The thought just came into my mind nearly 2 A.M in the Morning of us getting close to 2029. Why is 2029 important well it makes me think about the Opening Scene of the Terminator of Kyle Reese's future. Just the thought of one us having Technology improving every second with AI etc while also thinking about how John Connor having his younger Father in his Crew for a good while training him in a sense for the Mission to save his Mother in the past still blows me away.

We have Naked Gun coming out this year, Spaceballs in a couple of years, now Hollywood needs to complete the holy trinity and make a new Airplane movie. There's so much that has changed about flying and the airline industry in the last 45 years, so many things to take shots at.

Last night I watched the movie THX 1138 which was the first full length feature film made by George Lucas. The plot has similar elements to 1984, but there's a random background line in the movie, you can't really understand it without the captions on, but it goes “I think I ran over a Wookie back there on the expressway.”

Jaws turned 50 today.

One of my all time favorite movies. A game changer for the industry…and launched Spielberg into superstardom. Also just a hell of a movie.

I watched 28 years later this week - such a bad film. I'm not one for pulling films apart for stupid "well why was this guy here at this exact time" but it was just awful. The pregnancy scene was so dumb and the whole cult thing which the great trailers promised didn't happen

The power rangers at the end just killed it even more

Good luck with 3, my wife and I did one earlier this year and 3 is painfully boring. At least The Lost World is bad in a fun way.

Ive seen 3 multiple times lol, even saw it in the theater. It's a guilty pleasure. They all are IMO.
