January 2011:
ROH on TNT Episode 3
Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

We open our episode with Steve Corino, Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan of SCUM in the ring.

Corino cuts a promo on Colt Cabana who he says he's nothing but an after thought of what Kevin Steen and SCUM did to El Generico, who he rubs the salt on the wound to everyone that Generico will not be seen in an ROH ring ever again because of them. Corino gloats about how much he looks forward to beating Cabana at Revolution of Honor next weekend.

Colt Cabana comes out at the entrance ramp to loud cheers, he and Corino promo off of one another for a bit before Corino attempts to sick Moxley and Callihan onto Cabana, as they exit the ring, Chris Jericho's theme hits and Jericho comes out, cutting a promo on SCUM. Jericho mocks SCUM for seeming to try and take credit for taking out Generico when in all actuality, Generico beat Steen. The only reason Generico is out is actually because of Roderick Strong and that's why the ROH fans are turning on that guy at a rapid pace. He tells them to back off whatever they're attempting to cause with Cabana right now. Jericho says that he has a brilliant idea, he'd love to get a warm up in for his match against SCUM's Kevin Steen at the PPV next weekend, so he calls it, the main event for next week is Chris Jericho and Colt Cabana vs. Steve Corino's lap dogs aka Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan

---

Match 1:
Tag Team Match:
The Bounty Hunters (Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch) DEF. Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor via pinfall

---

After the match, Cade and Murdoch cut a promo to loud boos from the ROH crowd as they call out The Briscoe Brothers, they say they want their remake against those SOBs at Revolution of Honor in a street fight!

---

We get an in ring promo from Eddie Kingston who says that he's finally here in an ROH ring on live TV, with a live microphone, in front of a national audience. The crowd boos as Kingston tears into ROH as a whole and it's foundation of a company. He says that he's had to ask time and time again for opportunity to prove that he's the guy and yet, guys like Shinsuke Nakamura can just come in and instantly get a main event TV spot. It makes him sick to his stomach. He says that he had one hell of a 2010, but he plans to have an even better 2011, he challenges Shinsuke Nakamura to a match at Revolution of Honor on PPV. Nakamura comes out and accepts Kingston's challenge as the two lock eyes heavily in the ring with tension but still a weirdly fun amount of glee from Nakamura.

---

Match 2:
Singles Match:
Jeff Hardy DEF. Michael Elgin (w/ Christopher Daniels) via DQ after interference and attack by Christopher Daniels

---

After the match, Christopher Daniels and Michael Elgin beat down Hardy who is laid out in the ring as the crowd boos.

---

Match 3:
Singles Match:
Brian Cage DEF. Arik Cannon in a squash match via pinfall

---

Backstage, we get a promo from WGTT as Benjamin and Haas who cut a promo on ANX and The Young Bucks, hyping up the 3-Way Tag Team match for the upcoming PPV. Benjamin and Haas say they're destined to make sure everyone knows exactly what WGTT stands for when they're crowned the ROH Tag Team Champions.

---

We get a video package showcasing the feud between Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black that shows their long history which lead to Jacobs getting a major upset last month at Final Battle and Tyler Black's assault on Jacobs last week on ROH.

We then get a graphic promoting ROH North American Champion Kenny Omega is set to defend his ROH North American Championship against Jimmy Jacobs at ROH Revolution of Honor on PPV.

---

Match 4:
Singles Match:
Bryan Danielson (w/ Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly) DEF. Matt Taven (w/ Truth Martini, Matt Taven and ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong) via submission

---

After the match, the two trios brawl in the ring with Danielson about get the upper hand on ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong but Martini steps into the ring and whacks Daniels in the back with his heavy book of Truth that he carries around. ---

Match 5:
Fatal Four Way:
Ricochet DEF. Samuray Del Sol, AR Fox, and Rich Swann

---

We get a backstage segment between Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor who bicker like an old married couple about their lack of success as a tag team. It's played like a goofy break up as Gargano says maybe it's time they focus on their singles careers. Gargano assures Taylor that they'll always be friends, he just wants to focus on himself as Taylor begs Gargano not to leave.

---

We get graphics confirming the following matches for Revolution of Honor on PPV next weekend as the crowd cheers on

Singles Match:
Michael Elgin is barred from ringside:
Jeff Hardy vs. Christopher Daniels

Singles Match:
Jay Lethal vs. Ricochet

---

MAIN EVENT:
Singles Match:
Kevin Steen DEF. Claudio Castagnoli (w/ Chris Hero)

---

After the match, Kevin Steen cuts a heated and passionate promo and buries the 25% of the audience who is cheering for him right now. He claims the ROH fans don't have a clue what they want. He says that it's hypocritical to cheer for both guys like him but also cheer for guys like Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho, Colt Cabana - he says that those are guys that are here, in his company, because they couldn't cut it "elsewhere" while guys like him, have been carrying this company on his back for years, he says that he's given new life to someone who was turned away from "elsewhere" like Steve Corino, he's given a guy who was shown the door by this company the biggest chance of his life to be a big player in the likes of Jimmy Jacobs, he was able to get the next generation of guys like Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan's foots in the door when nobody else would and guys like Chris Jericho coming here to have "sparring" matches while making more than all of SCUM is disgusting and he's going to put a stop to that. He says if you were upset that Generico won't be seen in an ROH ring again, prepare to be even more upset because when Steen gets his hands on Jericho at the PPV next weekend, Jericho won't be leaving that ring.

ROH on TNT Episode 4:
Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

We open our show with ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong in the ring with Truth Martini who cut a promo on Bryan Danielson and his "bag carriers" Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly - Strong seems more paranoid than ever and says that he's aware of the distain for him in the ROH locker room after what he did to end El Generico's tenure in ROH but he says that anyone who was in his shoes would have done the same thing, to be on the top of the mountain. Truth Martini agrees and says that the ROH locker room is just jealous of Roderick Strong being the greatest pro wrestler on earth. So jealous in fact, that they're attempting to hold him down by not booking him in the first PPV main event of the new era - instead it goes to someone who was world champion 2 reigns ago, and a guy who is looking to steal the thunder from those who have built this company to what it is like Roderick Strong.

