The way I see it Stephanie is about to reveal a big change (in the form of trolling, of course). It'll be so terrible, it'll be funny...well like that cringy nervous laugh type of funny. Hmm if I had to guess, I'd say she going to...............BRING BACK HER AUTHORITY PERSONA and this time she's got Rhonda Rousey to do her bidding. Picture it, she sits ringside the whole Women's Royal Rumble match, disrespects and makes light at the expense of the face characters, Rhonda comes out to the match and enter the ring looking like she ready to knock Steph's block off, they wait for the perfect spot (whether Rhonda supposed to win or not) and while the face characters see Rhonda about to put hands on Stephanie she actual attacks them. If they do this, a smarter choice would be to add Asuka & Nia Jax in the mix and have the most dominating women's faction. Either that or she got someone else in mind perhaps an Awesome type.......

Anyways, terrible?? Meh...yeah. Creative?? Ehh...not by much at all. But I'll give it a chance maybe it's angled at some new story, I mean it's about that time to change everything up again in WWE. Yes, I'm in a silly mood this morning, don't start with me :emoji_slight_smile: LMAO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So...as much as I thought she'd actually be in the
match itself (at #30 because Fuck You!) we now
know Stephanie McMahon will be on commentary
for the women's rumble match.

And who's to say she can't do...both? :bubba:

As a matter of fact, JBL did it in 2014 when his music hit as a surprise entrant of the Rumble while on commentary.

But aside from that - and I can't believe I'd ever say this - Stephanie being on commentary I think is fine. This would obviously be a rare exception but I think this is a particular case where it isn't such a bad idea to have the commisioner of RAW out there during a historic match, such as the first ever woman's rumble. I think it kind of adds to the significance and importance of this match...sort of? So long as she keeps her comments short and sweet and hopefully to the point, I think it won't be that bad at the end of the day.

On the other hand, there's always the idea her presence out there could be in order to set something up for Wrestlemania and especially if Ronda Rousey were to make the anticipated surprise appearance. After all, we never did get that payoff when they initially teased (or seemingly set up) that mixed tag with HHH and Rock...

I can't believe you said that either...

I'm literally in shock...

I hope to God you are right...I really do...

And that would be a complete waste of Ronda Rousey...

If Ronda is going to "work" in the WWE she should at
least be "working" with professionally trained wrestlers.

Asuka, Sasha, Charlotte, Becky, Mickie, Natalya...you
know...women who she could actually put on an entertaining
match with.

I don't really want to see Stephanie McMahon (or any of her
family...including Triple H) in a WWE ring.

They had their time in the spotlight...its time to let the newer
& younger talent have that spotlight.

I like when Shane gets involved, even when he wrestles. But that's because he is sorta alright at it. But I don't like when Steph gets too involved in Authority storylines, especially if she ends up wrestling. She should drop the heel persona and just stick to the business side of things, like charity work and promoting the evolution of women's wrestling.
That, that right there is where she does better. Not the charity stuff, but the business side of things, like promoting, being this well-liked personality. The heel thing isn't working for her. We don't need a heel Stephanie McMahon, we need her to add to the women's revolution.

I don't think she'll be that bad. Sure, she's not an experienced commentator, but at least she won't be obnoxious heel Stephanie. Steph is typically super pro-women's division. If anything she'll just ramble about how monumental everything is. Commentary is so bad nowadays she can't be any worse. I don't even like Graves that much. She'll be equally bad, not match ruining

how come this is a thing now? Lita during the Mae Young Classic, Beth for the Mixed Match Challenge and now Steph for the womens Rumble. Why do they have to have women on commentary now whenever there's something going on in the division? It actually doesn't even have to do with skill because Lita, Beth and even, everyone's favorite, Renee Young are all pretty lackluster behind an announcing desk. That's why we never see them commentating on anything else.

I have little doubt in Steph being able to commentate this, as she's a very talkative person, but if she's really just gonna sit there, not get involved and commentate.. what's the point, besides having her gloat about "her" creation of the match?

Stephanie was an obvious choice since she's the representive of the women in WWE, but in all honesty, they should/should've decided to place Renee Young there. She's a commentator that people can actually like and plus, she's actually pretty decent at it. But, I believe they're going to have steph enter the rumble which is why they have her at commentary.

And this is a surprise to you? LOL. Of course Stephanie is going to be a part of the women's Royal Rumble.

She's the creator of the women's revolution in WWE and the creator of women in general, so you can't have the Rumble without her. :steph:

inb4 she wins the Rumble

There’s no way they could think this could be a positive and contributing factor to drawing more people to watch. Her voice literally sends my penis back inside my body.
