I believe he will. WWE usually do this type of promotion in a David vs Goliath, similar to Cena vs Batista, but CM Punk has held his own, where as Batista completely dominated Cena in their storyline. This is why I believe CM Punk will lose, because Ziggler has so much momentum.

Foley will not be in WWE long, I guarantee it. They put him in the ring to see his in ring ability, and it was not up to standard if you noticed, I doubt he will be in any further matches after the rumble

Nonsense. They don't need to put him on TV (and in a feud) to test his ring-ability. He's already confirmed to wrestle in the rumble. He won't win it, but I'm guessing Ziggler or someone will eliminate him. Or vice versa. Feud created, then Foley lets Ziggler go over him at Wrestlemania thus making a new star.

The amount of promotion going on Wrestlemania, WWE will be looking for the best talent to feature on it. That's why Rock has had a year to train, he sucked at the start, but he massively improved during his tag team match with Cena.

Going off your assumption that Ziggler eliminates him. I believe this will feature at Elimination Chamber, not Wrestlemania.

This is why Taker has had a year off, as well to cope with his injury, if this is his last WM, WWE will want it to be memorable.

You forget Orton vs Foley in a no holds barred match at Backlash, that match stole the show. Foley can put anyone down anywhere, he also is amazing when surrounded by steel.

I'm actually kind of hoping Foley is in the elimination chamber also. It gives him a chance to remove any remaining ring rust and he'd probably supply at least one big moment. The way I'd book it would be to have Foley roll up Dolph and have Ziggler go crazy causing Mick to be eliminated. Dolph needs to be aggressive as well as arrogant. He's essentially Randy Orton in 2004 now.
