Rate this week's episode of Raw in our poll and make sure to leave your thoughts as well!

Opening: The Highlight Reel

Chris Jericho's guest was Kevin Owens, who Jericho said set a record by being the guest two weeks in a row. They then made fun of Americans for Thanksgiving and Black Friday. They then made fun of Rollins for not winning the Universal title, claiming he "Rollinsed" himself since he has failed so often at winning the title. After saying that Rollins was not cleared to appear, Roman Reigns then came out. Reigns accused Owens of always needing help, to which Owens claimed he didn't need Jericho. Reigns said that Owens would have lost the title several times over if he didn't have Jericho helping him.

Chris Jericho cut Reigns off. He then implied he was about to put Reigns on the list, but Owens cut Jericho off by telling him to shut up. Reigns challenged Owens to a match tonight that if he wins, Reigns will get a title shot at Roadblock. Owens agreed and then left the ring.

Backstage after the commercial, Jericho confronted Owens about being told to shut up. He told Owens he is always there for him. Owens told Jericho that Jericho interfering was making him look bad. Jericho then said he didn't need Owens as a partner, ally or friend. Mick Foley then came out and was about to confront Jericho but Jericho said Foley didn't need to ban him because he was leaving.

Braun Strowman vs R. Truth

Strowman quickly squashed R. Truth for the pinfall victory. Goldust then attacked Strowman, only to be put in a bearhug. Sami Zayn came to the ring and attacked Strowman, freeing Goldust. After putting up a short but decent fight, Strowman beat Zayn down. Mick Foley came out as the show cut to commercial.

Back from the commercial, Zayn was arguing with Foley. Foley claimed he was saving Zayn from himself but Zayn said that Foley was forgetting about where he was from. Foley claimed Strowman would destroy Zayn but Zayn claimed that much like Foley, he wasn't the type to quit. Zayn called Foley a hypocrite and left.

Charlotte and Dana Brooke

A small promo aired where Charlotte claimed she would cement her legacy as the greatest women's champion of all time and that she was the only great athlete to come out of Charlotte, NC.

Cedric Alexander vs Tony Nese

Nese defeated Alexander by pinfall following a pump handle slam.

Chris Jericho Segment

After the break, there was a short backstage segment in which Jericho was questioned as to whether or not this argument with Owens was real. He got angry, insisted it was and then left. The driver opened the limo door and accidentally knocked the list on the ground. Chris called him a stupid idiot and turned to pick up the list. He heard someone say, "Did I just make the list?" and turned around, expecting to see the driver. Instead, Seth Rollins was standing there. Rollins then gave Jericho a savage beat down which culminated with a pedigree on top of a car.

Raw Women's Championship Match: Champion Charlotte vs Sasha Banks

Charlotte at first seemed to retain the title on a double count out. Foley then came out and said that he would not allow the rivalry to end this way. He said after a rest, the match would restart as no DQ, no count out and falls count anywhere.

Enzo Amore vs Rusev

Enzo Amore defeated Rusev by DQ when Rusev kicked Enzo in the crotch.

Rich Swann vs Noam Dar

Rich Swann defeated Noam Dar by pin fall. After the match, Swann confronted Brian Kendrick, who was at the announce table.

Cesaro and Sheamus Promo

Sheamus was in a bar having a drink when he was approached by Cesaro, who had a drink. They talked about being happy they didn't have to team ever again. But they also were reminiscing about the good times they had. They were approached by some big guys in the bar. One guy insulted Sheamus, but Cesaro calmed him down. Another guy made fun of Cesaro and belched in his face. Sheamus first seemed like he was going to calm Cesaro down. Instead, the two started a bar fight and took out all the guys that were making fun of them. Sheamus than jumped behind the bar and proclaimed it was an open bar. He asked Cesaro, his partner, what he wanted to drink and Cesaro chose Guinness. They then called each other partner and toasted.

Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens

If Roman Reigns wins, he will get a Universal Championship match at Roadblock.

Roman Reigns defeated Kevin Owens by pinfall and advanced to a championship match at Roadblock.

Paul Heyman Promo

Cole asked Heyman what happened and Heyman claimed they screwed up and took Goldberg lightly. He claimed that Lesnar had something to prove now and that was scarier because it has never happened before.

Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Champion New Day vs Anderson And Gallows

The New Day retained their titles via pin fall.

