Regal, solely for the fact that he could have been a great heel champion with his promos. Dr. Death would have needed a mouthpiece or just not talked much, and that usually doesn't do so well for world champs.

Regal, although I hate him, wouldn't be fair to vote for a guy who I never seen wrassle.

Dr. Death for me, he would have been a great monster champ. Running over everyone. Still not as high on Regal as champ as others. Liked the guy as a wrestler of course but never saw top guy in him.

Hard choice but in the end went with Mr. Regal. Thought he would of made a great champ.

Wow, this was extremely hard.. I went with William Regal in the end, but not sure if I went with the right choice. Both guys were phenomenal.

He isn't a big star, I don't see how it's that inconcievable that I haven't seen him.
