Considering this 2.7 is the lowest rating since September 2011 I'd guess not Joe, but the ratings have been pretty low but one star doesn't make a bad rating imo.

I hope they change for the best because of the ratings, I don't want Cena in the title picture again. They should push some younger talent on SD, not shove Cena down our throats. And I don't think the IC and US titles should be unified.
