Is it just me that thinks Rey shouldn't retire? He's still great in the ring, he could put some good young talent over as he's so naturally over.

I want him to stay as he's still a great worker but it seems he's putting his body through too much with the multiple knee surgeries, id rather see him walk away then be wheeled out let's put it that way.

He's good in the ring but I can't stand the way he is booked. If he's used to put people over, then fine, he can stay.

He's like the mini-me version of Big Show IMO

On top of being booked like a King I hate the 619, I hate that weak ass splash he does where he just falls down from the top rope (one of the GOAT high flyers of all time has been reduced to this 'finisher'? great WWE), and I hate that he is booked to go over guys twice his size, especially since he uses said moves that I hate to do so

He put over Rhodes at Mania', he put over Del Rio, he put over Miz (but then beat Miz, but it wasn't quick).

He's nothing like Big Slow.

Big Show has put over tons of guys as well, just recently WWE has been throwing him a bone. Mysterio was similar to Big Show not all that long ago.

He can still go in the ring but he's already sustained too many injuries, when I say he should retire it's for his own good.

Who has he put over recently, like, last 2-3 years? I understand Mysterio WAS worse, in his prime, ofc he was, but now he's gotten older he's doing the right thing. Big Show seems to have done the opposite.

I didn't say Show had put anyone over recently, just that he has put over plenty of people over in the past, whereas transversely Mysterio used to be the guy going over everyone before only recently putting over ADR & Rhodes

Such a shame. From what I hear these wellness policies aren't that hard to pass... So why can certain superstars never seem to be able to do so?

Rey's one of the best workers they have right now, and has done a good job the last few years putting people over. Hope this isn't the last we see of the guy, wish he could get a legitimate main-event thank-you push before he retires.
