3/10. A poor PPV. The botched finish for the "biggest match in WWE history" summed up the quality of the show.

PPV was good until we got Brodus vs Truth which bored me then Miz vs Kofi which bored me. ME was nothing special and REALLY Orton when Cena has carried the company at times? I'm no Cena fan but it must feel like a kick in the face.

I'm done. I'm finally done. I've seen every WWE PPV this year and wrote a review on most of them. And of course, by the time you read this I will have written one for all of them. This is final review, after this no more bothering with WWE. No more making Blue self-promises to watch every of anything year long again. This was a real learning experience for me. Anyway, how was my final experience with current WWE (granted I watched it a week late but still)? Well, it sucked. So, let's not waste anytime and get that swan to starting singing . . .

TLC Review

Handicap I
It was alright I guess. I liked how Punk won at the very least. Yeah, I don't really have a lot to say, it wasn't awful but I didn't really enjoy it. Pretty much my standard five. For the record, I anticipate most will be around this list, not really a lot to suck your teeth into, at least when your doing more of a retrospective on it.

Match Rating: 5/10

Diva's
Essentially, I enjoyed it when Natalya was dominating. The only other part of the match that wasn't boring was the part where both of them countered out of each other's submission. I suppose the finish was fine for what it was but I'd much rather just have Natalya as champion than AJ.

Match Rating: 5/10

E
Big E wasn't that energetic this time around and that was his saving grace in all his recent PPV matches. Wasn't horrible but eh, I just didn't care. I tuned out of the match for like a good minute or two.

Match Rating: 4/10

Match of the Night
Cody & Goldust have had the match of the night since like Battleground so kudos to them. The also provided the first match where I actually have legitimate comments for. Firstly, the commentary irritated me a bit, I mean more than usual. JBL was praising The Real Americans strategy to not tag in or get tagged in until a team got eliminated. Swagger tried to tag himself into the match at least once. About ten seconds before Mysterio tagged in Goldust, who eliminated Ryback in about minute, Swagger tried to tag himself in. I'm not saying Cesaro didn't play that part but the only reason it "worked" was because dumbass Swagger who can't follow a plan is also too incompetent to tag in.

That aside, this match was really boring prior to the first elimination. Once the biggest garbage from the match was removed, things started to pick up a bit. I always love seeing Cesaro's swing and The Real Americans tag moves. Goldust's selling was pretty bad here but his offense throughout the match more than made up for it. His springboard back elbow was fantastic and I marked when he hit the hurricanrana. Hated his crossbody this time but that's on Big Show's head not Goldust's. It was too obviously choreographed for my likings. Big Show only sold the hit Goldust used (the one that gave him time to climb the turnbuckle, don't remember what it was) for like a second. He literally just stood there and did nothing as an injured Goldust climbed the turnbuckle, stood up and hit the cross body. I even caught Big Show prepping to be hit by Goldy.

But as a whole, this match was one of only two to actually get me invested in the bout and one of the only ones that had highs rather than just plateauing at okay or low quality. The Cody/Rey portion of the match was awesome, particularly the 6-1-9 counter into the Alabama Slam (which was then countered by Rey).

Match Rating: 7/10

Why Is This Happening?
So, guess all of R-Truth's character development for the past two or so years has been ignored and he's returned to the pre-heel turn main event run, rapper character? How lame and I didn't even like that character. I mean, maybe he's just rapping again but eh. Anyway, I wish Xavier Woods was the one wrestling instead because if that was case at least I would've saw a new guy competing. They didn't even show the part of Brodus's entrance where Naomi & that other bitch asses touch. That's not really must see tv or anything but at least I could've done something with it. But nope, instead I got a horrible match that didn't do anything positive for me.

Match Rating: 2/10

Why Is This Happening Again?
Miz's matches with Kofi in the past, and I mean at like Breaking Point 2009, were pretty enjoyable. In 2013 at TLC, not so much. It's not even really a case of been there, done that, it just wasn't that good. I did like a few things, like Kofi hurting his leg (and how he did) and Miz targeting it (not that it had any payoff, so it cancels itself out) and the fans chanting boring was a nice touch. Miz really disappointed me when he removed the turnbuckle padding and didn't pull out this move. Not sure why Miz stopped doing that move and all the other ones I liked (though the turnbuckle clothesline is alright). Wasn't horrible though.

Match Rating: 4/10

IHandicap Part II
This was the other match that had a high and got me invested but it was only for a brief period in the match. The small moment of time when Bryan was destroying the Wyatt Family was awesome and probably the best part of the show. However a match can't be appraised by only viewing the good parts, instead you have to take it as a whole and the rest was as mundane as the rest of the show . . . when Harper was in the ring. Rowan sucks and Bray had his moments (not the Blue walk he does) but ultimately it was really dull when they were wrestling. Still the highs make up for it.

Match Rating: 5/10

Wish I Had Ice Cream
Liked how logical it was that Orton didn't just hit Cena in the head with a chair. What I mean is, the lack of chairshots to the head always left a logical gap for me. Who seriously thinks the jab to the stomach is the more damaging move to a shot to the skull? It's just not a pragmatic decision. But here, it worked, Cena caught him when he tried to do it, so Orton kicked him in the stomach to regain the chair and then whacked him in the back. It's small but I really like that, though it sucks that Cena does exactly what I'm glad Orton didn't. Liked how Cena got out of the handcuff situation (brought back memories of his Last Man Standing bout with Umaga), the tug of war that followed and the inch of table that broke was incredible lame though. Most of the table spots sucked in general (the only exception being the announce table). Nothing else worth bringing up but you can rest assured that it also wasn't worth watching.

Was going to link to all my past reviews but fuck that. Anyway, it should be noted that I'd rank Cena vs. Punk from Raw someplace in the top three. Whether it's above Zig/Rio, below Brock/Punk or in-between the two I'll likely never bother to think about but those are my top three matches of the years. While I haven't been posting them, I've also been keep track of the worst matches of the year (on PPV only though) and my top three worst matches are as followed (in chronological order); Diva's Title, Kaitlyn (c) vs. Tamina: Elimination Chamber ~ 1/10; Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar: WrestleMania XXIX ~ 1/10 & WHC, RVD vs. Del Rio: Night of Champions ~ 1/10. Well, it's been real fun here guys. Peace!

SS & Payback really do feel like the only PPVs that were worthwhile from the entire year, sadly.

Was fun, Mustafar, looked forward to reading these more than the PPV most of the time. :obama:

Very amused at WM being the worst show. Have fun on your journey up Candy Mountain.
