:

Kevin Steen celebrates with the world heavyweight championship as the crowd boos. He cuts a promo while trying to catch his breath and says that they can boo all the want but they have nobody to blame for this but that idiot El Generico. He brings up the destruction that they all caused at Glory By Honor and how Colt Cabana may be concussed too and again, there's nobody to blame but El Generico. All he had to do was leave ROH and this wouldn't have been nearly as bad. But now that he has the world championship and can feel he's reaching his full potential, this will never end until ROH ceases to be under the control of SCUM.

ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong makes his way down to the ring much to the surprise of everyone.

Roderick warns Steen and says that this has gone on long enough and he needs to back off Generico.

Steen says that Strong has a lot of nerve coming down here after what he said about Generico considering that the man to blame for all of this after Generico would be he, Roderick Strong, the man that was pinned in the main event of the 10-man tag at the PPV.

Steen doubles down on his comments and even points out that the "Second rate" champion is on a bit of a losing streak it seems, now being pinned back to back to back 3 times in a row while Kevin Steen still remains unpinned in all of 2010.

Strong starts to fire back at Steen and say that the major difference between he and Kevin Steen is that he's a champion of pride, he's a champion of honor. Roderick Strong says that he takes his duties as the first ever North American Champion extremely seriously.

Steen says that Strong is constantly talking a big game but has yet to take him on his offer that he is officially declaring as champion that Roderick Strong can come for this title whenever he feels like it, anytime, anywhere, he calls Roderick Strong a coward.

Roddy gets mad and gets in Steen's face and starts to push him as SCUM make their way down to the ring. Jacobs, Moxley and Callihan surround the ring.

ROH GM Bret Hart makes his way down to the ring

Bret says he's going to make this short and sweet because regardless of what many people are thinking, he had nothing to do with the attack on the Kings of Wrestling by his family members Harry Smith and Tyson Kidd. He says that he's a "big man" and can fight his own battles.

He says to get to the immediate situation at hand though, he tells Roderick to calm down because El Generico is also a big man. He says that he's done a lot of talking with Generico since Glory By By Honor and he says that Generico is wanting this entire thing to end as welll. He says that Generico was understandable when he said that he's aware that he's done nothing but lose to Steen all year anytime they come face to face but he wants to put this all to rest... He wants Kevin Steen at Final Battle. He says that he's willing to put all on the line at Final Battle. El Generico is willing to propose that at Final Battle, in our main event, it will be Kevin Steen defending the ROH World Championship against former best friend, former tag team partner, El Generico ... WITH the stipulation that if El Generico doesn't walk out of Final Battle, he'll leave ROH. Bret says that right then and there when Generico offered something like that, he was the man for the job to put an end to SCUM. He says that Generico has more honor than anyone in ROH and we need a man like that to defeat the evil forces of SCUM. Steen smiles menacingly as he now has the chance to complete his ultimate goal and rid El Generico from ROH.

RING OF HONOR WRESTLING PRESENTS:
OCTOBER, 31, 2010
LIVE FROM CHICAGO, IL

Z6pNO0e.jpg

Segment 1:

We open our show with The Briscoe Brothers standing in the ring and cutting a promo. They talk trash on the low lives that are Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. They say that they don't seem to have any interest in "pro wrasslin'" the way that The Briscoes do and want to just be guns paid for hire. They say that they showed up at the wrong promotion then because this is Ring of Honor WRESTLING. WE ARE PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING! They say that it was because of Cade and Murdoch that they missed the most stacked tag team tournament in the history of ROH, they missed one of the most important matches of all time in the Glory By Honor main event... But they'll be DAMNED if they're going to miss Final Battle. They issue a challenge for Cade and Murdoch for Final Battle!

---

Match 1:
The Nightmare on Elm Street Fight:
Eddie Kingston vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Michael Elgin vs. Jimmy Jacobs vs. Necro Butcher vs. Nick Gage
The Show is off to a literally bloody great start as all 6 men put on an insane performance that involves barbwire tables, chairs, thumbtacks, etc. This is the match that gets the crowd going on the Halloween Spirit. The match comes to an end after Jacobs whacks Butcher with a barbed wire baseball bat and slings the bat off, yanking small pieces of Butcher's skin off.
Winner: Jimmy Jacobs via pinfall at 24 Minutes

---

Segment 2:

Jimmy Jacobs is celebrating his victory but Tyler Black comes down to the ring and cuts a promo on Jacobs and thanks Jacobs for accepting his challenge for Final Battle and he's happy to see Jacobs pick up another win because he's going to need as much momentum as possible to beat Tyler Black at Final Battle. Black gets heated and tries to get closer to the ring and approach Jacobs face to face but Jacobs dips through the crowd as they boo.

---

Match 2:
"Spiderman" vs. "Wolverine" Costume Match:
Ricochet vs. Brian Cage
Another fun for the Halloween show as the two put on fun performances in honor of the characters they're supposed to be with Ricochet using as much speed as humanly possible to put down the FN Machine Brian Cage but Cage hits the Weapon X to get the win.
Winner: "Wolverine" Brian Cage via pinfall at 12 Minutes

---

Segment 3:

We get a promo in the ring from ROH GM Bret Hart who calls out his family members Harry Smith and Tyson Kidd. The two of them make their ways down to the ring. Hart questions them for what they did at Night 1 of Tag Wars. Kidd and Smith say that they were doing what was best for the Hart Family and the Hart legacy and it was disrespectful what Hero did when smacking Bret in the face. Bret tries to downplay the entire thing and tries to admit that he's starting to feel a mutual feeling of the "Tough love" from the Kings of Wrestling that he's shown them all year. Kidd and Smith say that both parties are delusional. Kidd and Smith say that the old Bret Hart wouldn't take this. He's gotten soft in his old age. This clearly upsets Hart.

Out from the back comes...

IT'S RODDY PIPER!

Roddy Piper makes his way down to the ring, clearly making a return and his first appearance since being suspended by Bret Hart from ROH several months ago.

Roddy Piper immediately starts cooking all 3 men. Piper says that he's glad to see Smith and Kidd taking initiative but they did it by messing with the wrong guys. Piper says Hero and Claudio are the toughest SOBs in the business today and Piper says he tried to warn Bret time and time again that he was getting into a situation that he did NOT want himself in. He tried to be a good friend to Bret. But what did Bret do? He suspended him... and now look... The Kings have lost the ROH Tag Team Championships, they lost their minds, SCUM is running ROH, We have a joke for tag team champions, and now Hart's own drama is leaking and corroding his own family..

Piper says that unfortunately due to commitments in Japan, The Kings of Wrestling couldn't be here tonight... but he's done a lot of talking with them since the night that they smacked Bret at Glory By Honor and most definitely now that the other Harts have gotten involved, it's time to put this thing to rest...

At Final Battle...

The Harts: Bret Hart, Harry Smith and Tyson Kidd
vs.
The Kings: Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli and Roddy Piper

Hart looks to try and back down but Smith and Kidd get in Bret's face and are whispering in his ear before ultimately Hart reluctantly agrees to the 6-Man Tag.

---

Match 3:
Singles Match:
Alex Shelley vs. Kenny Omega
These two put on a banger! Omega hits a One Winged Angel to get a pin.
Winner: Kenny Omega via pinfall at 19 Minutes

---

Segment 4:

Omega says he will be going into Final Battle 2010 with intentions of walking into 2011 as a champion. He makes it official and declares that he's the #1 Contender for the ROH North American Championship at Final Battle.

---

Match 4:
Tag Team Match:
SCUM (Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan) vs. Gangrel and Kevin Thorn
This match was originally viewed as something that would be a pure comedy match but these two teams meshed very well and SCUM were able to really vibe with the spooky aesthetic of their opponents. The match comes to a finish after Moxley hits a Paradigm Shift onto Thorn
Winners: SCUM via pinfall at 13 Minutes

---

Segment 5:

We get a backstage promo from Colt Cabana and El Generico who put over El Generico's big match coming up at Final Battle. Generico does his best to speak but can clearly be seen having pain in his eyes. Cabana says that this is the biggest match in the history of ROH as this will ultimately shape the future of more than just these two men's lives, it will affect the future of ROH as we head into a new era when ROH makes it's debut on TNT. Cabana says that Generico is aware that he's got literally everything to lose going into this one with the stipulation being that if he doesn't walk out as ROH Champion, El Generico is leaving ROH. But Generico is all heart, Generico is the glue that keeps this company together and without El Generico, there is no ROH. And the more El Generico, when given the world championship, that's less and less power and control that SCUM have. Cabana says that this is the must see match of the year.

