Back story I put down 5 bucks on Gears 2. But ended up having my 360 power cord fry and couldn't get Gears 2 until Saturday. But by then I heard Circuit City had a deal to get 1600 points free if you bought it there. So I went and bought it there. Just of my lame ass story is my 5 bucks gone or can I get it back, or at least some store credit.

In Canada the deposit is fully refundable....can't speak for your neck of the woods, but as far as I know it is there as well.

It's fully refundable. I used to work at Gamestop and I still go to where I used to work. You can take your money off your reserve or transfer it to another game if you wish.