Steve Corino comes out accompanied by Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan.

Corino says that he doesn't appreciate the unnecessarily passive aggressive words about Kevin Steen's world championship reign. He says if it wasn't for Steen, Generico wouldn't have been in such a bad state that would allow Strong to swoop in like a vulture and grab that world championship at Final Battle. Corino says he wants to focus everything on their common enemy, the likes of guys like Chris Jericho and Bryan Danielson. Corino says that clearly there's some resentment from the House of Truth towards Jericho, just as there is some resentment with Jericho from SCUM and thus, Corino says for the HoT to calm down because Jericho will get his first taste of what it's like to be in ROH when his boys Callihan and Moxley are in the biggest match of their careers and demolish the body of Chris Jericho, allowing Kevin Steen to go in for the kill at Revolution of Honor this weekend on PPV, and when that happens, Corino assures them that Steen is coming back for the World Championship.

---

Match 1:
Singles Match:
ROH North American Championship:
ROH North American Champion Kenny Omega (c) DEF. Ricochet via pinfall

---

After the match, Jimmy Jacobs comes down to the ring with a microphone in his hand and cuts a promo on Kenny Omega and says he's got a lot on his plate right now and he'll focus more on Omega come this weekend when he challenges him for the North American Championship but he doesn't even have time to focus on his opponent tonight, because he has to focus on that vile human being Tyler Black who he calls out for attempting to take him out of action two weeks ago but it didn't work, his body is a temple that is fed by the power of SCUM and the power of evil that has healed him up faster than Tyler Black's scrambled brain that the members of SCUM left him with at Final Battle - Jacobs says that after he wins the North American Championship at Revolution of Honor, his next order of business is to take on Tyler Black at the 9th Anniversary Show and end this rivalry once and for all.

---

Match 2:
Singles Match:
Jimmy Jacobs DEF. Johnny Gargano via pinfall due to an accidental distraction by Chuck Taylor

---

After the match, Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor argue in the ring with the music stopped now as Jacobs has exited as Gargano yells at Taylor and tells him he doesn't need him around anymore and doesn't want him around anymore. Taylor looks deeply hurt by this and leaves with his head ducked down as the crowd boos Gargano in the ring as Gargano looks around confused why he's being booed for simply wanting to just go off on his own. He clearly blames Taylor for this entire situation after Gargano politely tried to break the team off.

---

We get a backstage promo from Brian Cage who gloats about the fact that he's never been pinned since joining ROH over a year ago now, he says his time is coming and Brian Cage will soon be a household name.

---

Match 3:
Tag Team Match:
ROH World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) DEF. The Sandpaper Bastards (Bobby Fish and Erick Stevens) via pinfall

---

As the match comes to a close, The American Wolves can be seen backstage watching it on the TV in their locker room as they discuss between one another that it's time they step back into the tag title picture but are interrupted by The Kings of Wrestling who argue with The Wolves and say that the Kings are clearly the ones next in line for the tag titles and the two teams bicker back and forth with one another before deciding to settle their differences at Revolution of Honor this weekend for the rematch from last year's "What the Hart Desires" in February 2010 as The Kings and The Wolves collide in their second match ever, once again looking to prove who is next in line for the most prestigious tag team championships in all of pro wrestling.

---

Match 4:
Singles Match:
ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong DEF. Kyle O'Reilly via Referee Stoppage due to knock out

---

Strong absolutely relentlessly kept picking up O'Reilly to his knees and kicking him and kneeing him into the face until the young O'Reilly is out cold as Strong gets booed as he keeps trying to attack the downed O'Reilly while the referee struggles to pull him off, the boos getting louder, Strong's eyebrows curling down more and more in anger and annoyance until finally Danielson and Cole hit the ring with Strong and Martini making a run for it.

---

MAIN EVENT:
Tag Team Match:
Colt Cabana and Chris Jericho DEF. SCUM (Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan) (w/ Steve Corino) via pinfall

---

After the match, Corino attempts to get into the ring as Jericho and Cabana look ready to brawl with Corino before they fall victim to the numbers game but from behind Kevin Steen and Jimmy Jacobs rush the ring and attack Jericho and Cabana a bit before Cabana grabs Jericho by the arm and helps him exit the ring faster as the show goes off air with SCUM in the ring posing with each other as the crowd boos, Jericho and Cabana walking up the ramp in retreat, the commentators reminding us to tune into Revolution of Honor this weekend to witness Kevin Steen vs. Chris Jericho in our main event!

Match 7:
ROH World Tag Team Championships:
Triple Threat Tag:
ROH World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) (c) vs. The All Night Xpress (Rhett Titus and Kenny King) vs. WGTT (Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin)

This is the fastest paced match of the night with constant high spots and high impact moves with The Bucks outmaneuvering ANX in every way again, much to the annoyance of ANX. To the shock of everyone, the more vetted team of Haas and Benjamin are able to hang in there, using Haas' pure strength and Benjamin's
flexibility and speed, Benjamin hits a T-Bone Suplex onto Matt Jackson, the pin is broken up by Rhett Titus but Haas comes from behind and swoops up Titus before slamming him down with scoop slam, King springboards into the ring but is caught by Benjamin who looks to him with another T-Bone Suplex, as he swoops into the Suplex, Nick Jackson super kicks Benjamin, knocking him down to his back with Kenny on top of him, Haas would run and hit a running bulldog onto Nick as Benjamin and Kenny fall, Matt pulls Haas out of the ring, the referee begins to count as King just lays on Benjamin but Benjamin kicks out at two miraculously to the crowd losing their minds in cheers at the near fall, King taunts for Benjamin to get up and looks to hit a maneuver of his own but Benjamin swiftly shifts it into a pay dirt! it's over

Singles Match:
*MICHAEL ELGIN IS BANNED FROM RINGSIDE*
Jeff Hardy vs. Christopher Daniels

Daniels and Hardy have their most back and forth match between their series of matches as the two are starting to quickly learn each other's moves, pacing and mannerisms. Hardy hits a Twist of Fate onto Daniels and runs to the top rope to go for the Swanton Bomb but Hardy is distracted as in the distance, Elgin can be seen trying to come through the entrance way, being held back by several security cards but is throwing them off of him, slowly making one step at a time, but as the referee is distracted looking at what's going on at the entrance way, ... Truth Martini makes his way from the crowd and smacks Hardy on the back with the Book of Truth, Hardy falls over and lands in the ring, the crowd is booing as Daniels gets up and runs to the ropes and hits a BME!

