Tonight was great, evolved my Cyndiquil into a Quilava, got a Gym badge, got a Wooper, a Mareep, and I'm about to go to Slowpoke well...

Oh wait, the PPV...

4/10

The tag team match was great and hands down match of the night, Bray vs Finn was okay I guess, didn't see match one, but just...

What hurt this PPV was...

Roman vs Cena.

This match kind of went over like a wet-fart to me. The match kind of didn't draw me in with any story-telling, they basically rehashed every single "OMG spot" they've done over the past year, rinse and repeat.

Leg Drop reversed into a Powerbomb, check.

Kicking out of an AA, check.

Super AA off turnbuckle, kickout, check.

Spear Through a Table, check.

Chain AA...check

Then a single in ring Spear.

Cruiserweight Title match...

RIP Neville's children...

And the main event. The match was the same moves over again, and the first bit seeing Lesnar being tossed around was good, and Brock's first effective offense being a Kimura was actually a nice touch. But then it sort of slowly lost momentum. I think this match just lacked a big moment.

I'm giving this a 0. Although there were some decent moments, there were parts of matches that I liked, but this way a PPV of wasted opportunity.

I liked how Cesaro kept fighting after losing those teeth. But Ambrose and Rollins as champs does nothing for me. But honestly, the only thing I truly liked about this show was Miz retaining his belt.

Things that made this a spectacle of crap.

1. Rollins and Ambrose have no business as tag champs. It sucks they won't even come down to the ring together and this is nothing more than an inevitable move towards an Ambrose heel turn.
2. Alexa Bliss continues being the least talented woman in the title picture, yet her reign of mediocrity continues.
3. Really? Enzo Amore is the one to dethrone Neville? A man who is all mouth and no ability?
4. So Roman can kick out of multiple AA's but Cena can't kick out of one spear? And if Cena really does retire and it ends up that Roman retired both Cena and Taker, I'm done with WWE at least as long as the Roman era lasts. I was never a fan of Taker or Cena, but both of them are far superior to what Roman will ever be.
5. So Braun manhandles Lesnar like a sack of flour... Lesnar hits a few suplexes and an F5 after getting his ass kicked and he wins.

There were so many, so many opportunities for WWE to mix things up here. Give Nia a dominant run until Asuka shows up. Give Braun the Universal belt until Lesnar comes back from his MMA training to take it back and set up Lesnar vs Reigns at Mania. In lieu of that, have Cena defeat Reigns tonight and let Roman come back stronger and beat Cena later. THAT would have been the better story.

There was so much that could have been done with this. Miz is the ONLY thing that was done right and honestly, it's not enough to make up for the absolute piece of crap this PPV was. 0/10

Crews v Samson was actually pretty good

I missed Miz v Jordan, but Miz winning was nice

That's about all that was good

The Jordan promo was garbage, "Miz you suck.", That's it

Finn vs Bray was surprisingly boring with a stupid start

The tag match was good, and I did want Seth and Dean to win, but The Bar proved to me they should've won. What's next? Hardys are injured, Revival are injured, The Bar have been beaten, and The Club have zero momentum

The Women's Championship match had some good spots, I liked the powerbomb, but other than that it was also really disappointing

Roman vs Cena sucked plain and simple. It was boring, it was clique, and it essentially ruined any chance of a part two. This match was made to pass the torch, which is bullshit because Roman has the torch already. He beat Triple H, he beat Undertaker, and now Cena. Why does he keep getting these big matches when he really doesn't need them. Not to mention this wasn't even a good match, it was a relative squash. Four AAs, one spear. Sure, he did an outside one, but nobody ever goes down to an outside move. At least Strowman will get Lesnar's torch

The cruiserweight match sucked. Neville is so good and Enzo is so bad, I'm so so crossed that Enzo won, so crossed

Aaaand Lesnar beat Strowman. Of course Strowman didn't win, Lesnar has to pass the torch to Reigns. I hated this, never before have I ever been so heart broken by a match, even with Joe it was excited followed by crushing disappointment, but this was so much worse. I never expected Joe to win, I truly truly wanted Strowman to win this and he failed. Now what? What's next for Lesnar? Lesnar vs Balor? I know what'll happen, Balor hits some moves, Lesnar hits one F5 and wins. Lesnar vs Rollins? Same thing. Lesnar vs Wyatt? Yeah right. Lesnar vs Reigns? Boring, boring boring boring. I like Reigns, truly I do, but when nobody else can succeed because of him it makes a shitty show. Why did the two hottest matches of the year result in such boring matches. Maybe I'd be less cross if Strowman didn't fall to ONE F5. Joe losing to one was disappointing, but this? Bullcrap.

