Miz TV

Miz talked about his match with Dean Ambrose at Extreme Rules and then brought Cesaro and Sheamus down for an interview. He praised them and put down the Hardy Boyz. Miz then began praising himself again until he was interrupted by Dean Ambrose.

Ambrose made a comment about Miz needing to shut his mouth, but Miz pointed out that he was outnumbered. Ambrose was immediately joined by the Hardy Boyz. They all began brawling. Ambrose and the Hardyz were left in the ring.

Decent show and we had a really good chat tonight so I gave it a 7. I think a lot of it had to do with the chat though. You guys missed some fun there at the end if you missed the chat.

The This is your Life segment was one of the worst ever!

The triple threat and Roman vs Seth were good matches and worth watching.

So...I don't mean to sound negative...but is it me or has RAW
already become stale after the Superstar Shake Up?

We again only have 4 women getting any screen time...
Alexa, Bayley, Sasha & Alicia Fox...

I guess Dana Brooke, Nia Jax & Mickie James weren't
needed this week...and of course Emma is still injured
and they don't have a spot for Summer Rae.

I bet Summer is hoping for a transfer/draft to SmackDown.

Oh...and for the record...I'd rather have Sasha Banks
wrestling and winning than dancing.

Granted she looked great while doing it...but this is Sasha
Banks...she'd look great reading a newspaper or mowing
a lawn.

Okay WWE...Sasha is awesome...but I don't think she's
going to get the entire Cruiserweight division over.

This feels just like a tease...like this is as close to SmackDown
as Sasha will get for a long time.

Unless...Wait...you don't think the WWE would actually have
Sasha appear on SmackDown and some how work her into
the possible Women's Money In The Bank match do you?

Would they do that?

and it seems we again have 5 men at the top of card in a
string of mixed matches with each other.

Instead of it being:
Owens, Jericho, Rollins, [HASHTAG]#IgnoreReigns[/HASHTAG] & Strowman
its now
Joe, Balor, Wyatt, Rollins & [HASHTAG]#IgnoreReigns[/HASHTAG]...

Ugh...

I just don't care anymore...

This Raw really highlighted something for me; and thats that everytime I watch WWE lately by the end of it all I'm thinking is how modern WWE is the worst wrestling product there ever has been. I dont think you could intentionally make WWE as bad as it is, it'd be so much effort to consistently write such a terrible show.

'This show in particular though; that WOAT womens segment. And Miz just further being treated like the modern Brooklyn Brawler. Its clever of WWE though, burying the fuck out of Miz every week will send a message to the rest of the roster that they aren't allowed to get over and aren't meant to put in any effort unless they're a chosen one. Miz is one of my top 2 favourite wrestlers of all time, but its at the point where I hate watching him because its just the same garbage every week. I know all he'll do is job, but I always stupidly hope he might get to actually look remotely credible, but every week he's just booked as the most useless wrestler of all time.

0/10.

And all I can think about is if the Miz & Maryse had stayed on SmackDown...

Well...hopefully the Miz gets the IC title back soon...that will help ease the pain
of being on RAW slightly.

Gods honest truth is that im bored to tears with the product at the moment, its had a few flashes of stuff, i do enjoy the Goldust promo (R truth not so much) and whatever involvement that Corey Graves have peaked my interest as well as the Enzo and Cass stuff.

Beyond that its has gone really stale, yes the triple threat and the main event were good matches to watch but what was the point. Everything else on the show for me was instantly forgettable.

Im not sure Jesus himself doing a 450 splash could get 205 live over with the main audience.

May need to watch this Raw and skip over the This is Your Life Segment...

I haven't been watching Raw much as of late because I need to hit the twigs early due to an early shift in the morning at work. Not to say Raw is "must watch" all the time, but I kind of miss being able to watch it and Smackdown.

As time goes on, the "revolution" for the women seems to get buried even deeper and deeper.
Sure, it isn't all about sex appeal these days (which is great) but holy mother of fish sticks are their segments awful.

The go-home show for Extreme Rules was OK, not as boring as previous weeks, that's for sure and also featured some quality wrestling. 5/10

Things I liked:
- The MizTV was a fine opening segment to set up and hype both the IC and tag title matches.

- The Hardy Boyz & Ambrose vs Sheamus, Cesaro & The Miz was good. The closing stretch was a bit of a mess, but it was a good match, nonetheless. The heels losing here probably means they'll win on Sunday. Fine by me.

- Joe vs Bálor vs Wyatt was good.

- The Revival are back, nice!

- Reigns vs Rollins was a pretty good ME.

Things I didn't like or skipped:
- Everything else.

Rollins Vs Reigns was great. Arguably their best match against each other.
Balor Vs Joe Vs Wyatt was also great. Not as good though.
Hardyz and Ambrose Vs The Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro was good.

Rest was meh. Except that Bliss Bayley segment. Oh my...
