Was a great match yes, but none of them could afford a clean loss, and Punk needs a confirmed opponent for WM for the build to start. Great end.

Yeah, but it setup what will be the biggest match at WM.

I do wish he just gave Punk a codebreaker after, but oh well. I guess this way it puts Bryan over aswell.

That was really the only ending that would keep both guys going strong. I loved the match and was cheering for Bryan, but didn't really want to see either lose.