Winner: Christopher Daniels via pinfall at 19 Minutes

---

The crowd boos heavily as Daniels celebrates in the ring with Martini and Elgin joining them.

---

Match 9:
6-Man Tag:
The House of Truth (ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) (w/ Truth Martini)
vs.
The American Dragon Dojo (Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly)

The two teams have a clear grudge with one another as Cole and O'Reilly look to make up for their 0-2 record against Bennett and Taven through out the match as Danielson's focus is clearly on trying to beat down Strong. Danielson is stomping the face of Matt Taven into the mat as Bennett comes from behind to attempt to set Danielson up for a piledriver but O'Reilly comes from behind and wraps his arms around Bennett's face and neck, bringing him down to the mat, choking the life out of him, Strong runs into the ring and drops a knee onto the face of O'Reilly before rushing back up and hitting a running knee to the face of Danielson, Cole looks to try and put a stop to it but Strong counters and hits a huge back breaker onto Cole before rolling Cole over for a StrongHold! Strong does the unthinkable and takes out all 3 members of The American Dragon Dojo in quick fashion as Cole has no choice but to tap.

Winners: The House of Truth via pinfall at 21 Minutes

---

The bell is rung and the music is playing but Strong isn't releasing the StrongHold as the crowd boos and chants "bull sh*t!" at Strong as he pulls back more, Cole clearly in agony, Danielson is able to power himself back up and kick Strong in the chest over and over in rapid succession before ultimately Strong has to let go of the StrongHold, Danielson tackles Strong and beats him down, punching him over and over until Strong is busted open as the crowd cheers but O'Reilly pulls Danielson off telling him it's okay, that's enough, Danielson, with a deranged look on his face, rubs his hand on Strong's bloodied face and then rubs the blood onto his face like war paint as he and O'Reilly help Cole up and the 3 men pose in the ring as The Final Countdown blasts in the arena.

---

We get a video package for our main event that showcases the dominant 2010 Kevin Steen had that had him undefeated all the way up until Final Battle when he lost the ROH World Championship, it leads to the debut of Chris Jericho who shocked the entire world at the end of the first episode of ROH on TNT, Steen and Jericho having an intense promo battle that lead to this match.

---

MAIN EVENT:
Singles Match:
Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Steen

The crowd is white hot for this main event as Jericho and Steen tear the house down and put on the match of the year thus far with intensity. Jericho putting on his first singles match that isn't a WWE match in over a decade has a lot to prove and he exceeds all those expectations. Steen hits a package piledriver onto Jericho but Jericho at the last second kicks out, Steen just rolls over on his own back and the two lay there next to each other catching their breath as the crowd chants "ROH! ROH! ROH!" before the two slowly crawl their way back up, swinging back and forth at one another, clearly running out of breath as they each strike, but Steen goes for a head butt, jericho ducks, drags the head of Steen and hits a code breaker! It's over! 1...2...

Steve Corino rushes to the ring but Jericho gets up off Steen and runs and clothesline Corino off of the ring apron, turns around, Steen is rushing Jericho, Jericho ducks out of the way, a SECOND CODE BREAKER!!

Winner: Chris Jericho via pinfall at 28 Minutes

---

Jericho's theme plays as both he and Steen lay on the mat catching their breath again as Jericho huffs and stands up, getting his arm raised by the referee. The PPV goes off air with a beaten down Jericho celebrating in the ring.

Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

We open our show with a recap of the ROH PPV "Revolution of Honor"

Pyro goes off around the arena as Kevin Kelly, Dave Prazak and Exaclibur welcome us to the show and thank us for tuning in

---

SCUM make their way out to the ring, all of them looking morally defeated

Kevin Steen opens the promo saying how big of an upset the last 2 PPVs have been for SCUM as a whole but Corino cuts Steen off and says that Steen is wrong, because at Final Battle Jimmy Jacobs conquered his greatest foe in Tyler Black and over the weeekend he himself defeated one of SCUM's biggest foes in Colt Cabana, Steen cuts him off and says that yeah, but Black and Cabana are both just coming back for more and are more angry than ever. Steen and Corino argue in the ring until ultimately being cut off by Jon Moxley of people. Moxley says that he's tired of the arguing and fussing going on in this group. He says they can all take a bit of blame. He says that Callihan and himself joined SCUM because it was a brotherhood of misfits but lately it's become a brotherhood of bitching and moaning, the crowd cheers on as Moxley stands up to Steen. Steen gets clearly pissed off and says that if Mox has a problem, he can do something about it as the two just bitterly stare each other down. Callihan then begins to speak and says that it's clearly a misunderstanding and Mox didn't mean anything by it. Callihan says that Steen is right, Cabana and Black are coming back with a vengeance but if they want to be ready to finish this war, they can't waste time arguing with one another. Jacobs agrees with Callihan and says that he's ready for this war to come to an end and it's almost there. They just need to find focus again. Jacobs, clearly kissing ass, says that Steen is owed his Championship rematch for the ROH world title and that can only come in time but they need to finish this war. Corino doubles down on that and says with time, Steen will become ROH World Champion again.

Colt Cabana and Tyler Black both come out to the cheers of the ROH crowd, Cabana says that he couldn't agree more with them that this war is coming close to an end. They congratulate Mox and Callihan on having the balls to finally speak for themselves but we'll see how they can stand up for themselves in the ring because tonight we'll be getting in tag team action Mox and Callihan against Black and Cabana as the crowd cheers on! The war between ROH and SCUM continues on tonight on ROH on TNT!