---

Match 5:
ROH North American Championship:
Singles Match:
ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong (c) vs. Chris Sabin
Strong has a lot to prove here tonight after going most of 2010 undefeated but somehow ended up being pinned in his last 3 matches and he has an intense match with Sabin and uses tons of aggression. Strong hits the backbreaker onto Sabin and originally yanks the leg of Sabin but says "Nah, F*ck this!" and grabs the legs of Sabin instead and locks in a tight StrongHold

A clearly aggravated Strong holds up the championship above his head and limps to the back exhausted as the crowd cheers on as Strong looks pissed as hell.

---

Segment 8:

We get an in ring segment between The Young Bucks and the All Night Xpress

The two teams taunt one another and have a promo battle in the ring to hype up their big title match coming up at Final Battle 2010.

The Bucks point out the fact that they're both the teams that claimed they'd become tag team champions before the year comes to an end and the Bucks are the ones who came up short but through their own creative means and reasons, the ANX are the ones who shockingly became the ROH Tag Team Champions. They say that Final Battle is their last chance to fulfill their destiny and win the ROH tag titles in the year of 2010 and keep their promise to themselves, their families and the ROH fans.

The ANX mock the Bucks and say that they're a joke and that they can try and tug the heart strings of everyone all the want but it's not going to work. ANX say that they actually respect the Young Bucks but this is all business and at Final Battle the result will be the same when ANX walk out as tag team champions. They say that they're tired of being looked at as a joke and when they go into the TNT era of ROH champions, the entire world will have no choice but to respect them as the best team in the world.

---

Segment 9:

Truth Martini | Wiki | Wrestling Amino

We get a mysterious backstage promo/vignette from a man who calls himself "Truth Martini" who introduces himself into ROH in a very mysterious and vague manner. He says that because Daniels got a little bit of TV time down in Orlando he thinks he's someone special here in the thriving ROH. Backstage we see El Generico sitting in his locker room, looking dead inside, but excited as Colt Cabana, who made his ROH return in the pre show match comes to comfort him, he tells Generico to not look so down, he says that tonight is Generico's night - Cabana says that he's meant everything he's said when he says that he considers Generico like a brother and to not worry about any outside interference tonight as he and the other ROH roster members will be heavily guarding the match and if any SCUM shenanigans begin to happen, the ROH roster will put a stop to it. Generico and Cabana hug.

Match 3:
Singles Match:
ROH North American Championship:
ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong (c) vs. Kenny Omega
This is the first match of the night to truly blow the crowd's mind and have them on their feet almost for the entirety of the match. The first ever ROH North American Champion Roderick Strong is pulling out every possible big move he can against Omega but Omega is putting on his true star making performance here as he continues to either kick out or outright counter anything from Strong. Strong sets Omega up for a backbreaker but Omega is able to yank Strong over with an arm drag, yanks Strong back up, V TRIGGER! Strong is stumbling around, he makes it back to his feet... A SECOND V TRIGGER FROM OMEGA! - Omega walks around the ring making the face of a killer with the crowd getting behind him, he runs to a barely able to stand Strong and a THIRD V TRIGGER!

Strong slowly rolls out of the ring, his face not leaving the ground in disappointment, he looks out at the crowd as the crowd continues to cheer him on as Omega lays on his knees and points up the ramp to Strong to show his respect, Strong scoffs and heads backstage instead of acknowledging the love from the fans.

The American Dragon puts Mike Bennett not only through his toughest match thus far in ROH but puts him through his best match. These 4 Teams hit the gas with no signs of ever slamming on the brakes. Chaos ensues for almost the entirety of the match and the referee loses track several times who is the actual legal man with so much action going on in and outside the ring. Erick Stevens has long time rival Davey Richards in a choke hold, heading to the ropes but is swindled around by Davey and thrown to another corner, allowing Benjamin to tag himself in on their corner instead of Fish in the Bastards' corner, Benjamin rushes and dives onto Bobby Fish, knocking him off the apron, Haas makes his arounds and takes care of SCUM and Eddie Edwards on the outside and begins brawling with them, Benjamin shows a freakish amount of strength as he lifts both Davey and Stevens up for a DOUBLE T-BONE SUPLEX! The crowd is going insane, Benjamin pins Stevens!

