CM Punk has been TBD since he left; it's a formality thing. He probably has an open invitation to come back anytime so long as they have at least an hour or two prior to a live RAW show to write something for it.

Austin had not held title since November and probably wasn't getting near it for a while before he left. Hogan was always getting a reign and I doubt they'd do Hogan Austin at Judgement day. Rock then Brock were also in the hunt for 2002, maybe Austin could have been the one to job to Brock instead but even so the title still bounced around a bit.
INJ - TBD is there for people who are part of the main roster via contracts as well, they don't necessarily have to be injured, that means until June comes around (or they release him) CM Punk will be in that list, nothing exceptional about that, the article title is just an attempt to grab views.
