It was pretty bad with Game of Thrones I remember lol before the show went to shit itself. Even breaking bad had detractors bc it didn't end exactly like some people predicted (it ended better)

Creators stopped caring bc they were out of book material and had gotten a shit ton of money to do other projects so they rushed tf out of it, really makes me mad lol

I think people do the same with movies too tho, working themselves into a fantasy booked shoot lol at least for comic book ones specifically bc comic book fans will imagine all these grand ideas for a character that was never meant to be anything but minor in the film lmao