Corino attempts to defend himself but Steen isn't having it. He says tonight he wants the ring to himself. This is his true time to shine and prove to everyone that Kevin Steen as world champion is now and forever now. One year in the making, Kevin Steen officially kills El Generico.

---

Match 6:
Singles Match:
Jeff Hardy vs. Christopher Daniels
Daniels is playing up more and more of his cowardly behavior as of late and looks to do everything he can to avoid confrontation with assault from Hardy. Hardy has Daniels set up for the Twist of Fate but out comes... Michael Elgin? He stares down the ramp at a confused Jeff Hardy as Christopher Daniels uses this chance to get out of the twist of fate and set Hardy up for an Angels Wings! ANX silence all their haters as they put on their biggest performance yet to a hot crowd in New York. This match is stuffed with constant near falls and the crowd standing on their feet. King goes for a drop kick onto Matt Jackson but Jackson ducks out of the way, dives, tags into Nick Jackson, Nick goes and super kicks Rhett as soon as he slides into the ring, he yells at Matt to get up, they set King up for the More Bang for Your Buck! It's over!

---

We get a video package of Tyler Black and Jimmy Jacobs as their young days debuting as a team of Age of the Fall in 2007, their quick rise in the tag division, their classic matches with The Briscoe Brothers and even Kevin Steen and El Generico when they were a team, we see the downfall and fall out of the team that lead to a series of matches between Jacobs and Black, we see the match that ultimately lead to Jacobs being forced to leave ROH after losing a grueling match to Tyler Black, we see Tyler Black winning the ROH championship from Austin Aries at Final Battle 2009 last year and we get a promo spliced into the video package of Jacobs reminding him of how if it wasn't for Jacobs there would be no Tyler Black and Black was doing everything in his power to attempt to erase that fact, we see a playback of Jacobs being involved in the match that cost Black to lose the ROH World Championship to fellow SCUM member Kevin Steen, we see Jacobs attacking Black that nearly left him out of commission for a scary amount of time - this is nearly as grudge match as a grudge match gets.

---

Match 8:
Grudge Match:
Singles Match:
Tyler Black vs. Jimmy Jacobs
These two are looking to not only end one another's careers, they seem to be trying to end each other's lives. Jacobs is pulling out tons of moves that he's never been seen doing before, showing how serious he is taking this match, the training and influence that Jacobs has gotten from Steve Corino and other fellow SCUM members is scary as we see an even scarier side to Jimmy Jacobs. Black is able to power through a lot of it and is also fighting a lot more aggressive than we've recently seen him wrestle and is looking to match the evil that Jacobs is bringing to the match. Black is able to hit a God's Last Gift onto Jacobs and looks to cover but Corino runs out from the back to the crowd's boos and grabs the leg of the referee and pulls him out of the ring, Black looks absolutely pissed and leans over the ropes, yelling at Corino, just then, Callihan and Moxley run from the back and slide a weapon to Jacobs... it's a metal spike... Jacobs jabs Black in the back of the head with the metal spike! Black is out cold. A small dribble of blood can be seen on the mat as Jacobs drags him further from the ropes and into the center of the ring. Corino slides the referee into the ring as the crowd boos and the referee slowly counts to 3.

Winner: Jimmy Jacobs via pinfall at 23 Minutes

---

After the match, Jacobs gives an evil cackles as the 3 members of SCUM celebrate with him as Black looks scarily hurt as the medical professionals rush to the ring to check on him as SCUM heads to the back with a crowd booing heavily.

---

We get a video package that showcases the weird and petty rivalry between ROH GM Bret Hart and The Kings of Wrestling's Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli. Hart has made it clear since near day 1 that he views Hero and Claudio as the two biggest potential stars in ROH and they need to act like it. Stop with the "indie bull sh*t" and go out there and prove themselves as the big star players he knows they are, we see a replay of Roddy Piper getting himself involved with the feud after KoW saved him from an assault from Kevin Steen, something that Bret Hart couldn't prevent even though he's the GM of ROH. Piper sides with the Kings of Wrestling and calls Hart petty and selfish. Hart suspended Piper. The Kings lost their tag titles. The Kings assaulted Hart. Hart's family got involved. All of this over some tough love from one of the greatest talents the business has ever seen. Hart looks to whip The Kings into shape tonight and prepare them for the big leagues as ROH heads to it's next era.

