For a while Martha Hart didn't want the WWE using his name in any way, but that was settled back in 2013

Yeah, the Hart family is back on good terms with WWE, as good as they can be at least.

Supposedly when the lawsuit was settled, they said it opened up the door for Owen to be inducted... I think it'll happen but probably not for a little while yet
