It has been a week, and the WWE Universe is still cheering over Daniel Bryan’s grueling victory over Randy Orton. Yet even though the former WWE Champion made a strong case for himself as the new “Face of WWE,” it’s a face from Bryan’s past – Kane’s – who may prove to be his undoing. While Bryan sorts out his issues with WWE’s monstrous Director of Operations, Randy Orton faces his next challenge, and the one and only Betty White drops by for this week’s Raw.

'Face' lift

When Triple H and Stephanie McMahon said Daniel Bryan could be the new "Face of WWE" if he beat Randy Orton, they probably didn’t expect him to actually win. Still, he pulled it off, and now The Authority has some uncomfortable decisions to make. With Orton finding new reasons to complain week in and week out, and Bryan making good on his promises, might the corporate power actually consider putting a beard on WWE’s face?

Pick your poison

It’s a rough time to be WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Randy Orton — under orders from The Authority to go through each of his Elimination Chamber opponents one-by-one — is batting .500 after losing to Daniel Bryan on Raw and beating Christian on SmackDown. Next up for the Champion of Champions is John Cena, who’s dominant on his worst day and has never quite repaid Orton for beating up his father. Will the payback be too much for The Apex Predator to stand?

Hell (no) to pay?

Of all the things that could derail the “YES!” Movement, Daniel Bryan probably never expected Kane to be among them. The former WWE Tag Team Champions seem to have finally come to their long-awaited loggerheads, with The Devil’s Favorite Director of Operations attacking Bryan after his win over Orton on Monday, and costing him a match against Antonio Cesaro on SmackDown. Will Raw bring about another confrontation between the two? Safe to say hugging it out won’t fix their problems this time around. Tune into Raw this Monday at 8/7 CT, live on USA Network, to see what happens next!

I have no idea why no one is watching Raw...

That said I'm so happy Lita is being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. She literally gave WWE everything she had and then some.

Randy Orton hitting a DDT that would make Jake the Snake proud. I approve.

Randy Orton and John Cena are showing some solid chemistry tonight and the crowd is actually into it. What a difference that makes.

I cannot believe John Cena just killed the sell of the RKO. FTL.

At least Orton kicked the AA. But, the AA was never as protected as the RKO though.

Way to bury your WWE World Champion, guys. Maybe, just maybe he wins at least one of his matches leading to Elimination Chamber.

He did. He beat Christian. And I bet he beats cesaro too.
I didn't see SmackDown. Still, losses to Daniel Bryan and John Cena on Raw doesn't make him look great heading into his Elimination Chamber title defense.

BTW you should comment during the show. It would be more fun.

Maybe even shamus. That was a good match. Didn't make Orton look bad at all IMO.
I'll agree it was a good match. However, it does make him look weak, if not bad. He's the World Champion and he's still putting John Cena over. Especially after Cena squawked about that being the end of their rivarly earlier on the show. So it sends a clear message that Orton is only holding Cena's belt.

I also don't think Cena should have kicked the RKO. A rope break could have sufficed. That's just a small gripe. I'm nitpicking with that one.

It's not that big of a deal or anything though as the general booking is what's hurting Orton most. The constant flipping between allegiance to or against the Authority and other things have made him look like a man floating in the wind. WWE needs to rectify this at Elimination Chamber and let him wreck house and look strong heading into WrestleMania.

That's if WWE doesn't pull the rug from underneath him and give it back to Cena. Which is entirely possible. Go Cena/Batista 10,000 and 1.

And the Wyatt's/shield standoff was my favorite part. Can't remember the last time I was this excited about a 6 man tag...way more than I am for Elimination Chamber itself.

We're at the last Raw before Elimination Chamber! Also one week away from the launch of the WWE Network. We'll see Randy Orton take on Sheamus in the last of his matches against all of his Chamber opponents. Plus what will happen with The Shield and the Wyatt's?! Tune into Raw to find all this out and more!!

(once I find a preview for Raw, to know more of whats gonna take place, I'll fix this up more. Also sorry for missing this so much lately)