---

They end their entrance with fog in the ring and through out the arena, with Boogeyman in a crawling position, worms falling out of his mouth, Gangrel standing over him crouched down posing with his hands rocked out to the side and PCO standing over both of them with his eyes rolled back and his arms spread wide as the crowd cheers on.

---

Match 2:
6-Man Tag:
The Monster Squad (Gangrel, The Boogeyman and PCO) DEF. AR Fox, Rich Swann and Samuray Del Sol via pinfall from PCO onto Del Sol

---

After the match, PCO, the half machine half monster shuts down and malfunctions in the ring as Gangrel helps him power back up by using parts from Boogeyman's clock, PCO then grabs the both of them and hugs them tightly as worms gush from Boogey's mouth and blood gushes from Gangrel's moth all over PCO's shoulders before heading to the back.

After they head to the back, AR Fox gets into the ring and argues with Del Sol and towers over him by several inches before pushing him into the corner as the crowd boos and Rich Swann rolls into the ring and pulls Fox off of him and they all argue now before Fox says "F*ck this" and rolls out the ring and leaves

---

Match 3:
Singles Match:
Brian Cage DEF. Jay Lethal via pinfall

---

After the match, Cage says that he is going to make good on his promise, his time is now, he's yet to be pinned in an ROH ring over the course of the year since debuting and it's time he gets a reward for that, he challenges Kenny Omega for the ROH North American Championship at the 9th Anniversary Show PPV.

---

We get our preview at the second competitor for the 2011 Top Prospect Cup QT Marshall who is shown in a vignette with his much goofier manager, RD Evans, Attorney at Law. They reveal their duo name as "Marshall Law" and say that they will bring Ring of Honor to justice.

---

We get a comedic backstage segment between Gargano and Taylor who are now seeing a "tag team therapist" as the crowd laughs as Chuck Taylor tells Gargano that Gargano doesn't really want them to break up as a tag team he just thinks the grass is greener on the other side. Gargano says no he clearly came here to ROH as a singles guy, they just kind of got lumped together after well... awkwardly enough after Gargano choked Taylor out to the Gargan-NO Escape during the pre-show of the 8th Anniversary PPV. The counselor with comedic timing says "So your relationship has been rocky from the get go?" - Gargano and Taylor both then say "Relationship?!" - The counselor coughs and says "Oh, right, sorry, ahem .. your... "tag team" has been rough from the beginning" which leads to Gargano arguing more with Taylor as he's never really considered them a proper team, they just kept getting lumped together. He says hell, even their first time challenging for the tag titles was because Taylor opened his big mouth. The segment comes to an end with Taylor storming off borderline crying and Gargano just planting his face into his hands in frustration.

---

Match 4:
Tag Team Match:
Colt Cabana and Tyler Black DEF. SCUM (Jon Moxley and Sami Callihan) (w/ Steve Corino) via pinfall from Cabana onto Callihan

---

After the match, Cabana and Black celebrate in the ring with another as Corino looks disappointed and angered with Moxley and Callihan but helps them exit the ring regardless.

---

We get a backstage segment between Bryan Danielson and ROH GM Bret Hart. The two of them argue as to whether Danielson deserves another ROH World Title match, with Danielson saying that Strong needs to his compumance and he should be the one facing Strong at the 9th Anniversary Show for the title, he goes on to point that the war between SCUM and ROH is just now starting to die down, does he really want another situation like that if the House of Truth get too much power, Danielson begs and pleads with Hart to let him become champion again before this gets out of hand. Hart says he'll do Danielson one even better, he grants Danielson an ROH Championship match for next week, but if Danielson loses, he can't challenge for the ROH World Championship for the rest of 2011, Danielson reluctantly accepts, ready to prove he's got what it takes.

---

MAIN EVENT:
Singles Match:
ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong (w/ Truth Martini) DEF. Jeff Hardy via pinfall

---

After the match, the rest of HoT, Bennett, Taven, Daniels and Elgin are looking to hit the ring to attack the downed Hardy and just showcase the chaos that Danielson was just talking about in the previous segment but Hardy stands up with a microphone in his hand and says that when he came to ROH he said that he'd do what it took to hang with these guys and he's having the most fun he's ever had in the ring... but boy, is he tired of the bull sh*t outside of the ring, but this time, he's brought back up

It's Matt Hardy!!!

Matt Hardy rushes from the back with a steel chair and starts swinging at all the members of HoT as Hardy attacks Strong and Martini from behind in the ring and then kicking them out of the ring. The show comes to a close with The Hardy Boyz standing tall in the ring as the crowd cheers on in excitement.

ROH on TNT EPISODE 6:

Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

We open our show with The House of Truth (ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong, Truth Martini, Christopher Daniels, Michael Elgin, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) making their way down to the ring to a sea of boos

Truth Martini speaks on behalf of Roderick for his big world title match tonight, he calls Danielson an undeserving contender who after bloodying up Strong at the Revolution of Honor PPV in a cheap tactic, has weaseled his way into another title match even though Strong beat him fair and square on the first ever episode of ROH on TNT. He says that Danielson also has some nerve attempting to relate them to SCUM, they say they are nothing like that band of freaks, they are a group of the present and the future of professional wrestling and after Strong retains tonight, the agenda will continue as normal.

The HoT attempt to pose all in the ring together but are cut off by Chris Jericho who comes out to a huge ovation.

Jericho says that Truth has barely been in ROH longer than he has and he knows both he and the entire ROH audience are begging for him to shut the hell up already. The crowd cheers as Martini attempts to cut Jericho off but Jericho continues to talk any ways. He says that Strong reminds him a lot of a younger himself. He says that he too would have honestly done everything he could have to become world champion, but the big difference is, he wouldn't need a group of five stooges to back him up afterwards. He says that he had his bets on Danielson for tonight, but if Strong does somehow survive The American Dragon two title defenses in a row, he looks forward to being the one to wipe that smug look off all of the House of Truth's faces at the 9th Anniversary Show.

