A perfect 10 for this show. I liked every match and every moment of it.

Match ratings:

Undisputed Era vs Moustache Mountain **** great opening match and got the crowd going
Velveteen Dream vs EC3 *** A solid match, not great but enjoyable.
Adam Cole vs Ricochet ***1/2 Another really good match that didn't lag. The wrong guy won but I still loved it.
Kairi Sane vs Shayna Blazer **** A great match all around. Had me on the edge of my seat cheering for Kairi.
Gargano vs Ciampa ***** Another five star match between these two guys. I thought Gargano should have won, buthe didn't. It's too bad but it didn't matter. This match was very, very, very good. Maybe not as good as their first match but it was great.

There was nothing bad about this show. Wrestling needs to be like this more often.

A perfect 10 for this show from me. There weren't a lot of boring parts and everything made sense.

My match ratings will go as follows:

Undisputed Era vs Moustache Mountain 4 stars. As Jacob said it was a great opener that kept you on the edge of your sit.

Velveteen Dream vs EC3 3 and a quarter stars. The beginning was boring, but the ending parts were great.

Adam Cole vs Ricochet 3 and a half stars. The psychology of Adam trying to ground Ricochet was great, and despite what Jacob says the right guy won.

Kairi Sane vs Shayna Blazer 4 and a half. A good match overall and Kairi put in work and it was amazing. Bushido Fighting Spirit.

Gargano vs Ciampa 5 stars. There isn't anything I can say that Jacob didn't.

Weak show for a takeover event. Main-event was good, Ricochet vs. Cole was solid as well.. Really wasn't invested in the other matches.

Maybe I need to watch it again but it sadly didn't meet my expectations.

6/10 for me, it was ridiculously underwhelming to me

The tag match was awesome, but some of the spots reminded me way too much about UE vs Burch & Lorchan. I get that B&L and MM have very similar styles, and that last match was amazing, but it really stood out to me. I also thought the towel spot went on way to long, in my mind it would've been more unique if Seven used the towel like a rope to pull Bate towards the corner. The bright side is that this match made me completely turn around on Strong, I now really like him. That knee in the end was beautiful.

Dream vs EC3 has been a bad feud. It's been the worst Dream feud so far, and it made EC3 look like such a nerd to me. His entrance were he (the face) was singing to his (bad) song while the crowd was completely silent was cringey to me. I can see him being in the Bobby Roode role on the main roster, which is sad considering the fact that he's EC3, but if he's a nerd in NXT what will that make him on the main roster? The match itself was fine, the finish was cool, but overall the match was unmemorable and fine.

The North American Championship match... the best way I can explain it is that it was good, hell, it was great even, but it wasn't special. It was an awesome match, but it won't go "Down to the annals of history" like Mauro said. As down as that may sound, this was actually my match of the night, but I don't know how well that reflects on the rest of the show. There were a lot of excellent sequences here, but this time next year nobody will remember any of them.

I give the Women's Championship props for being the match that made me say "I've seen this before" the least. Shayna's brutality was awesome, I loved commentary mentioning the MYC and how "But Shayna is a different woman to the woman Sane beat!" The finish was also great, an elbow reversed into a choke reversed in to a pin that actually works. I love how Sane managed to be aggressive and lovable at the same time, that was awesome.

Hated the main event. Nearly everything that happened we've seen before from these two, the double table spot really took away from the match, since some cool spots like the DDT on the wood (again), the triple Project Ciampa (hated that spot btw, really devalued the finisher to me), and the Fairy Tale Ending onto the steps were false finishes that you wouldn't believe were finishes because they didn't do the table spot yet. The table spot itself was lame. My favorite moment was the barricade scene, Johnny accidentally taking out a crew member, that amazing barricade break, and Ciampa burying Johnny, it was all awesome. The ending was also awesome, Ciampa begging for mercy and Johnny giving him none, just attacking, and attacking, and attacking... then the idiot knocked himself out. That ending was so underwhelming and down right bad. Also, props to Ciampa and selling really well, because Johnny Cena sold the entire match. Remember Cena's count out sell? 1-8 he's completely down, 9 he jumps up and sprints into the ring as if he wasn't actually hurt. Johnny did that all match. He's down, he stay down, and stays down, and stays down, and stay do- AND HE'S UP. Didn't like this match at all.

Literally took PG Era and kicked it out the window. There wasn't a single bad match or ending on the card. I'm kinda in disbelief that Kairi Sane won though, but how she won was incredible. They showcased her abilities to think outside the box in this match, without making Shayna look any less stronger. We all know Shayna is stronger, but Kairi is smarter, which makes her better.

Dream vs EC3 was great.. About time they gave EC3 a meaningful match.

Ricochet vs Adam Cole baybay! KILLED IT! Both of those superstars put out. Ricochet just does it with insane athletic ability and is a better show off than Dolph Ziggler ever was or ever will be. Adam Cole is still great. We'll see a rematch soon, in which undisputed era will interfere and cost Ricochet the match. (Predictable).

Tag team match showcased the ability to never give up, and to have faith in your tag team partner no matter how rough things are getting. (Something Bate didn't do the first time around, but something Sven DID do this time around). That being said, they still lost, so RIP.

Gargano vs Ciampa... 10/10. Everything you'd expect to see from the rivalry, and in a Last Man Standing match, you saw. This match was so good, but then again, every match with Ciampa or Gargano is really good.

Solid 10/10 show... Something WWE hasn't given in an incredibly long time.

10 out of 10 means it was perfect. Nothing bad happened and you were happy with everything? That's hard to believe.

That's the thing. It literally was perfect. I mean... maybe they could have had an open dome? Better lighting? Idk... The PPV was unlike any other.

9.5/10 for me, definitely not a bad show but had some moments where I saw what was going to happen for a mile away. Still better than SummerSlam for me. I one think I really loved about this TakeOver was that the songs were all really enjoyable and are good songs to listen too at anytime.

Match ratings:

Undisputed Era vs Moustache Mountain **** 1/4 - Two teams that can't put on a bad match with each other.
Favorite Spot: Tyler Bate showing off his strength

Velveteen Dream vs EC3 *** - Weakest match on the show, it felt like a normal TV match instead of a TakeOver one.
Favorite Spot: Purple Rainmaker is a thing of beauty!

Adam Cole vs Ricochet ****1/2 - Loved this match, these two guys have great chemistry and now I hope that Adam Cole can go for the NXT Championship now.
Favorite Spot: Holy shit, that superkick!

Kairi Sane vs Shayna Blazer **** - Best women's match for WWE this year and the best women's TakeOver match since Sasha vs Bayley in Brooklyn
Favorite Spot: Kairi's roll up for the win/Shayna countering the InSane elbow

Gargano vs Ciampa ****3/4 - I loved most of this match but the ending was weak to me. I could see it coming from a mile away.
Favorite Spot: Ciampa's running knee with the chair to Gargano
