Date: November 22, 1990

Location: Hartford Civic Center, Hartford, Connecticut

Bad weather in the Northeast area causes a logistical nightmare, causing many talents to be stranded and unable to make it to Hartford for the PPV, including The Undertaker who was scheduled to have a confrontation with WWF Champion Hulk Hogan. This forces a drastic overhaul of the card and with the limited talents available and with Vince McMahon wanting to deliver on the Survivor Series concept, many people end up working multiple matches (although those were allegedly shortened to allow maximum recovery for talents involved. This PPV marks the debut of Charles Wright in the WWF in the Theeki character, a voodoo shaman. He will be renamed later as Papa Shango.
