He's doing a new Gangrel type gimmick where he carries a goblet of blood to the ring then tosses it on the audience.
Really though he was trying to be "hard" and busted open his stitches to make blood pour down his face then he wiped it off and tossed it at the crowd. The camera puller away when he did it but you could hear the fans yell at him and some girls saying "ewww".
