Why wouldn't they? It's not like the event is too small. The last time they unified them they did it on a throwaway December PPV as well. But most are expecting a screwjob finish. Unifying at mania fucks up the rumble so that is unlikely.

Hunico was sadly not the real Sin Cara.

In my eyes, He is the only Sin Cara.

I can say with 99% confidence that we're still going to have 2 world champions after TLC. If they're getting unified, it's at Mania.

Where would that leave the rumble winner?
I'm not saying unification at mania cannot happen. But the rumble winner getting a shot at one of the two belts is a staple. What would be the point of the rumble if we got that match?

Could always have Orton win the rumble after losing at TLC.

I enjoyed Raw. Punk finally at long last is feuding with the Authority, we got an awesome Bray Wyatt promo, the booking of several matches for the TLC PPV (which is actually shaping up to look quite nice), the continual slow burn towards Brodus' heel turn, the segment at the end between Orton and Cena, etc.

As for whether they would unify the titles on a December PPV, it's not hard to believe that they would since as mentioned, they did it once before already in 2001. Could easily be argued that they have bigger plans for Mania that a unification match don't really fit into, plus it could be their way of starting the RTWM off early and with a bang.

I think Punk vs the Authority is a big giant piece of dogshit. His promos seem to be semi-scripted at best, his promo with DB and renee was absolutely horrible, and I am 100% sure Punk ends up at the top without taking an evenly matched asskicking at ANY point. Why people are so hard on punk after that dogshit punk/ryback/axel deal, the only one who did things right was Heyman, and I wouldn't be surprised if he came back with Bork only to watch Bork Job. I never have liked Punk, but i especially think his involvement has only made the corporation angle worse. I get it, two years ago he dropped a pipebomb and you marked. (not you lock, just a general statement)

But most of the card was horrible filler. ADR vs Sin Cara, the only surprise was that cara won, i have no idea who wanted to see that match ever, or if it does anything besides bury ADR worse. He just spent 8 months destroying everyone but Cena, now he can't beat Cara, even though he sent Cara home in a, what....4 minute match? On RAW months ago. Henry vs Fandango made no sense but it was okay.

Raw rated Bray/10. The Wyatt promo made the entire night for me, because I absolutely love how he sold the mastermind role of allowing himself to offer DB the title without expecting him to change. That promo and the way it was sold was just spectacular, and one of the best i've seen in a long while. Other than that, the shield/Rhodes match was amazing, Cm Punk's promo after was the first decent one he's had in a while, and Natty beating AJ was great until they announced her title shot. She will job in a shitty dq match.

I can't believe they are trying to sell the Orton Cena match as one for the ages, when it's far from the best on the card, which again isn't even complete less than 2 weeks before the ppv.

Punk's promos have been lame for a while now. They're a bit cheesy and it doesn't suit him. I read somewhere that Punk and Vince both prefer Punk's work as a heel, so hopefully a turn is near (could be on Bryan).

I just wish he would follow a script

The belt unification totally sucks. Orton may win the match and we'll have a boooooooooooooring reign.

Better than last week. Okay structure throughout each hour, starting with filler and working itself up for an hour main event. And story was advanced as well.
