I don't think it takes as long and you don't have to see it every week. Just leave the ropes alone. It's pointless.
Can't it just be that people don't care about Cruiserweights?

I like when WWE does these off the beaten path segments.

If you're stutter stepping before hitting the ropes, then you don't belong in the ring.

Fuck up your timing and your opponent's.

Well, I said it ADDS to the lack of interest. I'd say not entirely cause CWC was highly favored.

But yeah, a lack of interest going in and then having to sit through dumb rope changes doesn't help.

The only reason the CWC worked is cause the audience was filled with die hard wrestling fans and/or smarks. Everyone knew it wasn't gonna be a hit post-CWC.

Cruiserweights helped WCW defeat WWE. They also keep indies afloat.

Besides that's not my argument, I'm just saying no one wants to sit through rope changes so they can be purple.

I have a commentary thread on why that's false in the review section

Fuck that. You can credit the cruiserweights all you want but the NWO is the reason for that. And regardless it's been twenty years. And I was rebutting your argument by saying it's not the ropes fault rather that people generally don't give a shit.