Raw Women's Championship: Champion Charlotte vs Sasha Banks Falls Count Anywhere

Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte via submission to win the Raw Women's Championship. Ric Flair then came to the ring, raising Sasha's hand and hugged her.

I was going to give this show a 6, but after that awesome women's falls count anywhere match, I had to raise it for a 7.

There wasn't a ton about this show that was really standout. It passed as a sort of solid but average show. There was a really good bar scene fight promo with Sheamus and Cesaro. The Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns match was solid with Owens laying some good smack talk onto Reigns. But there wasn't anything that was going to make me jump up and down about it. Then, we got a falls count anywhere women's championship match. It was great. I enjoyed every moment about it.

Now, I am not sure that making Sasha champion again was the best. I mean, this seems to be a weird pattern around Sasha and Charlotte. Charlotte wins the belt at a PPV, Sasha wins it back on Raw... so on and so on. The belt is like a hot potato.

It was, of course, cool seeing the greatest wrestler of all time, Ric Flair make a brief appearance to congratulate Sasha on her victory. I have to be honest, though, I almost expected him to be like Flair and knock her over haha. But it was good.

Anyhow, a 7 but the only really important part was that main event. I really loved it.

Okay...so I haven't seen the match yet...but WWE...
this is it now.

Please do not have Charlotte and Sasha fight at RoadBlock
with Charlotte winning the title back.

It is time to end this. Keep Sasha on RAW as Champion,
turn her heel (Heel Sasha is so much better than Face Sasha)
and have her feud with Bayley.

Reveal Charlotte was the one who attacked Nikki Bella and
move/trade her to SmackDown so she can fight Nikki, Naomi
and Becky Lynch.

I have enjoyed the Charlotte/Sasha feud...but it needs to have
a bullet put in its head...Now.

Also...Ric Flair...go away...your awesome...but now is the time
for you to go away...forever.

Also it makes no sense for Sasha Banks to dedicate anything to
Ric Flair considering he cost her the Championship at
Wrestlemania less than a year ago...What the F?!

The RAW women's Division is a stale, stagnant pool with the same
2 large fish fighting in it.

Trade Charlotte to SmackDown for Carmella or Natalya and bring back
Emmalina...NOW!!!

Rant over.

Still in hospital by the way...I'm doing fine.

Where yo' grandma stay.
Fell asleep on RAW ( not because it was shit or anything I was just extremely tired) so when I woke up and read the results and I wasn't surprised. Sasha and Charlotte continue to play hot potato with the damn belt, they're like parents stuck in a custody battle at this point. This is just some joke between the writers/bookers now right? I don't see how anyone could think this is good for both of these Women or the credibility of the championship itself. So WWE please:

Well I guess the US championship is a worthless prop again. Why even put it on Reigns if the plan in the long run was to put him back in the world title picture? It seems like they gave the belt to Reigns just to take it off Rusev because fuck Rusev. Like seriously, maybe he could like go into a legit feud for the US championship, Braun would be a perfect opponent for him!

As for the rest of the show I was awake during...meh, it wasn't bad. I do appreciate that most segments were done backstage or just not in the ring. That's always cool and it reminds me of the the good ol' days. I don't want to rate since I didn't watch the ME.

I agree with most of what you say, other than your comments about Ric Flair. Flair's time is done, yes, but making a sporadic appearance is not bad. The show was in Charlotte and the crowd was happy to see him. He didn't do anything other than raise Sasha's hand and hug her. I think Ric Flair has given so much to wrestling that he should be able to show up every now and then if he wants to.

And in regards to it not making sense that she would dedicate the match to him, that's just the way wrestling is. Yeah, he cost her the title before but wrestling loyalties go back and forth. It's not like Sasha has never cheated and cost anyone a victory. They've both been cheating heels in their past and right now they're both faces. I can understand why she dedicated the match to him. Yeah, he cost her a title. But he cost her the title to help his daughter out. And then his daughter rejected and humiliated him. Sasha is the face and she can respect Flair as a legend and sympathize with him. She dedicated the victory to him and he raised her hand, which actually makes sense because they put the past behind them now.

Everything else, though, you're spot on. Quit doing this back and forth with Sasha and Charlotte trading the belt. I mean the matches have been great and this match was awesome, but this feud has more than run it's course. I think you're right about turning Sasha heel and putting up against Bayley. We'll see what happens.