I've lost my train of thought, screw Raw, I'm going back to Smackdown. Mahal's constipation jokes looks like Zayn vs Owens compared to this garbage

I would review if on PC. But it gets a 4/10 from me.

A 2-match show going in lead to a mostly strong undercard and a real mess of a main event scene. I didn't expect to leave this... Deflated, either.

Since I haven't been watching Raw, goodness gracious has Roman really regressed this much? All his PPV matches are really rough to watch.

After a bit from watching it...

There wasn't enough super kicks. Or big spots, there wasn't a massive moment

Okay...

Elias over Crews...Nice...

The Miz actually won...Nice...

Balor over Wyatt...So much for them building Bray up as an opponent for Lesnar...
and you can't have Balor fight Lesnar...you really can't...

The Shield retain...Nice...

Alexa Bliss retains...No real shock there...but the multi-colored storm cloud that is
Asuka continues to loom over the division...as Bayley continues to have dirt and shit
thrown on her. I honesty don't see the appeal of Nia Jax...she's so boring to me.

The women were also only given 9 minutes & 40 seconds...which is a fucking joke...
and its not very funny.

I'm guessing it will be Alexa/Nia for the title with Emma being Asuka's first opponent
while Sasha & Bayley do the "War of the Horsewomen" Angle...

[HASHTAG]#IgnoreReigns[/HASHTAG] and anyone who has a problem with me typing that can complain
by typing a message...which I will also ignore.

Enzo is now the Cruiserweight Champion? Why not just stick the title in a urinal
and have the entire male roster piss on it. Complete and utter bullshit!

And of course Lesnar defeats Strowman...because Wrestlemania 34 will be Reigns
winning the Universal title and the WWE doesn't give a fuck if we want it or not.

Only 2 men who have pinned Strowman clean and defeated the Undertaker at
Wrestlemania...and its [HASHTAG]#IgnoreReigns[/HASHTAG] & Lesnar.

Vince...I can see the story you're trying to tell...but...ITS FUCKING BORING AND
WE HAVE SEEN IT ALREADY!!!

I picked 5 matches...and apart from Enzo winning...there were no real shocks.

I'm done...

Although one more thing... The last month I've been keeping up with 205 Live more so than Raw or Smackdown, and actually been enjoying it. So while the fluke Enzo win shouldn't bother me since each of his matches has told the story of "other guy is so utterly dominant that a rematch could be a squash win for Alexander/Neville, but we've seen via Jinder Mahal that they don't know what they're doing with that.

This is a special kind of shitty PPV. Gave us quality wrestling but ruined my 205 Live, destroyed my old favorite NXT girl while reminding me my new one is coming, and completely wrecked Wrestlemania season with the promise of that Lesnar/Reigns match happening and... Seriously, this is so..... Disgusting to me.

even though people are really quick to shit on this PPV, I'd say this was way too good for a B-show. Just compare it to last year's No Mercy. Just by match-card alone, this PPV beats the rest

I honestly don't think there was a single "bad" match. Every match delivered and got good reactions. The crowd was into the show which definitely helped. Miz/Jordan got the crowd on their feet. Bray/Finn.. ended, so that's good for Finn lol. Tag Team match was amazing as always, mad respect for Cesaro, I cringe hard when anything is wrong with my teeth so props to him for working an entire match with 2 really messed up front teeth. The women's match was really fast paced, which they kinda have to do because once they slow down they lose the crowd completely at this stage. But I enjoyed it nonetheless. Obviously I'm not that high on Bliss but I don't have anything bad to say about her for this match. They all brought it, even Nia. Enzo winning the cruiserweight title is just a publicity stunt and I expect Neville to regain it right away, so I won't even bother talking about it.

