The Cody/Sandow finish was absolutely perfect. The match spilled outside, there's a lot of chaos and calamity leading to a big brawl between everybody, one went in to climb the ladder and Cody crawls in, throws him off onto the other Five. You see bodies everywhere and Cody climbs the ladder by himself. Crowd pops... Before his tag partner Sandow (who got the hell outta there during the brawl) pushes him off and took the briefcase.

I may be misremembering a few things, a lot has happened in... Holy hell six years...

While it's fair it's every man for himself, the main thought was how bad you felt for Cody. It made you disappointed for all the right reasons and Cody became a really strong babyface for a while.

Chad Gable here has no point. He wasn't betrayed, he wasn't robbed of his opportunity, he was simply outfoxed and beaten. Him attacking Corbin now is just being a sore loser

Corbin was being a dick both before their match and after he won.

Plus Gable had to go against the Best of the World ... in a 2/3 Falls match! He clearly had a harder road to the finals /s

Tbf Corbin literally stated in a interview that he wants to make Gable his jester. And WWE has recently copyrighted the name “ Shorty G”

If this is where the angle is going, I’m fully up for it.
