this is their usual dry spell. It's always around after Survivor Series up until the build to the Rumble starts. But it's also met with a bunch of unfortunate absences, like Reigns, Strowman and Lesnar (even though that one's on them anyways).

The only real highlight of the night was Rollins/Ziggler and I'm hoping that the rumors about Rollins vs Lesnar at Mania are true because that would mean that Rollins could potentially win the Rumble this year, which is an exciting thought

Dean Ambrose promo was fucking terrible lol. What even is he's character. He is the last person to be snobby over a city lol. Absolutely terrible wrestling character.

Let's give it up for Solid Snake, who always picks up the slack when it needs to be picked up/

I was very late this time though.

lol you're fine. I actually fell asleep before the show and slept for about 16 hours. But I got up today feeling good and positive so I am hoping I am finally being able to move on and get my life back on track. I woke up several times and looked at the clock and thought "Get up, you homo!"

So I posted a while ago that I was done with WWE. I've lurked on this forum and followed re-caps. I must admit, Dean's heel turn and the lack of Reigns got me a little bit curious. I tuned in last night to see what I missed, and only saw the Dolph-Rollins match. Now that didn't impress me at first as these two have a long tired history already, but they put on a decent show. I tuned out for a bit, and then came back once more to see the end with the three heels standing tall.

And the thought crossed my mind, will this trio be dominant until Reigns returns and re-forms the shield?

I read reviews of all I missed - and I'm glad I missed it! I think I'll continue reading reviews.

The amount of hatred and vitriol for this show is pretty astounding.

Honestly with context, it makes sense. This year has been dog shit for not just WWE, but for many nerds it feels like a lot of interests are hitting rough patches...

Raw has been unwatchable this year from how it looks and sounds. Not bad. Unwatchable.
Like it's a case of you seriously can not be writing this down on paper and not be trying to kill the company. Maybe Vince has it in for Triple H?

This Corbin shit reminds me of MVP as Impact GM or whatever. The Beat Down Clan 2.0 is over here, even using the old TNA top guys from 2015.

I just wanna remind you that if this show actually functioned as a wrestling show and not a multimedia company, just how killer Kalisto, Gran Metalik, and Lince Dorado (2 on 2) vs the Revival is. Granted this is absolutely Blue in practice with Lucha House Rules on the same show where Finn Balor is getting screwed over by having to wrestle handicap matches and... Look, another heel GM. Remember saying four years ago in every other post that's an angle that can not be done ever again lol, then Dario Cueto happened

Gosh. I can't wait for WK13.

7/10 shitshow rating

Just when you think this shitshow can't get any worse, they give us...whatever that was this past Monday...Good God, I'm lost for words for this atrocious abomination of a show.....-50/10...

this is their usual dry spell

Problem is, this "dry spell" feels neverending. Quite frankly, I think we are way past any dry spell cause this, unfortunately, has been the norm for way too long....

Guess so, but I've noticed that the end of November & December are always bad time periods for them in general. That's why it's always important to have more interests besides pro wrestling or WWE. They create a lot of live content every week nonstop, eventually you're gonna notice some type of burnout, even as such a big company. I'm not trying to defend them tho, they really let something as simple as Ambrose vs Rollins cool down a lot, even though they've successfully done with them before and it had potential written all over it

Someone explained the dry spell perfectly... That the show feels like a rerun of June, and the only way you know it isn't is because Coach isn't on commentary
