Domestic battery and domestic violence are two different things, battery is any willful and unlawful touching, that is harmful or offensive and is committed against an intimate partner.

DV is an assault.

That IGN headline is misleading.

Also false imprisonment.....could be the guy blocking a doorway.

and honestly, from what Chris was saying, the writing hasn't exactly been stellar this season so maybe some fresh ideas might not be terrible? trying to remain optimistic lol
