Haven't posted in awhile, going to catch up now . . .
Loved Eve's final match, and sorry but that's pretty much entirely because of Eve. I loved absolutely everything little thing Eve did that match. From her reactions, to the moves she used, to her selling. She made that spear look incredible. As for Kaitlyn, well from what little she did my opinion on her hasn't change. She's forgettable. She's decent at best and I couldn't care less about her. I actually marked out a bit when Eve hit her snap swinging neckbreaker, because I actually convinced myself she was winning at that moment because I really wanted that to be the case. For what it's worth, as of now this match was the highlight of the show.
The fact that apparently quit via the app is absolutely ridiculous. I figured they'd spend a backstage minute segment on it or something, or at least show a recap on Raw (which they can still do) but if they don't at least even mention it during the show that's just a middle finger to everything Eve's accomplished. Not a surprised, I'm pretty sure they've giving this treatment to the other diva's who left, but Eve was on another level, in my opinion, at least comparing where they were when the left. Either way, I loved Eve while she was here, and now that she is gone have much less reason to continue watching. Which is just as much praise to Eve as it is an insult to WWE.
The Brodus Clay promo was bad, enough said. The match was his best match so far though in my opinion. Also, in my opinion, that is one of the easiest things to accomplish since I've disliked every other match Clay has had that I've seen. In my opinion however, it was still just decent at best. The finish was great in my opinion too. You may have realized I'm emulating Punk right here because his promo was really chalk-full of that word. It was a bit irritating to me for whatever reason but otherwise it was a very good promo. I also liked him mocking Clay by dancing during the match.
