....ITS MONDAY NIGHT RAW....
Hey everyone welcome to the rate Raw and Raw Recap thread! its the post Survivor Series edition of the show, so as always rate in the poll above share your thoughts below, as i recap and review raw!...but seriously whats with this company and screwy finishes with great matches? why is it that only in NXT we have great matches with great finishes? atleast Triple H knows what hes doing...
Seth Rollins town hall starts the show
Seth says this is about all of us right here, this lockeroom. And we get NXT chants, seth says i'll be the first to agree, NXT mopped the floor with Raw, aznd i hate that, because just like all of you guys ive been a fan of raw my entire life, i grew up loving this show, and to see what its become, it breaks my heart, and yes its gonna be harsh but its gotta be said, last night at survior series you all sucked, seth said at all the wrestlers.
We went from being the A show to the C show, and we gotta make this right, i believe in monday night raw and thats why i called all of you here tonight, so if any of you wanna speak up, now would be the time. how about you? randy? and seth calls him the weak link, says hes just being weak, anything you got to say? nows the time randy seth says. Randy then goes up the ramp and leaves.
Seth says what about you charlotte? you were supposed to lead the survivor series team and you werent even the last one? and you call yourself a flair? now charlotte leaves
Seth calls out AOP says you werent there last night we dont need you now either, AOP leaves, seth then calls out rey, i'lll be honest rey more then anyone you let all of us down.i beat brock lesnar 2 times this year, you couldnt get the job done with a led pipe and your stupid kid, maybe your not the rey mysterio we all grew up lovin huh?

Seth saying hes tryin to do ther right thing as everyones leaving him, these are thing syou all are thinking he says, and then there is kevin owens, the last one left, we got kevin owens chants.

