Do you guys moderaletly check up on it, & correct it, because from the looks of it, it can possibly make mistakes.

What mistakes are made? There is no manual work involved. It's a computer program uploaded onto our servers. We set the numbers, it does the calculations.

Occasionally though when I update the counters rep can change, usually decreasing.