Now.. to the big dogs on this PPV. I did not believe my eyes when they went full on Wrestlemania on us. Did Roman just kick out of 4 or 5 AAs and then still go over clean? Holy shit lmao. Honestly, I thought they were gonna walk around that ending somehow, with a double count out after the spear or even the Taker rumor taking full force.. but nah, they just did it as if it was literally at Wrestlemania, the next big guy went over clean. The way it went down, I can't imagine how they're ever gonna face again lol, Cena got demolished. I hope they do have another match down the line because I enjoyed it and from the sounds of it, the crowd did too. But damn.. how? If Cena would have won, you could have started a redemption storyline of some sorts where Reigns is like "nothing matters until I beat John Cena" and Cena's just on top saying "man, I told you I'm still better part time than you full time". But they probably will have more matches, the people who think Cena's retiring now.. on a B-PPV.. at 40 years of age.. are probably the same people who thought he was gonna retire last year against Styles. What happened there? Cena will never retire until his body won't let him anymore. So calm down.

I can see the disappointment towards Brock/Braun because they're making the F5 a super strong finisher right now, it's even more powerful than Reigns' spear and I think that's the pattern here. They're making both finishing maneuvers insanely strong, so that it means more when they face eachother and they can kick out of them again. Sounds about right and totally makes sense to me. I don't think this really hurts Braun in the long run. Just a minor set-back. They're probably still all over Braun but Lesnar is the primary goal as of right now. Besides, Brock already has 1 foot ouf of the door, whilst Braun still has a full career ahead of him.

that's about it, ye it wasn't a really great PPV but for a B-show it was better than certain A-shows if you ask me. Not too much, not too little

This ppv is getting alot of hate but here's my opinion

Didn't see Miz vs Jordan but glad Miz retained. He's the best talkers and one of the best heels. Jason Jordan is a decent wrestler but a cookie cutter NXT wrestler with no charisma and only got a title shot cuz the stupid Kurt Angle storyline

Bray vs Finn was a great match. Lots of good action. I think Bray should of gone over, but mainly cuz I'm not fan of Finn. But the 2 still put on an entertaing match

Rollins/Ambrose vs Cesaro/Sheamus was another great match, probably my favorite of the night. They had great spots. Cesaro losing his teeth was a dramatic moment

The 5 way women's match was fine. I don't care for women's wrestling. But I like Alexa Bliss, glad she retained!

Cena vs Roman was surprisingly disappointing action, but, it made sense. Cena put over Reigns so he can go do his business outside of WWE. Reigns has another accolade for his push to Main Eventing mania with Lesnar. Plus Reigns is my boy so glad to see him pick up the big win.

Enzo vs Neville makes total sense. 205 is dying, it's full of a bunch of nobodys, not including Neville. But has held the belt for way too long and it's time to switch things up. Enzo seems like he's gonna be a heel character. He's already unliked backstage but the dude is waaaaaay more over than anyone on 205 with the WWE crowd, so this is gonna be a test for to see if he can save 205 Live from being such a huge waste of time

Lesnar vs Strowman was ok. I would of liked to see Strowman go over, a title run with him would of been awesome. But Lesnar vs Reigns is the money match for Wrestlemania. With Survivor Series coming up, they won't need Brock since they will do a Smackdown vs Raw theme.

Arguably worst PPV I’ve seen in years....

It had such build, potential, and hype, only be destroyed by terrible matches, anti-climatic endings, and stupid decisions.

Reigns vs Cena should’ve been huge, but it turned out to be another Cena spot festival. Roman kicks out of everything, and wins with a Superman punch and spear. Lame as Shit.

Braun has literally destroyed Brock for 4 weeks straight, he walks in to not only have Brock somehow kick out of 3 powerslams, ya know the same move that literally put Brock on the shelf for like 20 mins at a time when braun hit it on Raw, but to beat him after 1 F5....

It’s insane to me. The whole PPV was setup to be a mini mania and was literally done awfully... Roman and Cena should’ve been back and forth and close as hell, and braun and Brock should’ve been a literal insane war. Instead, we get WWE setting up for reigns to be beat Brock at mania. So as of now, their finishers are unstoppable and no one can touch these guys at any cost. Stupid bs!