---

Tyler Black is on guest commentary for the opening match and uses his time on commentary to hype up his feud with Jimmy Jacobs

---

Match 1:
Shinsuke Nakamura DEF. Jimmy Jacobs (w/ Steve Corino) via pinfall

---

After the match, Shinsuke is celebrating in the ring but from behind come The Bounty Hunters Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch who place use a big silver briefcase to whack Nakamura in the back from behind. The briefcase is clearly a payment they've collected from Eddie Kingston to due his dirty work for him as they beat down Nakamura two on one in the ring and knock him out cold, Tyler Black gets into the ring off the commentary booth but is attacked by Corino and Jacobs as Eddie Kingston is seen watching backstage laughing at the whole ordeal.

---

We get a backstage vignette hyping up our third competitor in The Top Prospect Cup 2011 who is Adam Page, he's a school teacher whose entire dream is to be a pro wrestler. He says that the school year is on it's way to being over and as hard as it'll be, this will be his final semester teaching because by the time the entire Top Prospect Cup tournament is over, which he gloats he will win, he'll be starting full time in Ring of Honor and he couldn't be more excited.

---

We get an in ring segment for "The Fish Tank" a talk show hosted by Bobby Fish and co hosted by Erick Stevens

They welcome their guests, The Briscoe Brothers and say how excited they are to have them on the show. They poke the bear a bit with the two and say that the 9th Anniversary Show is coming up, and these two are the only ones who have truly been here since day 1 for ROH and yet, they are continuing over and over again now to be getting replaced by new signees. They passive aggressively ask what it's like to be getting shuffled in the cards so much. Before the Briscoes can get a word in, they are interrupted by The All Night Xpress who come out and trash talk The Briscoes, they say there's literally not a single thing that they can say to defend themselves. These "hicks" are old news and they're being replaced by the likes of guys like ANX and guys coming from "New York" like The WGTT who they claim are holding "their" tag titles hostage, the ANX step into the ring and get in the faces of The Briscoes,

Bobby Fish begins to speak to ANX as if they're also guests on his show but Jay cuts off Bobby and tells him to cut the sh*t, Jay begins to try and tear into both tag teams in the ring but is cut off as both ANX and Bobby Fish jump The Briscoes, beating them down ANX exit the ring as Bobby Fish argues with Stevens saying "I told you it was a bad idea to have these guys on!" - claiming the entire segment was ruined while Stevens just looks confused by the entire altercation at hand here.

---

Match 2:
Ricochet DEF. TJ Wilson (w/ Harry Smith) via pinfall

---

We get a vignette hyping up our fourth participant in the Top Prospect Cup 2011 Silas Young who claims himself to be the "Last Real Man in Professional Wrestling" who says that he's here in ROH to toughen up the competition and he promises he'll walk out Top Prospect Cup winner and win the North American Championship.

---

We get a backstage interview with The World's Greatest Tag Team who celebrate their ROH Tag Title win from the PPV last weekend and say that they're happy to see the tag team action is so intense here in ROH and they speak highly of the 3 teams all involved in the Fish Tank Segment but they say their main priority right now is focusing on beating The Young Bucks in a tadeonal tag team match, announcing for the 9th Anniversary Show WGTT defend their tag titles in a rematch against the former tag champs The Young Bucks

The Hardy Boyz show up backstage to a loud pop who take over the backstage segment from there, they say it's nice to see WGTT again and they'll be coming for those tag titles soon enough but it's time to focus on Hardy's grudge with Daniels and Elgin he says that he knows they didn't expect Hardy finally get some true back up but its happening. The Ring of Hardy is official. The Hardy Boyz declare a challenge to Elgin and Daniels for the 9th anniversary.

---

Match 3:
AR Fox DEF. Samuray Del Sol (w/ Rich Swann) via pinfall

---

After the match, AR Fox cuts a promo on Del Sol and Swann who mocks them for their goody goody attitudes while they've continued to have their asses handed to them for the near year they've all 3 been in ROH. AR Fox says "no more" - from this point on, AR Fox worries about nobody but himself and anyone who has a problem with that, will be taken care of. He then drops the mic and drop kicks Rich Swann who was helping Samuray Del Sol back to his feet as the crowd boos.

---

We get another segment between Johnny Gargano and Chuck Taylor that took place earlier today who can be seen on a trip together in Philadelphia in Chuck Taylor's car. Gargano is confused why they are even here. Taylor says this is where their tag team was formed. Gargano with comedic effect stops Taylor and says that this is NOT where their tag team was formed, this is where they had their one on one match at the 8th Anniversary Show last year in which Gargano beat Taylor so bad he had to help carry him to the back, and ever since then, Taylor has just kind of awkwardly stayed around Gargano. Taylor just says "I don't see the point you're trying to make" as Gargano just rolls his eyes and says he's hoping that at least he's getting booked on tonight's show which Taylor says he doubt that would happen since they're nowhere near where tonight's show is taking place as Gargano is confused - he asks what Taylor is even talking about? isn't ROH happening just a few towns over. Why else would they drive all the way to Philly? Taylor says to rekindle the magic of their tag team. Gargano looks like he's about to blow up in anger as he begins yanking his seat belt off to try and attack Taylor, who screams and runs outside of his car - we then cut to the Rocky Balboa theme song playing as we see a shot of Chuck Taylor in slow motion, drenched in sweat, running up a giant flight of stairs, his eyes widened in panic, as he's tackled by Gargano and the two brawl out like two children brothers arguing with another as the music stops and the public crowd is just confused as the two awkwardly hold one another and fight in public but can't over power each other.

---

We see backstage in Bret Hart's office Colt Cabana is there asking for a one on one match with Kevin Steen at the 9th Anniversary Show, Hart confirms the match up but says although he respects what Cabana is attempting to do, he questions why would anyone want to get in Steen's path with the mood he's been in all year to which Cabana says that he's doing this for not just himself, but for his friend El Generico and all of ROH. The war is coming to an end. he just knows it.

