- NBC Universal issued a press release today to stockholders that announced that they will begin to add shows from their cable channels to their schedule. Top Chef from Bravo, Monk from USA, Psyche from USA, and WWE RAW from USA were all mentioned in the release. It has been said that NBC has been considering WWE programming since the beginning of the writer's strike.

Hmmm, that could be a good idea to get national exposure. Just hope they wouldnt bomb like SNME...lol

Might be a good idea. Don't they have to hold back on certain things though if they're on basic channels? I don't know, doesn't seem to be a good or bad idea, should be okay. Might help ratings.

^Yea that's exactly what I was thinking unless they did it on ECW. Of course I'm assuming that Raw won't be moving to NBC full time, will they? I got the impression that it would be a time-time thing, but I could be wrong.

I think it would be good for ratings but the product would have to be toned down. It might have to become a PG show instead of TV-14. And btw, SNME bombed because the shows were not build up well at all, and they were terrible (well, except the first one with HBK vs Shane)

um, I think you guys are actually missing something here....um well 2 things actually.

1) the incest angle was already going to be ECW because WWE didn't want the negative press though USA or CW.

2) There not going to move Raw. It doesn't say any of those shows are moving, it says there being added to NBC. This means more likely that either a) they will Show Raw live on USA as always but then maybe repeat on NBC on Tuesday Night for example or b) it will air live on USA & NBC at the same time. No where does it say These shows will be leaving there existing cable station.

Tone it down? Great. I'd like to see a wrestlin' show. What's the last "adult" angle that wasn't simply stupid and juvenile?
