well i think i have some cosmic debt to repay after joking about her potential death in the chat this morning. just one of those forever people who can blindside you with their death in their 90s. never been pro monarchy, shockingly, but it's hard to blame her for too much...RIP Liz

Well what a shocker. She’s been queen longer than most people have been alive. 70 years. She’s seen so much all while leading a country. It’s hard to imagine a time before she was queen and now there’s gonna be a time after. Everyone has to meet their end at some point but there’s some people who just seem like they’re gonna live forever. No one will ever forget Queen Elizabeth. RIP.

No matter your thoughts of the Monarchy, there is something to say about her reigning for 70 years, seeing the world through wars, conflict, and even some moments of hope. She is not a perfect person, but I have heard stories of her more human and witty side. From her freaking out a Saudi Prince by driving him around Buckingham Palace, to meeting tourists when she was out, them not recognizing her and playing dumb that she was the Queen. Rest in peace, Queen Elizabeth II