---

MAIN EVENT:
Singles Match:
*IF DANIELSON LOSES, HE CANNOT CHALLENGE FOR THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP FOR THE REST OF 2011*
ROH World Heavyweight Championship:
ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong (c) (w/ The House of Truth) fought Bryan Danielson (w/ The American Dojo) to a no contest due to outside interference from SCUM

---

SCUM beat down everyone with weapons to the point that when Cabana, Tyler Black and Chris Jericho make their way from the back, they're also beaten down by SCUM as the show comes to an end with the crowd booing heavily with SCUM posing in the ring with 13 other men in and around the ring laid out

ROH ON TNT EPISODE 7

Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

Segment 1:

7PXQ0kN.jpeg
1abqhWj.jpeg
L35LQtI.jpeg
2U4LNXx.jpeg
qfg8MPC.jpeg

The episode opens with an entrance from SCUM who enter the arena to boos. Steve Corino leads the promo and talks about their actions last week and says "you're welcome" for saving the entire ROH fanbase from that "lackluster" main event last week. Corino explains that there will be NO ROH World Championship matches until Kevin Steen is given his rematch.

XKsJT6J.jpeg

Ring of Honor GM Bret Hart makes his way out from the back and stands at the top of the entrance ramp and tells them that he's had enough of this little game with SCUM and calls them on their bluff and says that's not how things are going down. He says that Steen will get his world championship match when he EARNS it just like everyone else in the back. He says that Steen should focus instead on his match with Colt Cabana coming up at the 9th Anniversary Show PPV. He looks right at Jimmy Jacobs and says he should be focused on his match that he's confirming right now with Tyler Black at the PPV as well the crowd cheers as Jacobs looks concerned.

3UJgYr5.jpeg
H8WeuN3.jpeg
ycjWaDn.jpeg

Steve Corino goes to say something but is cut off by Bryan Danielson's theme as Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly make their way out and stand near Bret Hart. Danielson has a mic and tears into SCUM and says that they had no business sticking their noses into his world championship match last week. He calls Corino a parasite and a plague on the industry. Bret Hart screams "ENOUGH!" and says if they want to settle this then they can settle it at the 9th Anniversary Show as he books The American Dragon Dojo (Danielson, Cole and O'Reilly) against SCUM (Moxley, Callihan and Corino) at the PPV as well.

Corino looks to try and argue again but this time The House of Truth's theme hits as the group comes out and stands opposite end of the entrance ramp as Truth Martini laughs and stands next to ROH World Champion Roderick Strong and thanks Bret Hart for trying to bring justice to this hellhole of a company but says he's going to put some more effort into it if he truly wants to make an example. He says that the fact Strong has had to defend his ROH Championship twice against Danielson in a row was already a mistake to begin with and now Roderick Strong has to focus on his upcoming world championship match against Chris Jericho at the PPV and how can anyone focus with all the problems that SCUM is causing? Truth demands he start to keep a tighter grip on this company.

Bret Hart just rolls his eyes and tells Truth that he'll focus on doing his job and Truth should just focus on doing his job which Hart sarcastically remarks "Which is what exactly again?"

Truth begins to stutter a bit but gets angered and tells Hart that he is a serious businessman and has guided Roderick Strong to the promiseland of World Champion and will continue to guide Daniels, Elgin, Taven and Bennett to more success as well.

Bret Hart says that's nice then because tonight there'll be a contract signing between Roderick Strong and Chris Jericho for the PPV main event and hopefully Truth is good enough at his job to help Roderick Strong read the contract tonight as Strong's eyebrows sour and he begins to try and fight back but Hart says to save that energy for tonight and says "Oh, sorry, did I say that? I meant, um, for the PPV!" as Hart's music cuts and he makes his way back to the backstage area as the ring and arena are filled with a lot of hostility between all sides.

---

2PMCnsJ.jpeg
dw1V5x2.jpeg

They are saved by The ROH World Tag Team Champions Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas who make the save as ANX and The Sandpaper Bastards coward their way back up the ramp after quickly rolling out of the ring as King and Rhett talk trash to WGTT and The Briscoes from a far while Erick Stevens argues with Bobby Fish and the two bicker, clearly having a shift on how things are going for them as a team.

The segment ends with Haas and Benjamin helping The Briscoes to their feet as the two teams then stare each other down as The Briscoes look down at the tag titles and the crowd cheers on the 2 teams.

---

Segment 2:

8SyXU5h.jpeg
vIgcLS6.jpeg

We get a backstage interview from The Young Bucks who talk about their upcoming match tonight against Christopher Daniels and Michael Elgin, talk about The ROH World Tag Team Champions WGTT and their upcoming match at the 9th Anni. Show, they talk about how this will be the 5th time that the 2 teams meet in the ring and this will settle the score, they respect the WGTT but the Bucks didn't go as far as they did all through 2010 just to hold on those ROH tag titles so shortly and say they'll get the titles back no problem.

They are interrupted by Matt Taven and Mike Bennett who attempt to make fun of and bully them for playing video games while the likes of Taven and Bennett are associated in the same group as the world champion. Gargano and Taylor can't even be bothered to look back up at them. Gargano kind of just side eyes them and half says "So really what you're saying is, you guys are the world champion's b*tches?" - Taven and Bennett get mad and try to escalate it into a fight. Gargano gets up quickly and looks ready to go but Bennett and Taven smirk and back up and say "you know what... this is pathetic. If you want to speak like this, then you shouldn't have a problem facing us next week in a tag match! to which Gargano gladly accepts as Taven and Bennett strut off and Gargano goes to sit back down only to reveal that Taylor has just punched out Gargano in their game of Smash and Gargano just stares at Taylor as Taylor attempts to gloat like it was a fair victory.