Man that got hard to follow real quick..so surelys eth is heel now right? that felt heel, ima be shocked if seth somehow isnt a heel..what a interesting opening segment.
Seths backstage hes mad interviewer lady comes up, he says im otu there tryin to do the right thign and kevin owens stuns me, well you know what> kevins gonna have to learn the hard way, and so he challenges kevin owens to a match.
Bobby Lashley vs Titus Oniel
We see a video from earlyer in the day where rusev was going to the sarena but was given a restraining order...yay.
So these two lock up, titus gets a good hit in but lashley takes control, spinebuster to titus..now the crowds cheering and here comes rusev, hes beating the hell out of lashley who wisn by DQ, Rusev is beating the hell out of him otuside the ring, laying in punchs slams him into the steel stairs now into the barricade, lashley gets upo kicks rusev and now they go back and forth rusev smacks lashley down, he grabs lashley slams him into the mini tron and now on the announcers table and the crowds cheering,
Rusev clears off the table lashleys on the table, rusev screams at lana and says this isnt about you, and as Rusev goes back to the annoucners table here comes the police to send rusev to jail, Rusev breaks free and crashed into lashley and shoulder tackle slashley off the stage. more cops come in..then rusev breaks free again and knocks a part of the stage onto lashley, rusevs laughing and the crowd is cheering...a decent bobby lashley rusev segment? the sky must be falling.
So far Raw is off to a damn good start
AOP VS Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder
So this is what you would expect, dquash match where AOP wins
Akira Tossawa VS Andrade
So this starts with Akira hitting andrade in the chest, goes for a huricann-ranna but andrade powerbombs him, andrade has control for a bit but Akira does an inside cradle and gets a little momentum before andrade stops him and takes control, hitting the double knees in the corner, he picks up Akira and Andrade hits the hammerlock DDT for the pin.
Aleister Black is backstage and he says Buddy murphy do you understand the consequences of your actions? because you knocked on my door, and im here to collect, and basicly goes on to say hes gonna do soemthing tonight during buddys match, eithe rinterfere or soemthing idk.
And now here comes Matt hardy, notably hes not Woken, and hes in action next.
Matt Hardy VS Buddy Murphy
So these two go back and forth with soem hits Matt Hardy takes control, hes on Buddy in the corner laying the hit sin but murphy slips through and kicks hardy in the face, slams matt into the turnbuckle and then murphy takes matt to the outside slamming him into the barricade
both jmen back in the ring buddy murphy top rope matt side steps him hits the side effect, matt smacks murphy sl;ams him in the corner not once but twice, goe sfor running bulldog murphy blocks, and it leads to hardy hitting a elbow onto a crouched murphy
Matt hardy goes for twist of fate but murphy reverses hits a knee hits another, murphy hits a third knee for the pin.
Aleister Black it is me, Buddy Murphy, and ive come to picka fight..and then Aleisters Music hits.
Aleister Black storms the ring both men in the ring and now they fight Aleister starts laying in the kicks and hits and hits a wicked knee that send smurphy to the outside, murphy can barely walk now as Aleister stands tall in the ring.
Up next, the United States Championship is on the line.
Or not, mean charly carusso brings in charlotte for a interview. She says charlotte last night you and asuke got into it, it got pretty heated, would yous ay your behavior cpatian like.. charlotte says i never sia di was a team player, iw a sjust the only one qualififed to lead the team, and asuka is still mad about losing the womens title to me, and how i ended her streak at wrestlemania, and now she wants to use the green mist? thats the only way she can beat me? well tonight ima remind her why im the 10 time womens champion.
Appearntly Bray is gonna reveal a new face in the Firefly Fun House on smackdown, That should be fun!
AJ Styles VS Humberto Carillo - United States Title.......Not Really.
So before this match can even get started Humberto gets attacked bu the OC and laid out with the magic killer on the steel steps.
So Ricochet makes his case for fighting AJ styles for the united states title, AJ says no, Randy orton come sout making his case, Aj says i beat both of you i got nothing to prove to them, so ehre comes drew macintyre, he makes his case, Rey mysterio makes his case after coming out.
Ricochet gets the idea that himself randy drew and rey have a fatal 4 way match, and the winner faces AJ Styles for the United States Title Tonight.
Drew Macintyre VS Ricochet VS Randy Orton VS Rey Mysterio
So im not even gonna try to follow this match, i may mention a few spots, but its gonna be more fo a summery.
So this match has been interesting, pretty decent match so far, OC came out and are at ringside orton hit a wicked drapping DDT.
OC stops randy from pinning drew, fatal 4 way is no DQ. Mystero gets a surprise roll up on ricochet for the pin, tonight its Rey Mysterio VS AJ Styles for the US title
Rey Mysterio VS AJ Styles. United States Championship
Okay so appearntly we are doing this now..alright then.
Aj immediately charges rey lays the hits in, smacks him on the turnbuckle rey goes to anothe rcorner aj smacks him again, slams him into another corner, and then another corner.
Aj immediately in control
Rey starts fighting back but AJ hits a backbreaker, now hits a suplex as he begins working over Rey, Rey retreats to the outside Aj slams him on the barricade and on the ring apron and rolls him in the ring. Rey in the corner AJ goes to him fights back goes to the top roipe but AJ attacks the leg, Rey hung in the tree of woe, AJ hits a dropkick rey falls off Aj gets a 1 count as rey grabs the rope.
Aj locks in a headlock working over rey, has rey hung on the bottom rope holding resy legs and falls down smacking rey into the middle rope, he picks rey up, goes for the suplex rey blocks lays some hits in throws aj into the ropes aj reverses and rey tries to springboard but his legs give out.they go back and forth Aj has rey up tries to throw rey into the turnbuckle but rey slips out shoves Aj into the ring post, hits a kick on AJ and he shung on the middle rope, 619 posotion, anderson stops rey from hitting the 619 with the ref distracted by gallows, and as a result the ref kicks out anderson and gallows as we go to commercial.
We comeback Aj throws rey into a corner with force, aj picks up rey and slams him on the top turnbuckle, now he lifts rey onto the top rope faceing the ring post, aj goes up and rey fights back but aj hit shim back, reys in the tree of woe again, aj stomping rey he moves to the opposite corner goes to charge but rey gets up and Aj slides and well..the ring post hits in in the balls, now rey makes his comeback, hits a bulldog for the nearfall.
We got 619 chants, rey goes to the top rope but aj catches him hits him, Aj joins him on the top rope, Aj goes for superplex rey stops him, Aj bites styels left hand to nmock aj down but styles grabs him anyway and htis the ushigaroshi..pretty sure thats how to spell.
Aj goes for Styles Clash but rey reverses into a canadian destroyer for the nearfall, Rey is on the apron hit s aspringboard hurrican ranna Aj lands on the ropes, then Rey hits the 619 but Aj falls into the ref knocking him out, now here comes the OC as they go to hit magic killer but here comes randy who takes out gallows and anderson, randy goes to hit Aj but aj is on the apron he goes for the phenomal forarm but randy dodge sand walks into a hurricanranna by rey to the middle rope, he hits the 619 and knocks aj right into a RKO from randy, rey hits the frog splash as the ref comes to and count sthe pin. Rey Mysterio is your new United States Champion.
We got mean charly carosso backstage as she interviews kevin owens, but kevin takes the mic to speak for himself, ima hav e to come back here lol he spoke too fast for me to follow accurately, it was a great promo.
Actualy future me here, yeah im not gonna find it and add it, its just not owrth the time and effort.
Asuka VS Charlotte
This si gonna be another summery match, as im chatting.,..well in chat lol.
So charlotte dominates msot fo this match even chaseing Kairi zane away, takes most of the offense in this match, Asuka gets a little bit in and ultimate wisn with the green mist.
because appearntly the only way asuka can win is with green mist in someones face.
Erick Rowen VS Jobber
Erick Rowens wins and we dont know whats in the pen, likely his dignity
Kevin Owens VS Seth Rollins
Man the crowd hates seth now, they ddint even do the BURN IT DOWN, they are also booing him, perhaps he really is a heel, i can only hope. before Kevin Owens comes out we go to commercial.
And since AJ Styles did a backstage interview and he just got off for now, i wanna share a hialrious post from our good ol Jeffry from the chat..