---

Match 9:
6-Man Tag:
The Harts (Bret Hart, Harry Smith and TJ Wilson) vs. The Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) and Roddy Piper
This match is extremely hard fought between the two younger teams of Wilson/Smith and The Kings and they look to prove that this upcoming generation of wrestlers is going to be A-Okay. Wilson finally tags in Bret to the big pop of the crowd. Hero sizes Hart up and smirks, before tagging in Roddy Piper, the crowd is going electric and is on their feet as the two legends get in the ring and angrily get in one another's face, yelling at each other, before finally trading blows and strikes between one another as the camera zooms in on it before -- BAM! A HUGE SURPRISE ROLLING ELBOW BY CHRIS HERO! The crowd gives a mixed reaction of cheers and boos as Hero smiles at the camera. Wilson and Smith get into the ring and attempt to defend Bret but Claudio rushes into the ring and it's a 3 on 2 situation with The Kings and Piper clearly on top, finally, The Kings lift Bret up for a Royal Bomb! Piper smiles and gets the pin on Bret.

Winners: The Kings of Wrestling and Roddy Piper via pinfall at 13 Minutes

---

Post match, KoW and Piper don't spend a ton of time celebrating as they just head to the back with more of a mixed reaction from the crowd as TJ Wilson and Harry Smith assist Bret up.

---

We get a video package hyping up our main event, the one everyone has been waiting for, ROH World Champion Kevin Steen defends his ROH Championship against his former tag team partner and best friend, El Generico. We get a replay of Final Battle 2009 when Steen turned on Generico after their loss to The Young Bucks. We see the evil and corrupt influence that Corino has had on Steen. We see Steen beating Generico in their only singles match against each other so far during WrestleMania weekend all the way back in April. We see Steen capture the championship from Tyler Black, the formation of SCUM. We see Generico overcome all odds at every corner and beat members of SCUM in singles matches, we see a replay of the 10-Man Tag from our last PPV Glory by Honor. It's time. It's Steen's Championship against Generico's ROH career. If El Generico does not leave Final Battle with the ROH Championship, he vows that his journey comes to an end here in ROH.

---

MAIN EVENT:
Grudge Match:
Fight Without Honor:
Championship vs. Career, If Generico does not leave Final Battle with the ROH Championship, he leaves ROH:
ROH WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen (c) vs. El Generico

The crowd is ecstatic and on their feet during the entire video package, during the entrances, as soon as Steen hits the ring, the two go at it, the bell has been rung and we're under way. The two are taking hatred to a whole other meaning.

Steen quickly is able to grab a steel chair from under the ring and looks to give a replay to what happened at last year's Final battle and swing's a chair right at Generico's skull, Generico is able to catch the chair and powers himself up, the crowd is going crazy, Generco yanks the chair out of Steen's hands and slaps it over Steen's skull instead, the thunderous sound of the chair echos through out the hammerstein ball room.

Generico sets up Steen for a Helluva Kick, but as he comes, Steen grabs Generico and slams him down to the mat, Steen picks up Generico and hit's him with a package piledriver ... 2 count!

Generico lifts Steen up for the BRAINBUSTAH! but Steen weighs himself down and hits Generico with his own version of a Brainbustah! 2 count!

Steen gets a table in the ring and sets it up, setting in over towards the corner, looking to hit a package piledriver on Generico and through the table, but Generico powers out, and repositions both him and Steen, he has Steen in position, the crowd is freaking out as Generico instead turns it into a top rope BRAINBUSTAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH through the table!!!

Generico covers...

Winner and NEW ROH WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION: EL GENERICO!!!

---

Streamers are thrown into the ring by fans and rain down from the roof as Generico is handed the ROH Championship, clearly very emotional with some tears in his eyes, blood able to be seen through his mask as the crowd chants along to his theme song "OLE! OLE! OLE!" - Generico has done it. He's conquered Kevin Steen and done the unthinkable and become WORLD CHAMPION. Steen drags himself to the back, throwing a small tantrum as he holds his head as it gushes with blood and heads to the back.

Generico is standing in the ring, attempting to put the ROH World Championship around his waist.

All of a sudden... the lights go out...

We see on the titantron the following backstage segment from the September 4 show "March to War"

****ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen is in the back preparing with Steve Corino for tonight's main event.