Segment 7:

dZ7NCCj.jpeg
vktHpMZ.jpeg
x0UjfrO.jpeg

A contract signing takes place between ROH World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong and Chris Jericho. Strong is accompanied by his manager Truth Martini. Jericho is all smiles and very friendly at first with Strong. Jericho says that he's been watching Strong's work for years. He knows that Strong fought for years and years to get to where he's at. Jericho says that he is one of the few men in this business that will admit that he completely understands why Strong went the path that he did to get that ROH title. He says that he knows it's not easy but when times get desperate, you have to do what is best for you and your future and no doubt Strong did exactly that when he turned his back on his old friend El Generico, when he turned his back on everything he previously stood for as a man and when he turned his back on the ROH fans. Jericho admits that he truly thinks that Strong is one of the best wrestlers in the world. But the problem with that is exactly that, this world is Jericho's world. Jericho digs into Strong for being nowhere near ready to step into a ring with a guy with the experience and resume of Chris Jericho. He says that it's going to be a great match and that Strong will probably have times that he truly thinks that he can do it, he can beat the mighty Chris Jericho but when he's unable to put away Jericho, he will not just be dealing with a loss of the world championship, he'll be dealing with a loss of purpose and the small group of people who even want anything to do with him anymore. He asks if Strong truly thinks that Truth Martini or the rest of the House of the Truth will be around for him once he loses that championship? Was it really worth ruining your life just to become champion??

Truth Martini cuts Jericho off and tries to get aggressive with Jericho but Strong stops Truth. Strong says that he can speak for himself on that one. Strong says that Jericho has a lot of nerve attempting to speak to him like that. Strong laughs and smirks and says it's truly rich that Chris Jericho of all people thinks that he can big league the ROH World Champion. Strong turns Jericho's question on it's head and asks Jericho if it will be worth him have ruined his career by leaving "the big leagues" where he could have just coasted on by on name recognition alone but his ego was clearly too big to stay there so he came to ROH in the hopes of being a big fish in a small pond but Strong refuses to let that happen. Strong says that at the 9th Anniversary Show, Strong is going to do what he does best and that's destroy. He promises to break Chris Jericho's back and that will be the end of Jericho not just in ROH but the end of Jericho in professional wrestling. Strong says that The House of Truth isn't just some gimmicky name. Strong puts over Truth Martini as a friend and a mentor. He thanks Truth for guiding him to his destiny and assisting him in capturing the big one. He says that The House of Truth is a fellowship. He says that with the assistance of the knowledge of Christopher Daniels, the strength of Michael Elgin, and the hungry ambition from Mike Bennett and Matt Taven, The House of Truth will be the lasting legacy of professional wrestling while Jericho will be forgotten.

Strong takes the "book of truth" carried by Truth Martini and places the contract over it and signs the contract for the PPV and passes it over to Jericho who then signs it himself, as soon as he's done signing it, Truth Martini quickly snatches up the book and whacks Jericho over the head with it as the crowd boos. Strong then picks up Jericho and throws him up and hits him with a backbreaker.

The show goes off air with a pissed off Roderick Strong holding up the ROH Championship, having his other hand held up by Truth Martini, who has the "Book of Truth" held up high in his other hand.

ROH ON TNT EPISODE 8:

Ring of Honor - Wikipedia

Segment 1:

HNH9wq2.jpeg

Tyler Black opens the show, making his way to the ring to cut a promo. He speaks on his upcoming match up this weekend at the 9th Anniversary Show PPV. He speaks on his history with Jimmy Jacobs. He tells the crowd he wants to real with them and he apologizes for the terror that was caused by Jimmy and Tyler's group The Age of the Fall all those years ago but he says he left that version of himself behind in the past and as Jacobs said last summer, the past apparently wasn't done with Tyler Black. But Tyler Black promises that at the PPV, Tyler will finally close out that chapter of his life as he plans to defeat Jacobs and head back towards the real goal and that's being the best damn wrestler on the planet and fighting for that ROH World Championship.

L35LQtI.jpeg

Jimmy Jacobs' music hits and he stands at the top of the entrance ramp and says that Tyler Black is thinking way too far ahead. Jacobs tells Black that he shouldn't even bother thinking about the ROH Championship. Jacobs mocks Black and says that Black's lack of focus is what cost him their match back in December at Final Battle and this time it looks like it will be no different.

Black gets back control of the segment and tells Jacobs that it seems like Jacobs as usual left out a few details on how he actually got the win from him at Final Battle considering that it took interference and a use of a weapon.

Jacobs rolls his eyes and tells Black to not worry about that because at the PPV he promises there won't be any interference at all. Jacobs says the ROH title belongs with SCUM and when Jacobs beats Black again then it will be him who challenges next for that ROH Championship.

7PXQ0kN.jpeg

Kevin Steen and the rest of SCUM come out.

Kevin Steen says that he appreciates Jacobs' enthusiasm but it's not needed as there's going to be only one man going after that ROH championship next and it's himself. Jacobs looks very upset but bites his tongue and just looks at the ground as Steen takes hijacks the segment and talks down Tyler Black, he mocks Black and reminds him that Steen is the one who beat him twice last summer in matches for that ROH title and after he beats Colt Cabana at the their 2nd match at an Anniversary Show PPV in a row, it'll be him who challenges for the ROH title.

The segment ends with Black standing in the ring and staring down at SCUM while the group heads back to the back.

We come back from commercial with the House of Truth standing in the ring still after Taven and Bennett's victory in the previous match, they're now joined by Daniels and Elgin as well in the ring as Truth has a microphone and hypes up the upcoming PPV match for Daniels and Elgin against The Hardy Boys and says that he's just happy that The House of the Truth can send more "New York Guys" packing when they end the careers of Chris Jericho and both Hardy brothers. Christopher Daniels gets on the microphone and says this little back and forth he and Jeff Hardy have had going since the beginning of the winter comes to an end when The House of Truth defeat The Hardyz and send them both packing. Truth grabs the microphone back and talks about what happened last week with Chris Jericho and says that the ROH World Champion Roderick Strong couldn't be here tonight because he wanted Strong to take the week off and spend that time focused and training for his big World Championship match this weekend at the PPV.

x0UjfrO.jpeg

They're cut off by Chris Jericho who comes down the ramp and says goes in on Truth and the cheap shot he took at him last week and he mocks Roderick Strong for taking the week off to prep for the biggest match of his career and says so much for a fighting champion huh? Jericho says he's disappointed that it seems Strong isn't the competitor that he thought he was.

dZ7NCCj.jpeg

Roderick Strong appears behind Jericho and looks to sneak behind him, holding the ROH Championship in his hands, Truth just smirks evilly as he stares at Jericho as Strong is about to strike with Jericho from behind with the championship but as he goes to swing at Jericho, Jericho ducks over much to the shock of Strong who is then hit by the codebreaker by Jericho.

