Did you watch the show? Seth DID berate Kane for the lame idea. That is exactly what he criticized Kane for when he attacked him at the end of the show. He criticized him for telling him throughout the show that he had a plan and it was simply the ax handle. I didn't pull this idea out of the blue, it is EXACTLY what happened on the show. That is why I am trying to lay out what I think will happen based on what happened. It also ties back in to the fact that Rollins has several times criticized Kane for being too soft now... it was an accusation he apologized for right before Lesnar got attacked.
As far as to what is convincing, the majority of schemes that WWE wrestlers use to trick other wrestlers are not convincing. When a company has an old woman give birth to a hand and has a match where a wrestler has God as their tag team partner, you can't really disqualify a storyline as something they wouldn't try simply because the story is lame and no one would fall for it in real life. This is very typical WWE and more than likely, Kane and Rollins are still together.
Yeah, I think the idea is pretty stupid but it seems about what is going on. i can't believe for the life of me that with Seth Rollins' latest character plus his recent ass kissing of Kane that he is really going to permanently burn bridges with Kane.
Yes, he said the plan was to make it seem as though his plan was the idiotic idea of Kane attacking Lesnar only to get the crap beat out of him and Seth to freak out so it seems like they've broken up and Seth will be alone when in truth he won't be. What he didn't say what that Kane knew exactly what part of his body Lesnar would go for and exactly what type of injury he would receive.
It's a pretty safe bet that once Lesnar was provoked he was going to beat the crap out of Kane leaving Seth to be angry with Kane for getting the crap beaten out of himself. I don't see why that's hard to follow. On top of that correct me if I'm wrong but you were questioning whether or not Lesnar would fall for that ploy. It's either a trick or it isn't. If it's a trick he falls for it, if it isn't then we all "fall for it" because it's the true story line so I don't get your point there.
Also, just because this is the plan that Kane puts forth doesn't actually mean that it has to work in the end.
It's not "hard to follow" as I get the plan perfectly clear, I'm just saying it's stupid (which we all seem to agree on.) I also disagree whole-heartedly that Seth and Kane are still together even after Kane's ankle has been shattered and I would also hope anyway that The Authority would have had a much better plan than to count on being beat up by Brock Lesnar since you never know what kind of physicality Brock is gonna inflict onto you (be it a concussion, broken arm, broken leg, broken ankle, etc.), especially when he just injured J&J Security last week, but whatever.