Steen and Corino leave the locker room and Steen passive aggressively shoulder bumps into Strong as he exits with Strong standing there clearly angered and frustrated by the encounter****

the crowd boos as we then cut to a Roderick Strong earlier in tonight soaking in his loss of the ROH North American Championship, he sits there defeated.

When all of a sudden, the mysterious man who has been appearing in vignettes at recent ROH shows, Truth Martini shows up, he comforts Strong and says "You know what this means, right? You know what you now have to do."

Strong looks to be in denial and says it's not right. Truth cuts him off and says it's not about what's right. It's about what is earned. Truth says Strong is by far and objectively the best wrestler in the world and when ROH enters the new era in 2011, it starts with a new vision, a new savior, a new vision... it starts with the Truth.... Truth Martini laughs evily as Strong just sits on the backstage bench and contemplates.

---

The lights come back on with Martini standing there behind Generico giving a smile only the devil himself could love, holding the "Book of Truth" in his hands, Generico turns around, beaten and battered, blood still dripping out of his mask, barely able to stand and hold up the ROH championship that he hasn't been able to even strap around his waist.

Truth stands there and begins the mischievous laugh again as the crowd stands there, half booing and half in confused silence.

Finally, Roderick Strong's theme hits, the entire crowd is now booing as Strong makes his way to the ring slowly, observing the hostile crowd, people throwing trash at him and throwing up their middle fingers at Strong as he slides into the ring, a referee not far behind him.

Generico looks at both Truth and Strong in shock and heartbreak, Strong stands in the opposite corner, looking at the ground, too cowardly to even make eye contact with Generico as Generico still looks innocently confused. Truth then wacks Generico in the back with the book of truth, the thud of the heavy book echoing around the world. The crowd boos and begins to throw trash into the ring. Strong then looks up with an entirely new look never before seen in the eyes of Strong as the bell rings as Generico goes stumbling into Strong who throws Generico up for the most vicious of backbreakers before covering Generico...

1... 2... 3....

Winner and new ROH World Heavyweight Champion: Roderick Strong via pinfall at 11 seconds.

The show goes off air with the fans throwing trash into the ring and chanting "bull shit" as Truth raises the hand of Strong as Strong holds the ROH World Heavyweight Championship above his head with a look of confusion, guilt, and panic as the beaten down Generico lays at his feet.

We get a video package highlighting what happened at Final Battle between SCUM beating down Tyler Black, which leads to us with SCUM in the ring with Steve Corino, Jimmy Jacobs, Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan. Corino says that ultimately Final Battle didn't go as planned, as they can see former ROH Champion Kevin Steen couldn't be here tonight as he is still physically and emotionally recovering from the events of Final Battle. Corino says that ultimately, Steen came out on top because although he lost the battle, he didn't lose the war. Because as you can tell, El Generico didn't leave Final Battle as ROH Champion as per the stipulation, he will never be seen in ROH again. Corino says that not all is lost though, he congratulates Jimmy Jacobs on his huge victory at Final Battle over Tyler Black and says that he's been able to secure Jacobs a match for the ROH North American Championship against that schmuck Kenny Omega at the first ROH PPV of 2011 "Revolution of Honor" coming up in a few weeks. Corino says that the control that SCUM has over this company has not shifted and they will continue to wreak havoc on this company and the world of professional wrestling.

He says that the truth of the matter is, Strong has been patiently waiting his "turn" for years and that's just not how the world works, Strong had to seize his opportunity. The crowd boos as Martini does everything to relax Roddy's mind and says that this was how things had to be. Strong speaks for himself as the crowd boos and attempts to drown out his words but says that he has received a lot of texts, calls, emails over the last few weeks since Final Battle with people checking on him and saying that this isn't the Roderick Strong that they know, but the truth is, he couldn't be happier. He's finally on top. He's finally making the most money in ROH. He's finally, the main event, the main attraction, the guy. He attempts to apologize to El Generico for how things went down but Martini cuts Strong off and says that tonight, he'd like to formally introduce the entire world to The House of Truth... He acknowledges that Strong's opponent tonight, Bryan Danielson will have his rookie punks Cole and O'Reilly at ring side and he'd like to ensure that things are fair, so he goes ahead and introduces the other members of the House of Truth, Mike Bennett and Matt Taven! The crowd boos as Taven and Bennett come down to the ring, repping newly printed shirts for the House of Truth and they all four pose in the ring together with Strong in the middle holding up the ROH Championship.

