5/10... I didn't watch, but it sounded pretty bad in a few parts, NO TITLE CHANGES, as usual, just the fuckin miz winning another IC belt.

Well, let's see. The opener was quite good, hopefully the end of this feud, they saved the best for last there indeed. Fun match. Rollins/Ambrose, am I the only one kinda upset about this? I mean, it seems like every week it's Ambrose coming out of the crowd to beat Seth up and they have to be separated. Idk, that didn't make me mad but it did bother me when I got angry about other stuff. Then we had the Divas, maybe they were holding back due to a SS rematch but they did kick out of the Paige Turner and stuff so I'm not really sure, I'll just be optimistic here and assume we're getting a better one later. Rusev vs Swagger was fine. Wyatt/Jericho wasn't that good of a match, and Jericho pinned Wyatt. Chris Jericho. 2014. Pinning BRAY. WYATT. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH (not better way to explain my feelings), turned the stream off. Then I came back since there was only the BR left and I don't watch Cena matches anyway, so I watched it, Cesaro's done now, it was fun to see Ziggler get to the end and throw Sheamus out, and it would be alright to see Dolph/Miz in a real feud for the title. Will it happen? Well, no. Miz is fine as a champ though, not good, fine. Then I didn't watch the main event. As Rain said, four matches were just setting up rematches so we had a countout, a forfeit, the 43-year-old pinning the newest midcarder for life and... well, the finish for the Divas was fine. But yeah

Good. Midcard belts are cancer

Here's your "I couldn't believe the pop Ziggler got in that match, they oughta do something with him!!!!!!!!!" post for the month of July, 2014.

Then the Miz ran out and I've never heard a crowd go from 60 to 0 so fast.

Looking at the PPV for what it was (a filler B-PPV that was merely the last stop on the road to Summerslam, "the biggest event of the Summer"), I was able to enjoy it a lot. I also can't say that I was gullible/optimistic enough to think they'd A) have Lesnar show up on such a pointless PPV, B) Rollins cash in or C) Cena drop the title one month after winning it and one month before Summerslam, so I wasn't disappointed when none of those things transpired. At the very least, it was miles better than last year's Battleground, which was not only the undisputed worst PPV of 2013 but probably somewhere in the top 20 worst WWE PPVs of all-time as well.

The highlight of the night was easily The Usos vs Rowan and Harper. What a great opener. I'd even call it one of the best PPV openers in WWE history. I was let down by who went over in the end, but that's down to my own personal preference, not bad booking. Like I said in the LD thread, the fact that they got the first fall gives off the illusion that if this were a normal match with only one fall, they would have been the new Tag Team Champions. My only other complaint was that I felt the first two falls happened too quickly in the match, but no matter, the good here far outweighs the bad.

I just dont get it. Miz doesnt need a belt to be hated so badly. Ziggler + Gold = huge buy rates increase. It's not just us who mark for Ziggler, it's the entire fucking live fanbase too.

Yeah it was bad. And then Miz rubs it everyone's face like he didn't just take the bitch way out and won a marathon or some shit lol. So much heat. For me it's not even "I can't believe that guy won" heat. It's more like "I can't believe this guy still works there" heat lol

It's honestly why I wonder if WWE/TNA/Whoever really realize how shitty the bitch heel role is. He cheated to win, cool. So now he holds the belt for 3+ months while we take piss breaks instead of watching. I'm not booing the miz, fuck it i'm tagging @Senhor Perfect every time he has a match, but that's it. No credibility, and I doubt they even let Ziggler feud with the mother fucker. Ziggler will probably lose to Sheamus this next week on raw for the #1 contender spot at SS.

I didn't see the show last year, but they had possibly the MOTY with the Brotherhood vs the Shield. How could you call it one of the worst WWE PPV's of all time? Figured that would be like the Wrestlemania 27 argument. "It would be the worst... but... That Triple H vs Undertaker match...'

Was the rest of that show really that bad?.. Oh, yeah, Big Show. LOL

Yeah, people seem to think it will be Sheamoose vs Miz to unify the belts. So Ziggler's 2nd place last night means shit. Poor guy. :sad1:

AHHHH, I hate Miz! :angry::gtfo::bully:

I'm really not surprised. I get that they need to keep the heat going and the whole anti-American thing is all well and good to do that, but I thought to use what happened to the Malaysia flight was so far past shitty- even by the WWE standards. I'm not saying I didn't see it coming- I commented about it the second they made their way to the ring. But still, you would have thought they'd have learned from the last time they pulled this kind of stunt.

One last question: Is it time to just ring the funeral bells on the Wyatt Family, and just realize they're nothing? There hasn't been a heel stable this ineffective since guys in black "cuttes" were running around TNA.
