Yeah, it seems that's what they're going for - having Orton lose to one of the EC challengers on every Raw from now to the PPV. He loses to Bryan, he loses to Cena, and next week, you can be sure he'll lose to Sheamus as well (those being the three top babyface participants in the match... who ironically all qualified together.) But then at the PPV, he'll win the chamber match and restore The Authority's faith in him, just like he restored their faith in him at TLC after they were on the verge of having him replaced by Cena.
