Purposed Heyman-Heenan storyline from 92?

Here's a video from a Paul Heyman live interview. He discusses a few different topics, but of most interest to me is where he says that when he left WCW in 92 that there were plans for him to join WWF and to work a storyline with The Brain Sounds gold to me the way Heyman says it. Thoughts?

Would Bobby Heenan even want to be an on screen character at that point? He had Lloyd's of London and wasn't going to take any bumps because of his neck issues.

Oh right didn't know about that. I guess they could have worked around that. If it was the sort of deal where he was training Heyman then its possible that Heenan would just do most of the talking up to the point where Heyman is established enough.
