What does everyone think of R-Truth. I don't know if it's just me, but the guy seems to get huge pops all the time. Like last week he was more over than Morrison. IMO, he gets more of a reaction than Koffi Kingston too. R-Truth really hasn't had much of a push on SD either to be getting that type of reaction. Maybe i'm over rated it a little, but what do you think. Should the WWE invest more time/effort into R-Truth?

I thought his mini fued with punk was good, but it shoudl have kept going.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the guy in the least bit. However I can't deny the guy is over as fuck. The kids love him, and he pretty consistently gets one of the best face pops in the company. He's a pretty solid in ring and definitely gets the fans involved on the mic. This may sound odd but he almost reminds me of a mix between Jeff Hardy and John Cena. He's got the simplicity and one liners to really draw in the kids and get the crowd going, yet he's got the flash and flare to get the majority of the other casual wrestling fans behind him.
I myself find the whole "WATHHUP!" thing to be one of the most annoying things on WWE television. The guy grates on my nerves like no other. But I suppose I couldn't argue with WWE if they decided to push him towards the IC title or something like that right now. I'm not sure how well he'd work any other character besides the one he does now. I mean, it's pretty much the dancing and spinning that make him what he is. Take all that away and I don't really see why he'd be that special.

I dont like his gimmick. He was much better heel in TNA. He needs a group like 3 Live Kru again.

LOL @ Pretty Ricky. I'm pretty sure had they continued that for one more week the racism letters would have started pouring in to Titan Towers. Interesting note though, that was actually R-Truth's idea. Vince thought it sounded funny and let him try it out.

I do not like r truth or his wasssup! It gets on my nerves so much i wanna smack him. He is over though with the wwe universe and i think a mid card title for him is cool. Notice he does not come through the crowds anymore?

I think a draft to raw could be the best thing for him. The mid carders there dont seem as good.

A draft to raw would be terrible for R-truth. Going to Raw kills superstars momentum look what happened when Rey Mysterio, Jack Swagger and MVP went to Raw

He could be the new face off ECW if christian goes to raw or smackdown.

I disagree R Truth has no momentum to kill and I think a rivalry with The Miz for the US title could be what he needs coz lets be honest he has no chance copeting with Drew Mcintire or John Morrison or even Dolph Ziggler but Miz is more his level

There is a lot of Truth hate on here and I don't get why. His wrestling skills aren't Mark Henry mediocre and isn't Jeff Hardy spot monkey but he isnt excellent. He is over as hell and entertaining which is two out the three factors that makes Vince cum in his pants. I have no problem with him tbh

Its not a case of hating him i actually like him and want him to do well but the Smackdown mid card roster is way to good for him.

The only reason I remotely like the guy is because I used to watch him in TNA. If I didn't see any of his TNA stuff I would think his gimmick is pretty lame. He is supposed to be a rapper, but nothing about him is very hip hop-ish. He is just a fruity gangsta who can't pull off the gangsta persona.

His finisher sucks.

If WWE would push him then maybe they can show me what TNA showed me in Truth. He is actually a great performer. WWE just ruins so many great wrestlers with crappy gimmicks and terrible pushes.

He used to do the Scissors Kick like Booker T, but then they changed it to the Lie Detector right? Isn't the Lie Detector that spinning clothesline he normally did?