These two teams attempt to put on a big rematch from their match during 2010 Tag Wars but the match comes to a short end and a draw after interference from those sons of b itches The All Night Xpress (Rhett Titus and Kenny King) as they ambush the ring and beat down both teams with a chair and a steel pipe, causing the match to a no contest. The former tag team champs ANX make their presence known as the crowd boos.

Winner and STILL ROH World Heavyweight Champion: Roderick Strong via pinfall

---

Post match, Cole and O'Reilly roll into the ring to attempt to help Danielson up and give him water but The House of Truth get into the ring and begin to attack Cole and O'Reilly but Cole and O'Reilly are able to defend themselves against Taven and Bennett as Strong steps back and allows the two teams to duke it out.

All of a sudden, SCUM hits the ring and begins to attack all of the men in the ring as it's now The American Dragon Dojo, SCUM and The House of Truth having a huge brawl.

Kevin Steen's music hits to a mixed reception of boos and cheers from the crowd as he shockingly heads down the ring armed with a wired barbwire bat, as soon as the crowd notices the deadly weapon, the crowd is going berserk

...

The Lights shut off.......

The crowd gets even louder with excitement as the 3 groups in the ring begin to slow down on the assault in confusion, Steen, the only one outside the ring and still only halfway down the ramp looks around in confusion as well,

A very familiar audio effect is heard as a countdown from 10 begins on the titantron as the crowd goes for the biggest pop of the night.

Does Chris Jericho Have Plans to Bring Back The Light Up Jacket?

No, I won't make you a Chris Jericho jacket, but here's how I would if I wanted to | ch00ftech Industries

IT'S CHRIS JERICHO!!

The crowd is losing their mind as the rest of the ROH roster members just stand there stunned as Jericho stands at the top of the ramp and smirks and smiles as the show comes to a close with the commentators not speaking and letting the crowd's reaction speak for itself as the crowd chants "Y2J! Y2J! Y2J!"

ROH on TNT Episode 2:

Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

.
We open our show with Kevin Kelly, Dave Prazak and Excalibur on commentary running down tonight's announced card and giving us a small recap of last week's historic episode.

---

We get an in ring promo from the recently debuted Chris Jericho who has a struggle getting a few words out as the crowd is chanting and cheering his name so loud.

He thanks the ROH crowd for the warm welcome. He says that he's here for one reason only and it's going to be cliche, but he's here to prove that he's truly the GOAT. He says that ROH is buzzing hot right now and he just had to be a part of it.

He attempts to cut more of a promo but is cut off by former ROH World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen who comes out to boos with a huge angry grin on his face as he hits the ring and begins to exchange in words with Jericho.

Kevin Steen says we've all heard it before. He says we've heard it from Hardy, Danielson, Nakamura, Daniels, etc. - he and the rest of the world are tired of hearing it. He gets that ROH is the place to be, he's the one who runs this place, he's the true gate keeper of ROH and he flat out tells Jericho that he doesn't want him in his locker room to more boos from the audience. Jericho laughs at Steen claiming he's the one to run this place as he seems to have lost the one guy in this business who truly cared about him, his world championship, and more depressingly, the confidence of his grunts, as Jericho points out that Steen is out here by himself and not being accompanied by SCUM. Steen shakes it off and says that there is clearly a lot going on right now and SCUM doesn't always need to be together in the same spot to show their dominance. Jericho barks back and says that doesn't seem to be the case with how much they had to get involved in his world title defenses and he doesn't find it to be pure coincidence that the one time he tells them not to come out, he loses the title. Steen angrily gets in Jericho's face and says that's enough of talking about that night. He says that it's time to move past the night and focus on the future. He says that he who shall not be named is never coming back to ROH and that's all that truly matters to him. Jericho tells Steen that he's got about .2 seconds to get out of his face before Steen will be put into a condition that he won't be able to come back to ROH from.

The ROH GM Bret Hart comes out to a loud pop and says for the two to hold it, he says that obviously there's some tension here in the ring and even more obvious, the world is buzzing with Jericho coming to ROH. So Hart says let's go ahead and make this official, he announces that Chris Jericho and Kevin Steen can duke out their new beef at the PPV later this month Revolution of Honor.

