I think it could have been fine bc Nash was so hot at the time but I think they botched it. They should have had Nash complete his heel turn and reform the NWO after he won, Hogan and all, and that's how Starrcade ended. No fingerpike a couple weeks later lol

I’d agree with this 100%, if they’d of kept Goldburp champ for much longer the fans would of been super sick of him and turned on him. But yeah the finger poke was completely unnecessary though.