Jericho then says he's even more disappointed now that Strong thought that he would actually fall for that trick as Jericho laughs at him, grabs the ROH World Heavyweight Championship and poses with it over his head as the segment comes to a close with the crowd cheering on for Jericho.

We are backstage at ROH GM Bret Hart's office who welcomes The Kings of Wrestling, The American Wolves and The Stampede Bulldogs into his office and compliments KoW and The Wolves and says he absolutely adored their last match at the PPV last month and calls it just good classic tag team wrestling and that's what ROH is all about. He acknowledges the "awkward" (to put it lightly) history he has with the KoW but he is about to confirm the opening PPV match for this weekend and his first reaction is obviously to tell The Stampede Bulldogs since they're family, but he wants to prove he's as fair as possible and to try and show some good grace towards KoW, he wants the 3 teams to know they're all going to be entered in a huge 10-Team gauntlet match for the 9th Anniversary Show PPV and now is the time to start training because the winning team will receive an ROH Tag Team Championship match in the future but it won't be easy, because they'll need to be the 1 team who is able to outfight, outsmart and outlast 9 other teams. He wishes the 3 of them all good luck.

Segment 4:

A Vignette plays showcasing the 7th participant in the 2011 Top Prospect Cup, Cedric Alexander. Cedric Alexander is training in a private ring while cutting a promo talking about the amount of grinding and hard work he puts into trying to make it in this business. He says with no pun intended, he truly feels honored to be chosen to enter the 2011 Top Prospect Cup and he looks forward to showing the ROH fanbase what he's capable of in the ring and he says he'll be watching the ROH North American Championship match between Kenny Omega and Brian Cage very closely this weekend - he gives them a fair warning that enjoy that championship while they can, because he's on his way to that championship.

Bryan Danielson (w/ Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly) DEF. Ricochet via pinfall

---

Following the match, Danielson grabs a microphone and puts over Ricochet as a great performer with a bright future in Ring of Honor. He then hypes up the match he and the Dojo have against SCUM at the PPV this weekend. He says that ROH means the entire world to him and is the place that he helped build so guys like Ricochet, Cole and O'Reilly could have a bright future and he's not going to allow it to be destroyed by a bunch of degenerate gangs like SCUM and The House of Truth.

ROH North American Champion Kenny Omega is backstage and cuts a promo on his upcoming PPV match with Brian Cage. He says that Cage just may be the scariest opponent that he's ever stepped into the ring with. He puts over Cage for his freakish physique and expresses how he's blown away that a guy built like that can move as fast as he does... But ultimately, it will be Cage who will be blown away by not being able to keep up with the stamina of a performer like Omega. He says he's traveled all around the world and made his way back to North America, to grab the ROH North American Championship and to hone in on perfecting his craft of being a professional wrestler. Omega gloats it'll be great to be the first one to ever get a pinfall over Brian Cage and just add another piece of greatness to his own resume.

A Vignette plays with a promo from the 8th and final participant in the 2011 Top Prospect Cup, Tommaso Ciampa. He talks about his journey to get to Ring of Honor, he recounts his mental health battles and the things in life has overcome. He says that there's nothing anyone in that ring can do to him that he hasn't already done worse to himself. He wants the other participants of the tournament to truly think about "What's more dangerous than a man who has nothing to lose?" - Tommaso Ciampa says he's willing to die in that ring and he truly thinks nobody else has the guts to go the places he's willing to go just to ensure victory.

Following the promo, we get graphics confirming all of the first round matches of the Top Prospect Cup 2011, with the first match taking place next week:

The Monster Squad (PCO, Gangrel and The Boogeyman) DEF. The Colony (Fire Ant, Green Ant and Soldier Ant) via pinfall from PCO onto Soldier Ant

The Monster Squad are celebrating in the ring and doing their signature group pose as the crowd cheers on

The theme song of The Monster Mafia hits and they make their way up the entrance ramp as Ethan Page grabs a microphone and tear into the Monster Squad and makes fun of their entire shtick and calls them a joke. Josh Alexander grabs the microphone and says if they weren't aware, there were already some Monsters in Ring of Honor and they're looking right at them. They slide into the ring as Page grabs the microphone back and says the only thing that's monstrous about The Monster Squad is how ancient they all are and tell them they need to move their old asses out of the way and just retire already. Ethan Page goes to say something else but Boogeyman snaps and bonks Ethan Page over the head with his giant stick and Ethan Page goes falling back like a ragdoll into the arms of Josh Alexander who just grits his teeth in anger as PCO and Gangrel go to attack Josh Alexander as well but he grabs Ethan and they roll out of the ring and escape as the crowd boos The Monster Mafia while The Monster Squad taunt again in the ring to the crowds cheers.

Colt Cabana cuts a promo backstage on his upcoming match at the 9th Anniversary PPV with Kevin Steen. He tells the ROH audience that this has been the most hellacious year+ of his entire career, he's had to watch someone he once considered a brother in Kevin Steen turn against everything that made him the man he is and join the likes of SCUM and he had to watch another man he considered a brother in El Generico be forced out of ROH and now he has the entire world watching as he heads into battle with Kevin Steen once again but this time it's different. Last year at the 8th Anniversary Show, that was just Kevin Steen being gaslit by Steve Corino but now it's a true war and he plans to start planting the seeds to lead to the end of the war.