Match 1:
Tag Team Match:
The House of Truth (Mike Bennett and Matt Taven) (w/ Truth Martini) DEF. The American Dragon Dojo (Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly) via pinfall

---

The HoT celebrate in the ring after they are now 2-0 in tag competition against Cole and O'Reilly

---

We get a backstage segment from Eddie Kingston who barges into ROH GM Bret Hart's office and asks what the deal is? Why is he not on tonight's show? Why wasn't he booked for last week's historic national TV debut? He interrogates Hart. Hart claims that right now they just honestly don't have much for him to do as there are more deserving people that they want to highlight first. Kingston takes this personal and yells at Hart and says that's absolute horse sh it and he'll just go and do what he always does, and that's make a name for himself when nobody else wants to give him an opportunity.

---

Match 2:
Singles Match:
Colt Cabana DEF. Erick Stevens (w/ Bobby Fish) via pinfall

---

Post match, Colt Cabana calls out Steve Corino of SCUM and says that he's issuing an open challenge right now for Corino to take him on at the PPV because he's now going to one by one take out each member of SCUM and it starts first with Steve Corino, Cabana swears on that he'll be the one who leads to the take down of SCUM.

---

We get an in ring promo from The All Night Xpress (Rhett Titus and Kenny King) and address what they did last week with interrupting the match between the Bucks and WGTT, they say that it's absolute garbage that anyone gets a match for the ROH Tag titles before they get a rematch to claim what is rightfully theirs, they say that at Revolution of Honor, they're going to take that rematch.

ROH GM Bret Hart is on the titantron and says that he's completely fine with granting them a rematch at Revolution of Honor, but he's also going to be giving WGTT a rematch and makes it a 3-Way tag for the ROH Tag Titles at Revolution of Honor and as for tonight, ANX will get a one on one team match, against WGTT which very much upsets ANX.

---

Match 3:
Tag Team Match:
WGTT (Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas) DEF. The All Night Xpress (Rhett Titus and Kenny King) via pinfall

---

After the match, we immediately cut to backstage as the camera is panicking to get footage where Jimmy Jacobs, who is scheduled to be in the main event tonight against Bryan Danielson, is laid out and holding his head in agony as medical professionals rush the room, we only see the feet of the attacker as we head to commercial break.

---

We come back from commercial break where the man who attacked Jimmy Jacobs is revealed to be the man who Jacobs defeated at Final Battle, Tyler Black who comes out to a huge pop from the crowd. Black cuts a promo saying apologies that he couldn't be here for the ROH national TV debut but for the second time, he's suffered an attack from the hands of his former partner Jimmy Jacobs and it was time to strike back. He says that unfortunately he's still not medically cleared as he's still suffering with a small amount of head trauma, he will be back soon, and when he's back, he's coming right for Jacobs and the rest of SCUM to finish this.

---

We see Bret Hart scrambling and panicking in his office as he realizes one of his competitors in the main event is out for the night, he then looks at his phone and picks up the phone, he says to a receptionist, "get me Nakamura, now!" as the crowd pops loud.

---

Match 4:
Singles Match:
ROH North American Champion Kenny Omega DEF. Ethan Page (w/ Josh Alexander)

---

We get a backstage promo from ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong and Truth Martini. Roderick talks about the events of last week, he says that he's excited to see Chris Jericho in ROH because this is the perfect chance to really elevate his own career when he inevitably beats one of the greatest of all time Chris Jericho. He then speaks on last week and how he was able to overcome the odds and beat Bryan Danielson clean in the middle of the ring and whether the ROH fans like it or not, that is just a very small glimpse of things to come. Truth says that he finds it very funny that ROH's star player Bryan Danielson couldn't get the job done last week and now they're scrambling to get him a big main event win against Jimmy Jacobs, plans fell through, ROH GM Bret Hart panics more, and now Danielson has to face the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura who is rightfully so a great in his own right, he scoffs at the idea of the ROH fans thinking Strong beating Danielson was just a pure fluke.

---

Match 5:
The American Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) DEF. The Hart Legacy (TJ Wilson and Harry Smith via pinfall)

---

We get a backstage promo from ROH World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks who talk about their accomplishments in winning the ROH Tag titles at Final Battle, they talk about what scum bags ANX are for ruining their rematch with WGTT but say they are glad ANX got what was coming to them from WGTT - At Revolution of Honor, The Bucks plan to come out on top once more when they retain against both teams.
