The WWE women have all the potential in the world, but creative gives them crap after crap after crap.
Yep...pretty much.

I'm long past being positive about the WWE
& frankly this pay per view will probably focus
around 4 women...Ronda, Alexa, Carmella &
Charlotte (if she's back by then) with everyone
else serving as jobbers to make them look good...
& while I do love Charlotte...give someone else
a turn WWE.

Not every champion has to be a former MMA
fighter, the daughter of a famous wrestler or
a cute blonde with half her ass hanging out.

Do something crazy & unexpected...give
someone an "Out of Nowhere Jinder-like"
push & title run...

Christ put a belt on Ruby Riott or Ember Moon...
at least they can actually wrestle.

I dont believe that this is the end for Bobby. Summerslam is 4 weeks away so I think theres gonna be some angle where he gets himself a spot in the match, which he should.

If it ends up being Reigns against Lesnar on a 1 v 1 match. I hope the brooklyn crowd take over and absolutely shit on this match. This is probably the last and only time you can have a 1 v 1 dream match with Lashley and Lesnar. The story writes itself. But no, feed Lesnar to Reigns for what feels like the 10th time they've fought. With funny enough their first encounter being the best. It's funny how they can continue this "management holding me down" stick, when he continues to get chance after to chance to challenge for the belt.. And you know. Main evented the last 4 fucking wrestlemanias

And here I was, foolish me, being I was celebrating my 42nd birthday this past Monday, thinking I'd get a treat from WWE but...nope. Granted, we did get a rare (nowadays) appearance from the boss himself Vince but he was only out there to introduce HHH and Stephanie (what was the point of that, anyway?) so even that didn't matter. At the end of the day, it was yet another boring show with very few possitives to talk about, which makes a 2/10 in my view a more then generous rating. Notes/thoughts:

- Already touched upon this but why was Vince even out there to begin with? He mostly looked like a plant we use for decoration, not to mention mostly disinterested and bored...

- As for the major announcement itself, well, we all know WWE love them firsts so no surprise they keep coming up with these new concepts/ideas. Nothing wrong there, don't get me wrong, and this particular case is one we should applaud but here's a concept for ya: how about creative being actually...creative for a change, give us some interesting storylines, stop wasting talent left and right and make this show great again; yes, pun intended...

Apollo Crews, Fashion Police (mostly Tyler Breeze), Ty Dilinger, the Revival, AOP, Cesaro, Chad Gable, just to name a few, all great talent basically wasted because...why? And do I really need to go through the entire woman's disaster...uh..I mean division?

- In typical WWE 50-50 booking, Roman gets his win back over Lashley and yet another shot at the Universal strap. The match was great, sure, but this entire storyline with Roman and Brock is just outright boring (not to mention pathetic) so at least I'm hopeful our misery will end(?) at Summerslam. Granted, Roman winning won't make things any better but I guess the possitive side of it would be that we could finally move on.

- For those talking about a possible lesbian storyline for Sasha and Bailey, hate to break it to you, but...this ain't the attitude era anymore. In a day and age of people all around being all super sensitive and/or easily offended, do you actually think such a storyline would fly or even be considered?

I think it's rather obvious what they are setting up and all you have to do is remember that Sasha has a move called...the back stabber, which is exactly what is going to happen, most likely being saved for this Revolution PPV. You can...Bank on that...

I don't see the point of an all women's PPV. The point of this whole change for the division was so that male and female talent would be on the same playing field but now they're just doing sh*t nobody asked for. Like, I don't need them to be excluded on an entirely different playing field, that doesn't make their matches better in any way, just make sure you have 2 or 3 good women's matches on a normal card first lol.
Doesn't hurt though does it? An all woman show that is most likely going to be three hours with baby faces winning. Sounds good. In fact it may just be the best WWE PPV of the year. Fed up with 4 hour 10 match cards with every match being screwy.

This ppv does not need to be over the top and massive. I would be very satisfied if this ppv was like No Mercy or Backlash 2016. Just a chill ppv that isn't 5 hours long.

Fashion Police (mostly Tyler Breeze)
Do most people think that? Fandango for me overshadows the shit out of Tyler Breeze

Definetely love me Fandango. I was only referring to Tyler Breeze mostly because he's the "younger talent" and a guy that can certainly go in the ring if given the chance. Only problem is, he's barely gotten any chances since being called up to the main roster... Like, why not have a go with one of the midcard belts or at least be inserted in the picture, moreso with Fandango out injured?

Yeah give him a chance. However, Raw's midcard consists of Mojo, Gable, Jose, Hawkins, Ryder, Kanellis and let's face it Roode and Mahal. So it's pretty tight right now. What I have noticed over the last couple of years is that all the midcard champions are only held by main upper midcarders only. The last IC champion I can recall who is a bonafide lower midcarder was Ryder. So I think WWE have just changed in that sense. Maybe Tyler would get more opportunities in 205 live.

this ain't NXT my guy, this is still the main roster. Just because they excluded men on their card, doesn't mean that their whole mentality towards putting these events together changed. I mean, I hope they kill and manage to put on amazing matches with great finishes to each of them, I really do. But if it was up to me, I would have focused on getting my 2-3 or even just 1 womens match on a normal PPV to work like that before going over the top by creating an entire event for one division.
Look at NXT, their specials feature 1 womens match each and it fucking works wonders lol. Quality over quantity.. WWE has never been shy of going the quantity route and this is yet another example of it. I just hope they sell it out and it doesn't end up being a financial issue either

I don't see this as qauntity over quantity. Unless this pov is going to be the same as all the other ppvs, which I doubt. Hopefully we are going to get a short, sweat and simple ppv.

I don't think it matters if they have a good woman's match in a normal ppv or an all women's ppv. It's still going to be a good match regardless.

WWE have 4 singles woman's titles, one potential tag title and a Mae Young Classic final. So it isn't just one division. maybe this ppv will be long as fuck though. If so, then atleasat it will be somewhat refreshing as it's all woman's. Just anything to get out of this soul destroying ppv formula.

Not a fan of an all women's PPV. I get why they are doing it but if you start pushing that direction, before you know it, we have an all women's show. I would rather watch a PPV or show with both men and women. There are very few of either that I really enjoy so when you start separating them, I am just much more inclined to not watch. Nothing against the women on this but WWE is just going to create more problems.

You can't keep introducing new things hoping it fixes the bad things or distracts people long enough not to care. That is like buying a house with an entire side of the walls missing and instead of fixing the walls, you just add a new room to the other side. Sure, the new room will be appealing but the second the appeal wears off, the giant lack of walls on the other side of the house is going to be all the more apparent.

EDIT: Made a thread to discuss this: Other - Evolution: 1st-Ever All-Women's PPV

I changed my vote to a 10/10 because of the fact this show was a great example of what is wrong with WWE. Also, why has no one pointed out the fact, WWE kept plugging their Girls Rule, Boys Drool PPV, and yet only had one women's match that was 30 or so seconds long.

Welcome to WWE booking! The place where women don't last as long as the men! (there is a pun in there)
