He should be put down to jobber status he's unreliable, he's a dick, he buries people (see Kofi Kingston) and the list goes on not to mention one more strike and he's out.

^ Think he is offically on his last chance too. Seem to remember reading that if he gets caught with drugs again thats him gone.

Right, like Orton will get fired by WWE. No matter what policy they have in place, it would be Blue to fire him.

Also, he doesn't need titles anymore, he is in the Cena position and will continue to have meaningful feuds every month until he is needed to boost the star power for mainevents and title matches. You know, like HBK did for his entire second run.

People in his situation don't need much, you can give him Heath Slater and he could run with it for a few months. He is that over, RKO here and there and he people are happy.

I disagree in the past WWE would sweep this sort of thing under the carpet but now they take it very serious and I think that one more screw up and that could be him gone at least for awhile. Also I don't know if it would be that much of a loss, yeah he has been a big star for them but I don't know what else they can do with the guy.

I used to think he wasn't that big of a loss a few months ago, but his absence was just proof of what he means to the company. In his absence the company was without a legit #2 guy and guess what, Punk isn't above him. And what did him gone mean for Smackdown? That they had to give us how many Del Rio/Sheamus matches mixed in with Ziggler? Are those draws? Hardly, even though I enjoy their work, I live in the real world and realize that they are not money players at the moment.

Also, what can they do with him? I said it already, he will have meaningful feuds with people he is comfortable with and put into title contention when the star power is needed.

Not hard to book someone who is so over that even being suspended for two months and being a total asshole for most of your life doesn't affect your popularity at all.

Well I don't see how you can write Ziggler off as a draw before he has even been given the big chance. And the likes of Punk and Bryan are really over. Don't forget Orton's last face run before the suspenison bombed. Maybe if they switched him heel and had him face a babyface Bryan then it could work.

The face run only bombed with us, casual fans still eat up the guy as you can tell by the big reactions he always did and still gets.

Yes but the ratings were poor its one thing getting big pops in the arena but that doesn't always mean a lot of people are tuneing at home for sd or ppvs. Not saying Orton should be blamed for the poor ratings but I find it unfair that people jump all over the likes of Bryan and Sheamus when the ratings are weak but defend Orton just because he has history as being a big name and has been sholved down peoples throats too lets not forget. Unless WWE start taking risks and pushing fresh blood nothing will ever change.

I didn't write off Ziggler as a draw, I just said he isn't one yet, emphasis on the yet.

I never said he isn't going to become a draw, and I didn't say the same for Del Rio, because I think they are money, just not now.

WWE has been taking risks and pushing fresh blood. It's just there fault for not getting over when the time for them was right there.

Also, you can't just say push this guy and that guy, there lots of mitigating factors that prevent someone from reaching the brass ring. Not everyone of those factors all have to do with politics either.

I wouldn't mind seeing Orton spend the rest of the year building up talent and making some legit main eventers. Ziggler, for example, would benefit so much from going over Orton cleanly in a feud.

Punk and Bryan are cancer to ratings.

Orton isn't a draw by any means but at least when he's on the TV he isn't turning half a million viewers away each week.

Says you. And really you have very little to back up your claim that Punk and Bryan turn million of viewers out each week.

deezy I accept your point up to a degree but I don't think they give them enough of a push and still relie too much on the likes of Cena, Orton, Triple H etc.

Two words: Jeff Hardy. Another two words: Seven Times.

The WWE's drug enforcement policy is a joke.

Wow! I am amazed it was actually seven times (felt like much more lol). That was then and this was now am not saying Orton would never return but I do think until the dust settled WWE would show him the door.
