Not the biggest fan of Roman Reigns but I think this is likely the right choice. Three world title wins, won the main event at Wrestlemania. Hard to argue that anyone really had a better year in the WWE. Now, there are wrestlers who arguably have had better years in other promotions... i.e. Jay Lethal or Kazuchika Okada... but realistically right now the number one spot is going to go to a WWE wrestler, so Reigns is the right choice in my mind.
