I think that Ted Dibiase andCody Rhodes have really been put on the fast track to main eventing since teaming up. And they've done it without being in a stable, or anything like that, but wwe has really managed to push them in the right way.
Before teaming up, Cody was better known as CAWdy, and quite simply, noone gave a shit. But since then, he was given huge match and mic time, and look where he is now.
It seems WWE really wants these guys to be something, as even when they weren't over, wwe didn't give up and forget to push them like usual... They kept going with the push.
And for the past month and a half, they have been main eventing almost every Raw. At first, it was with JBL in their corner, but now, it seems, they are doing it by themselves...
Yes, they have help by facing Cena and Tista, but that doesn't mean TOO much. If they weren't over, they wouldn't be over, and we would know that. But they have done a good job pushing themselves with their improvign promos and ring work, and wwe has done a good job pushing them.

I think it's been one of the best executed pushes in recent memory for two new guys. Whatdo you think about the way they are being push? And when do you see them becoming legitamite main eventers, if they aren't already?

I like how they are pushing them. They arent going too fast. They both have an advantage being Multi Gen stars so they can be pushed faster than others IMO. So I see one winning the MITB next Mania. And I think to be a legit ME you have to have World Title shots so they arent there yet

I don't mind the tag team. They remind me of Orton. They have been getting a push obviously but they need to develop their own finisher. Orton starting it was like watch out RKO! But these guys it's.. WATCH OUT ROLLUP! And that's how they beat Cena/Batista. I think Dibiase has something but Cody needs something besides a DDT.

When do I see them as main eventers? Not now, but maybe in 1-2 years whenever they split up.

^^^Its interesting how you bring up Orton. When I was watching Dibiase getting his ass handed to him by Batista and Cena last night, he looked exactly like Orton. He sells very much like Orton, where the body gets progressively more limp as the beating continues.

I like Rhodes and Dibiase. I'm not even sure they need to be in a stable with a veteran leader. They stand alone pretty well and putting them with a main eventer will only overshadow them. The only issue is that there are no tag teams at there level. They are quickly moving up the card beyond the tag division. Once they get done with Cryme Tyme there is nothing really left for them. They almost have to be involved in a stable at some point.

^^^That's the ONLY other bonafide team Raw has tho. Point proven.

Once/if they take down Cryme Time then there's no-one left.

^^Against Cryme Tyme you mean? (for WWE Fanatic)

But I am loving Rhodes & DiBiase. They could easily pull a E & C/Hardys and have them and Cryme Tyme carry the tag division for a while. What I'm lookin forward too is an Orton/Rhodes/DiBiase and maybe Batista stable. If it goes ahead, they would get way over.

And damn, DiBiase pinned Cena. I know it was a roll-up, but DIBIASE PINNED CENA! I can barely even think of 5 guys who have done that this year

No. I mean their namesakes who will debut next week.... Twice as badass as those two jokers! : P

Good to see them get the belts back so quickly... I can calm myself down a bit after my ranting last week, but still, can't blame a man for judging the E on past form.... Especially when it comes to the amount of respect they afford to the tag division.

I don't think they really need to be put in a faction with a ME-er, if anything I'm still hoping that DiBiase Snr will somehow assume a 'mentor' kinda role for the team (Money Inc. were a virtually unbeatable team afterall.)... He can run any interference etc. when necessary and it also provides great potential for underhanded backstage goings on.

I believe in time they will be a very good tag team but i feel Rhodes is a little rusty on the mic as he stutters a little where as Dibiase has natural mic talent. I think they need to work a little harder in the gym to improve their athleticism in the ring as they seem to be a little too slim and have proper finishing moves.

there's no doubt this push is the biggest and best push in recent memory on raw. i hated the team of Cody Rhodes and hardcore holly, Cody had no future with Holly leading him. The team recently have been dominating raw and have the brightest future. Cody Rhodea and Ted Dibiase are the most exciting Tag team recently.
