I keep a picture of how I looked when I was the most out of shape on my phone, whenever my motivation wanes I look at it

I've given up pop for about a year. Now is the exercise part which is awful. I only do some light workouts in my apartment right now. I'm going from 0 daily exercise so its already killing me lol
