It does but it annoys me too.. the message is good but I think there are better ways to present it

Yeah. They should hire WWE Creative for that job. Everyone would stop doing that if they were the ones to present it. lel

by making the police look like they are superhuman and capable of catching anyone, rather than dissuade everyone,they almost present it in a way where some people take it like a challenge
