Sorry if this is too early but this is going to work!

ProWrestlingAlliance.png

The wrestling industry was at its peak, both WWE and TNA started rising in the 2004 and 2005 eras. New independant promotions became more evident as all was traveling well. At this very time, one man began to build up his own company by the name of Pro Wrestling Alliance. Getting contracts to various wrestlers at the time managed to build a decent company up from the ground catching both Brock Lesnar and John Hennigan in their grasps. Building around those two men as their main eventers they managed to work out an exchange deal with TNA to keep the business afloat with various TNA wrestlers appearing on the monthly PPV's run by the PWA. Building the company from scratch was not easy but as time came around to 2007 they had built a fairly decent roster up and both Hennigan and Lesnar where still competing. PWA had one small problem with their company, they had no international fans except for those in Canada. The owner by the name of Jake Sharp, started organizing international dates to Japan and Australia. Continuing to build around there four main eventers by the names of Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, John Hennigan(Now John Morrison) and Brock Lesnar they continued getting the fan base behind but where still running the monthly PPV's which where only being broadcast in the United States and some of Canada was letting the fan base slip and losing them money. As a last ditch attempt to keep the company afloat, Jake Sharp managed to start up various house shows and negotiated a TV deal with Spike TV. Now with two weeks till the first show what will happen in between time with a one hour show on Spike.

Glad to see you posted about our little agreemnt Ballsack :shifty:

But it is a good start, you've got a couple guys I don't really like or know much of, but a small roster should help you to get to that first PPV.

Hopefully 10 is your lucky number

Hope this works out for you but I dont know if it will... the roster seems weak and I hate your tag champs... i dunno if a tag division is necessary with such a small roster but there you go. Will chack out

IDK why you would change Morrison's name to his real name. Morrison is what his gimmick is (Jim Morrison, for those of you who don't know). There doesn't seem to be anything great here really. The whole roster seems kinda bland. It just misses something to me.

Good luck. Although I don't expect this to last to the second show, if that long.

^Johnny Nitro is better than John Hennigan

*gasp* no cheap plug from DX:316

to gards- yeah, you should really think about your BTB in more detail before you post and do you actually like the roster? because if you don't then you have no chance of succeeding with this BTB.

Good luck again Gards. I hope the Bet you have with HBK will motivate you to get to the first Pay-Per-View and beyond that.

LMAO!! Anyways, Gards I can't really say much about it.. I mean I've had two BTB's that haven't had a show (my last is still going) so I can't say that this is ridiculous. Which its not, its just you looking for the right BTB. The roster is different, with indie stars like Stamboli (I think he's an indie guy), Shelly, Kendrick, and others. Then, you have Lesnar, and Kidman who are two wrestling illumni's.. This looks fairly good, then again so did the last 100 BTB's lol jayy kayy. Seriously, good luck man hope you get a show up.

lolwut?

Stamboli was Rellik so he was in TNA, and was only recently fired. Shelley is in TNA, and Kendrick is in WWE. Hardly indy guys.

I also just noticed you said you'd post this in two weeks. IDK why you'd post the thread so early, and say you may have broken the rules by posting it atthis time, when there was no need to. You could have easily posted this in a week.

Show's what I know.. He probably made his name as an indie guy. No? Then, yeah thats a correction lol.

Shelley is in TNA, and Kendrick is in WWE
I re-looked the first post, and I thought I posted that 'cuz I missed MCMG. I must have thought Shelly was going to be a singles competitor. I define him as an indie star 'cuz he is real big in promotions like ROH. The Kendrick by himself must be hard since he is hardly popular, nor seen much in WWE as a singles star. And I know for a fact that he was in the indie scene. I think...

Everyone was in the indy scene at one time. Everything outside of WWE and TNA is the indy scene. So you could say that about the whole roster, not just THE. And he's getting a huge push on SD, I suggest you watch it before you say he isn't seen as a singles guy.

PWA have named the name of there TV show which will go by the name of PWA Malice, it will air every Thursday night starting this Thursday, owner Jake Sharp has said to be given a shortlist of names and Malice was chosen.

Jake Sharp has announced exclusively on PWA.com that at PWA's next PPV will be the return of the Grab for Glory match up as it is the name of the PPV. This is then return of the match after a one year abscense and the rules of the match will be explained right here.

A few of the PWA scouting staff have been looking around the independant scene to find a few new tag team to beef up the current tag team division.

The official PPV schedule has been given out by PWA.com and the owners of PWA have given the ok to most of the names yet some are still in doubt. The list has yet to be release but it is assured that Grab for Glory is the first PPV to be aired since PWA got the new TV deal

PWA.com has been informed that John Hennigan has undergone a name change and he will now be known as John Morrison. This was court ordered and his on screen name will be changed accordingly.
Rumours
Source: Impact Wrestling.com

PWA has reportedly been in talks with a few big talents in joining the company. Some are saying former WWE talent but others are saying big indy talents are in talks. We will have more on this as it develops.

Matt Hardy has been called by some backstage as the mental leader of the group, as one of the most experienced he is into the idea of putting some of the younger talent over, of course he is also contacting the likes of Shannon Moore and Gregory Helms in coming to the company but nothing is confirmed.

Preview looks pretty good. Is the Grab for Glory an actual match up that has been used? If so, is the Champion invloved? I don't like Brock Lesnar as champion as I dont like two BTBs with the same champion, especially one I don't like. First show should be good, could have announced an exhibition match or two though.

edit- RVD should be fighting for the top not mid card title
