Beach balls and chants are two different things. Chants don't stop you from watching the show or enjoying it. Beach balls yeah kind of dumb as it could get in your way. Chants don't.

How do you know it's from the same people? It's the Raw after Mania. They don't do beach balls every week. And with the reactions the cruiserweights have gotten of course that's the match where it's gonna happen.
