I would just cash in when the champ is down. After a match when someone else did all the hard work. What happens to mitb if Seth won a title match?

He would probably still have it, I think it takes up until the next MITB PPV to lose it.

I thought a year long program v dean would have been good. Every time Seth tried to cash in, dean screws with him. Seth could have been the first to never cash in.
