Did not say that was the only way to tell dipshit. And none of us know for sure whether he (or anyone else) has used unless:
1) tests were preformed showing such
2) he admits it
3) he has a physical problem due to a complication that is only caused by roids and nothing else

Cena looked more ripped before and he has smoothed out over time. Cena also doesn't look like the type who would mess with that shit. He seems to have his head screwed on right.

Lance Cade was never successful, and he never showed any signs of being a true breakout star. The WWE is not a charity case. They have an incentive to help their current and former big stars so as to avoid any serious PR problems. If a low carder got hooked on sleeping pills, his problems (if any serious ones were to develop) would not develop for a long time past his WWE stint and could no be seriously charged against WWE. Lance Cade is a dollar-a-dozen talent, so he's easily replaced. Good business decision.