Bell rings owens immediately goes for the stunner seth dodges rolls to the outside, both men fighting on the outsid eowens slams rollins in the barricade, owens brings seth to the apron and seth fights bac gets in the ring goes to dive owens smacks him, they fight in the corner in the ring and owens eventually hits a senton for the nearfall.
We got some back and forth as Rollins takes control, locks in a single leg crab, owens fights out htis rollins with a chop, rollins fights back hits a sling blade and now owens is on the outside and rollisn does his dive a few times bring sowens b ack in the ring, does a springboard knee owens ddges hits a superkick knocking seth outsid,e seth gets a steel chair and is mad as we go to commercial.
We come back seth and owens top rope,owens lifts rollins he falls down owens still top rope, does a senton but rollins gets the knees up gets a nearfall. Rollins stomps owens lands a knee and is laying in punches, now locks in a headlock as we get CM Punk chants. owens tries to fight out but rollins hits a right hand and is working over kevin, owens fight sback with a huge chop that rollins just no sells, rollins is just laying in the hits throws owens into the rope sowens reverses into a DDT.
both men down now starting to get up, rolins charges oiwens in the corner owens moves seth hits the corner, owens hits th e cannonball, owens goes to do the frog splash but rollins gets out fo the ring so owens does a senton, gets rollins in the ring and does the frog splash for the nearfall.
owens throws seth into the ropes goes for the pop up powerbomb seth leaps over kicks owens goes for the pedigree owens dodges now and after some back and forth rollisn its the falcon arrow for the nearfall, i missed a little bit of it.
Now we got seth doing the burn it down goes for the stomp owens reverses goes for the stunner rollins dodges goes for the stunner again seth dodges and goes for the stomp but runs into the pop up powerbomb for the nearfall.
Owens looks for the tunner again rollins dodges and after more back and forth of kicks owens hits the stunner but does pin seth, b efore he can here comes the AOP, they get in the ring one staring at seth in one corner the other staring at rollins in the other, and then the AOP beat up kevin and lay him out, they turn their attention to seth, seth screams come on, but they just leave, seth then stares at the defeated owens and hits a curb stomp not once but twice and thats how we close the show.

Well that was raw, show started off really good but wasnt that way all the way through, had quiet a few iffy moments and once again for like the 5th time a great match has a dumb screwy finish. It seems the law in the main roster is if you want a good match, it has to be given a screwy finish. Atleast we got NXT.

both men down now starting to get up, rolins charges oiwens in the corner owens moves seth hits the corner, owens hits th e cannonball, owens goes to do the frog splash but rollins gets out fo the ring so owens does a senton, gets rollins in the ring and does the frog splash for the nearfall.
owens throws seth into the ropes goes for the pop up powerbomb seth leaps over kicks owens goes for the pedigree owens dodges now and after some back and forth rollisn its the falcon arrow for the nearfall, i missed a little bit of it.
Now we got seth doing the burn it down goes for the stomp owens reverses goes for the stunner rollins dodges goes for the stunner again seth dodges and goes for the stomp but runs into the pop up powerbomb for the nearfall.
Owens looks for the tunner again rollins dodges and after more back and forth of kicks owens hits the stunner but does pin seth, b efore he can here comes the AOP, they get in the ring one staring at seth in one corner the other staring at rollins in the other, and then the AOP beat up kevin and lay him out, they turn their attention to seth, seth screams come on, but they just leave, seth then stares at the defeated owens and hits a curb stomp not once but twice and thats how we close the show.

Well that was raw, show started off really good but wasnt that way all the way through, had quiet a few iffy moments and once again for like the 5th time a great match has a dumb screwy finish. It seems the law in the main roster is if you want a good match, it has to be given a screwy finish. Atleast we got NXT.
