Okay...well...you do make some valid points...

I just think Ricochet or Gable would benefit more from winning it.

And William Regal won the King of the Ring?!

Wow...I did not know that.

Well if I had my druthers, Gable would win. But if he does win, they'll like turn him into a silly character. Well... I guess right now, being Opie Taylor is already silly enough.

And yes, Regal won in 2008 and was a pretty brutal king.

I don't believe so.
That's a shame. I always liked Regal...the man could work a great match & brawl when he had to. I'm kind of
shocked the company never paired him with Wade Barrett in a mentor/student role while Wade was around...
although they may have never been at the company at the same time.

I know he did wrestle for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship in the early 90s.
Well...that's something I guess.

Well...that's something I guess.

I always liked Regal too. He was consistently underutilized, but he did have several stints in rehab, with probably hampered his career a great deal.

Plus, it's hard to come back from this:
