Yeah I might need to watch a Video on this because I haven't played the first two Games in Decades so what I'm seeing is all new to me again. Now if were talking about the previous films I know them every which way, but looking at the Building the people are going into that is before the first Game right when it comes to the history?

Rewatching that trailer again I'm convinced the show could be better than the trailer. They overloaded it with stuff, it's not a good trailer IMO. I'm not saying the show will be great, but I'm witholding judging it before I actually get to see it. Sometimes trailers make things look bad. Plus I enjoyed most of the Resident Evil movies which is not a popular take online, so very much a wait and see deal.

The movie definitely looks a lot more true to the source material than the previous movie series was.

That's actually better then. I feel like it's much harder to make a consistently good show than a movie. Even if it's average, it'll be aight.

I really like the second one. Captures the Resident Evil vibe well with the Raccoon Police Department and the rain and umbrella is a super smart touch. I don't think any of the other movies had a poster like that where it feels like it could be from the games.

Hmm, there's bits I like and then there is some parts where I'm like "Ehh...this doesn't look good"



I still want to watch it though because I feel like I'm not hard to please and it being Resident Evil based is enough alone to get me to watch it. One thing I do like is at least the outside locations do feel like Resident Evil, it's easy enough to buy this being Raccoon City. The bits with the mansion do get me hyped too, I can't deny. I think I'm mostly excited to see locations from the games