Sorry...I'm not Anti-Ric Flair...Hell...the guy is and always will be a legend and he
gave perhaps the greatest Royal Rumble performance ever in 1992...but...
Let Sasha have her moment instead of rolling out the "Old Man" again for
people to cheer. It's like what happened at Wrestlemania with Michaels,
Austin & Foley. WWE needs to put the focus on the new stars and leave
the past in the past.

That's just my opinion.

As far as the Charlotte/Sasha feud goes...it's given us some amazing
matches and moments...but enough is enough.

I never thought I'd say this...but Charlotte has been champion long
enough. Let Sasha keep the belt...let it "poison" her like it did
Charlotte...turn her heel and do something fresh. I'd honestly be
happy if Charlotte & Sasha never fought again.

I swear...if WWE just repeat themselves again at RoadBlock...
I'll...I'll...I'll...just complain some more and keep watching.

I thought at first this was decent, but the KO vs Roman and the Women’s falls count anywhere matches were good so it must be a seven at max. The rest of the show was pretty meh, but enjoy that tag title match though. Some points on Sasha and Charlotte, I really have enjoyed the matches they have had expect for Hell in a Cell one, but most of them I have really enjoyed a lot.

Saying that however, after Road Block or in the next few weeks this feud must end soon. If it does not by end of the year, I have a horrible feeling this will become the female version of John Cena vs Randy Orton. The title itself has been around for less than a year and it has had six reigns between two women.

Besides Bayley and of course these two who else have built as a worthy contender for this title nobody that’s who. For that’s why the Smackdown women’s division on the main roster at least is the best one, it focusses on all them within a month at some point. RAW is stuck on focusing on two women trading the title like Pokemon cards. Great match though, I will not get bored of the match quality at all :)

I haven't seen the women's title match or the ME yet, but from what I did see I liked. I'll probably give it an 8 after I finish.
One segment I did enjoy alot was the sheamus/cesaro bar room scene. It went well and I think if creative can do a few more segments like these before their next match more people will be on board, especially with sheamus

Lol Sasha Banks wins on Raw again??? Women's title is a joke. They continue this damn feud when they got Nia or Bayley waiting in the bullpin. Sasha vs Charlotte is the new Miz vs Ziggler.

Wow... So she won again on Raw? I am sorry but for every step forward they take with the women in this company, they take 3 steps back. What the heck are they doing!?
They are just driving this feud into the dirt.

I just hope when Asuka comes up from NXT, they don't ruin her. Banks was so promising in NXT and they just keep letting her win the title and lose it right after.

This week's RAW episode was good. 7/10

There was some good wrestling on the show, they played well off of last week's angles and they also set the stage for Roadblock.

Plus, RAW gets bonus points for not having Stephanie on the show, which made it largely fun and good overall.

- The opening segment was solid. I guess the previously rumored Champion vs Champion feud is now official. I'm not a big fan of it since KO/Y2J seems like the logical way to go, but oh well. I expect KO to retain somehow. Via some 'nefarious means'. I doubt HHH will be interfering since he has a grudge against Rollins, who will have a match against Y2J at Roadblock. And, despite them teasing the split of JeriKO, I don't think WWE will swerve us by having Y2J come to his best friend's aid yet again. Although, I wouldn't be surprised. So, I guess KO will cheat his way to win and retain the title all by his lonesome, which is fine by me.
Also, Jericho was gold, man! "It was clearly Sin Cara in a Jericho mask!" :lol1:

- Sami Zayn's promo was great.

- Cedric Alexander vs Tony Nese was decent given the time constraint. Man, Vince surely loves to book people to lose in their hometown. Alexander should've won. On a side note, them teasing a possible Alicia Fox/Alexander love story sounds lame.

- Rusev destroying Enzo was good.

- Rich Swann vs Noam Dar was decent for the time given. Damn, Swann's hook kick is a thing of beauty. Tajiri would be proud! On a different note, Brian Kendrick was great on commentary.

- That Cesaro/Sheamus segment was great. Loved it!

- Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens was good. Also, KO is the king of banter. LOL'd at him saying this to Reigns: "You can't slip out, even though your hair is greasy!"

- Paul Heyman was great.

- The New Day vs Gallows & Anderson was good and fun.

- Sasha Banks vs Charlotte was a very good ME and MOTN. Absolutely loved the finish and it played well into the stipulation.
Now, hopefully this hot potato game they've been playing with the Women's title will stop. If they do a rematch at Roadblock, Charlotte should not regain the title and Sasha should actually get a lengthy reign before dropping the title to Nia or Bayley.
