Update: Username changes are again a Legend only feature, non-Legends can purchase username changes in the Shop.

Update: Contenders can now use profile cover presets. There's only a few right now, suggestions welcome.

Main Eventer and/or Champion can choose their own Name Color, for example, when my Sky Blue runs out and it defaults to back green if I am a Main Eventer or Champion I can set it to a permanent color of my choosing. I don't know if that would work, or even be done, but just a thought.

The permissions related to profile covers should work as intended now. More cover presets have been added also.
